Tod had the most flexible schedule and competitive rates - it was a no brainer that we should go with him. On the day of the inspection we arrived early for the appointment and he was already there! He was very prepared and ready to start immediately. The inspection took about 3 hours for our 1600 sqft home. He let us tag along so we could learn more about the home and ask questions. We really appreciated his candor. He delivered news in an unbiased manner - even less good news was easy to take. He was super thorough and even went back to double check on things. Reports are normally delivered on the next business day, but since it was a Friday and we were eager to get the report sooner he got us the report in less than 24 hours. The report was AMAZING. He had photographs of all the critical issues and explained the issue. Our report was 34 pages long - which was much bigger than I was expecting (in a good way). Without question I would use SightLine Inspections again. I would highly recommend him.

I had him come back a few weeks later for weatherization and insulation work. He worked all day getting a ton of things done. He sealed every air leak in our attic, installed baffles for air flow, insulated our vent ducting, re-routed and insulated bathroom ducting, found a couple things that weren't up to code which he fixed, and then blew in more insulation. The whole experience of working with Zach and Premium Efficiency was superb. Communication was quick and professional. Emails and phone calls were returned promptly. I was using an EWEB incentive program and Zach was great with the process; he knew exactly what they needed and was well versed in the process. It is clear that Zach is passionate about energy efficiency and takes great pride in his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants quality work from a solid local company.

They showed up on a Friday at 3pm when the owner said they'd start on Tuesday. They didn't knock on the door to say hello to tell me they'd be working on the roof. We figured out they were there when they dropped a bucket off the roof and scared the #%|] out of us. They scraped some moss off the roof. They supposedly spread some moss treatment but moss is still on part of the roof a month later. They were supposed to clean the gutters but during a good downpour last weekend water was pouring over the gutters so at least one downspout is still plugged. I would not recommend using these guys. I'm gonna have to pay someone else to do the job they should have.

It was agreed that the job wouldn't start until after the first of the year. Tried to contact the company on January 5th. Left a message on the answering machine. No call back. Called again a couple of days later. Still no response. Tried a third time. No call back. I drove out to the showroom a few days later and found it closed and empty. DREYCO had moved out. Managed to track down Tanners mother to find he had moved into a warehouse complex off W.11th. When I arrived the place looked abandoned and the only sign that anything was going on as a small sign on one of the windows. I dug up some other phone numbers and still no call back. I Finally managed make contact with Ceasar to inform him that I had hired another contractor to do the job and wanted a refund. Ceasar agreed and said he would have refund check in the mail on a few days. It arrived a few days later, but failed to cash. Insuffient funds. That was the end of Februay. I'm still holding a bad check on 3/25/2024. I tried to make contact today but no one arrived at the new warehouse location. Next step. . . . Maybe the DA's office to file a formal complaint. I hope I don't have to do that.

After a roof is cleaned the gunk and moss fill the gutters, and MUST be hosed/cleaned out, (not washed down the downspouts!) Moss TREATMENT a MUST before getting off the roof. Siding gets filthy, and MUST be hosed off. Lawn; walks; drive ways get dirty & wet. (NO signs anything went on the ground), so was it all washed down the downspouts? I hope they don't get plugged up from all the debris:( For $495. I expected to get exactly what is written on the Quote by Phil Sanders. I asked several times for a receipt, for some reason he was reluctant. He got in his truck and rewrote the quote as a receipt, didn't date it (?). I asked him why the gutters were still dirty? Oh, "I don't clean the outside, just the inside". (Clean gutters IS on the quote) I asked him, "I didn't see any moss preventive treatment on the roof?" Oh, that's in the shampoo. ( why did he list it separate in the quote then?) DECEPTIVE/MISLEADING EXPENSIVE SHAMPOO
