We have an account with a major brand chain, and for the most part have always been very helpful, but this case just didn't happen. My love wanted a watch, and she is particular, but she gets what she wants and won't settle. The store we were at, didn't give that, hey I would love to take your money today kind of attitude and left the door open. So we went looking. Being at the mall you have a few other choices, but it was Harry Ritchie's where we found THE watch. Alan, who helped us provided the kind of purchasing experience and positive attitude, those in the retail industry should take a lesson from. Witty, funny, appropriate and knowledgeable, Alan sold the watch, because let's face it, there were four other stores where we could have purchased the watch. So, I am becoming a convert and in the future will always check here first. Plus, they are a local area retailer, so good for them, and thank you for the great experience! My cash will be back!
