Another local high-end jeweler said that it was not fixable, after they had kept it for over a month. They sent it out somewhere and have no in house expertise. At Willamette Artisans they described what needed to be done, the cost and that if it was not fixable, they would call me immediately. All was done inhouse. I am pleased with the results. In 2021, I worked with Lexi in the hope of buying a gold watch. I was looking for a yellow gold date day in a black dial with a diamond. I have visited the showroom a few times. Each visit, she took down my name and phone number. I checked back every 6 months; however, each time I did, it got pushed to the following year. In 2025, that's after four years, I escalated to a manager, Andrew. When I talked to Andrew in June 2025, he said it seems like, for that particular watch, I will be looking for another 2 years. This doesn't represent Rolex. When it comes to communication, Skeie's Jewelers has zero communication. They don't intend to sell it or have any interest in helping. I understand some watches are hard to get, which I also told them I am open to any other dial. Many of you might have thought Why did I spend this much effort in a business for a watch. I am just disappointed that I spent that much time patiently waiting for their lips to promise, but no delivery. Rolex, this is a great AD example to be investigated. ,

We had so many ideas and questions, all of which she took into consideration when crafting what became my wedding band. I have always been a fan of the hammered look on jewelry and wanted this style incorporated, my husband liked some jewelry Savannah has made in the past that featured rays carved directly into the piece. Savannah wasn't sure if it'd be possible to include both. We were thrilled to see the finished band that had beautifully integrated both styles paired with a stunning alexandrite jewel (which she recommended). I am in love with the ring and am so happy to wear it every day. Once our wedding photos are processed I will def post a photo. All in all, Savannah is a pleasure to work with.
