I have now lost two diamonds in 6 months. The first diamond I lost, they questioned me and didn't believe they made my ring. Mathew didn't even bother to check my records. I was met with attitude and made to feel as if I was lying. They fixed it with a cheap, darker looking diamond that stands out compared to the rest. This was in August of 2025. fast forward to Feb 2026, I lost another diamond in the same area of the setting. I have called twice requesting to speak with Tanya since she is who I sat down with to re-design my ring. Again, two separate phone calls and still no call back. The second call, I spoke with Mathew and told him I was not comfortable working with him after how he treated me in August. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and lack of call back to make this right. We spent a lot of money to have them redesign it and to "beef it up" with more metal and after looking at pictures of the previous setting and what it looks like now, I don't believe they actually added metal and now I'm loosing diamonds. They came highly recommended as a local jeweler but unfortunately I can't recommend them based on my experience.

When my wife brought the ring back, the older lady accused her of lying and bringing in a different ring. After a very unpleasant interaction, she finally agreed to repair the ring. However, when we picked it up, the main diamond's prong was still loose. Frustrated, we drove downtown to Willamette Artisans Jewelry, where we received excellent service and they did a great job. The materials are ethically sourced. 3. The jewelry is just gorgeous. (Maybe that should be the number one thing?) Savannah made my custom wedding ring set and made the whole process so simple. We went through two design meetings and she made beautifully rendered drawings each time. I was probably a pain because I had about 50 different images of rings I liked and wanted her to somehow meld all these different aspects into one piece. I was also probably a challenging customer since I wanted to use heirloom materials from family pieces. She melted down a gold heirloom ring for the gold accents, used a rounded star ruby from a ring my husband had given me year prior and the diamond chips from my mothers engagement ring. I knew that I loved Savannah's style, work and the design we came up with but I was still nervous to see the final rings. When I finally saw them I was floored. They are perfect. Savannah wasn't sure if it'd be possible to include both. We were thrilled to see the finished band that had beautifully integrated both styles paired with a stunning alexandrite jewel (which she recommended).
