This was my first time ziplining and I had such a good time. The 3 guides were awesome! I wish I remembered their names. But they were very informative and professional. I like that before we actually did the tour we had a practice zip line to ensure everyone was in the right position and was comfortable. I had so much fun and I would definitely recommend trying this out! They also do take pics of you while you zip line in case you want to purchase pictures. Also for those who wear glasses I had these silicone backs that held my glasses in place the entire time. It is also important to listen and pay attention to their directions. They know what they are doing and these instructions are for your own safety. I am very afraid of heights but this was a very fun activity for me. read more

Absolutely the worst experience we've had ziplining. We made reservations online the night before and no where...even on the waiver that we electronically signed were we told that we would be required to wear a mask the entire time in 90deg hot, humid weather. We drove an hour 1/2 out of our way going home to enjoy the canopy tour (joke btw) to be suffocating the entire time. I let them know I was not comfortable wearing a mask outdoors and for long periods of time. My kids wanted to go despite it so we decided to try it. Miserable the entire time. we were all dizzy and lightheaded & on the walk back, I came close to falling over. It was all I could do to make it back to the car and to the A/C. Once I recovered the next day, I emailed them through the website again to let them know how sick I had béen & what a bad experience it was. After a week of no response I called and spoke to the manager. Instead of listening to me she kept interrupting and lied about it being a statewide law to have to wear masks outdoors too. I looked it up & It varies per county and mayor and it was not a requirement and certainly not a law to force people to endure such a harmful & unnecessary rule. The manger refused to listen and was very rude and obnoxious. She laughed and flat out refused to give us even a partial refund of the $250 we paid. Whether your a fan of mask or not, I wouldn't recommend wasting your $ on this business. Disappointed in every aspect. read more

My family of 5 did the zipline tour last Monday and it was fantastic!! Caleb and Barrett were our guides and while they were incredibly friendly and funny, they certainly were focused on safety. They put my wife and three teenagers at ease and we all felt safe under their supervision and instruction. The course was beautiful and all of the gear was in top shape. It is a very well run operation from sign up, to instructions, to zip lining on the course. I was really impressed with the maturity and safety focus of the staff. They were knowledgeable and capable of maintaining safety with a smile. :) My only complaint would be the size of the group (11=2+4+5, and two guides) compared to a few of the platforms throughout the course. read more

Hello, two of us booked the Ocoee Wildwater zipline tours for yesterday and we wanted to let you know how pleased we were. We were greated at the front counter and we had a few questions that were quickly answered. We were also informed about the possibility of rain and how that would be handled. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Out zipline "Rangers," Alex and Jon were excellent. Foremost, was the team's emphasis on safety throught the course. We had 6 in our group, plus to Ranger trainees for a total of 8 plus Alex and John. We were all rigged up and checked to make sure our harnesses were snug, comfortable and safe. Then both Jon and Alex spent enough time with each of us with a hand's on individual training session until we were all comfortable and at ease. My partner and I have ziplined many times, so we were ready, but for others in our group it was their first time and the Rangers made sure everybody was safely trained for the adventure. The course was beautiful and well maintained. At no time did we feel unsafe or in danger. Alex and Jon followed all safety rules and made sure everyone in the group was safe on each zipline and bridge. They were also very friendly, funny and informative about the area and local history and stories about the Ocoee River basin and the copper mines. At any time throughout the adventure, Jon and Alex answered questions and made all of us feel comfortable. I want to personally thank our Rangers and the two Rangers in training for a truly enjoyable adventure. I would highly recommend Wildwater Canopy Tours to anybody looking for a fun, exciting and most of all, safe ziplining experience. Thank you, Gregg read more
