We took the kids here after tubing. It is located at the top of the tubing run and offers something for all ages. Our kids are still pretty young so we did the small adventure, which is a ropes course. It is about 2 stories high and is the lowest level. It costs $15 and lasts about 20 minutes. The kids got harnessed up and away they went. The obstacles are pretty cool, but not that high off the ground and there is a lot of assist going on from the staff. For example, there is a tube that you sit in that is pulled by a staff person to the next station. My 5 and 7 year old thought is was not challenging enough. That said, the staff was nice and the kids still enjoyed it. read more

Great experience for a beginner zip liner! The 2 guides were awesome and easy to understand. Great harness for zip line and very comfortable. The course included 4 lines and you can purchase a combo package which includes tubing and an obstacle course/high ropes course. My husband completed the first adventure course and then a more challenging course after that. Very fun! The areas was very organized and very clean with water essentials for purchase and indoor changing areas and restrooms. Free shuttle to and from river for tubing. Great experience! read more

Our group of 7 did the big and extreme course for a Bach party! It was a ton of fun! Took us about 1.5 hours to do both. To do the extreme course, you have to do the big course first (they do need to add this to the website, though!). Then you can add the extreme on for $5 more. The big was a blast and, if you like high ropes and a challenge, it is ABSOLUTELY worth the $5. It was actually extreme (coming from a group that was half camp counselors) but they had a way to bypass it if they were to hard. We had all skill levels and were able to make it through (though we did have to bypass some lol!!) Everyone who worked there was so nice! I would highly recommend and would for sure go back! read more

My 12 year old and I had an amazing time zip-lining with Nick and Caroline. I felt safe and supported when it was my turn to go but I needed some time and encouragement. Letting go was WAY harder than I anticipated but with Nicks support I did it. (It was easier after the first one. Lol) My child also enjoyed every minute! We laughed, screamed, danced and made lasting memories! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for some fun. This was our first time and I can't wait to go again! read more

Great spot. Did both the small adventure and the water tubing. Kids loved it and so did we!

Awesome fun! We took our 11 and 12 year old! They loved it. We did the big adventure with the rock climb. Kept us busy for a little over an hour. The staff was awesome! The equipment is nice, clean and in good condition. Next time we will pack a lunch and eat it by the river. There are picnic tables there. I would say this is a must do if you visit Helen! read more

When we first walked in the place seemed closed. We saw six teens sitting at the front desk. We were excited that there were teenagers working the place because most teenage workers are exited and enjoy there job but sadly this wasn't the case. We stood there for five minutes ( which isn't that bad ). Then we spoke up and they finally got of there phones. We payed in cash and they got upset at us. And complained that we mad there job harder. They got us hitched up to the adventure park not saying a thing and when the youngest in our family's cord got stuck on the corse they yelled at him. I'm looking at the other reviews now and noticing all the great reviews. I dont know what was up. Maybe it was just a bad day or what but I hope if we come back they will improve there costumer service. Thanks for listening. read more

My whole family came here during the Thanksgiving holidays, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We had a group of around 16 people ranging in ages from 5 years old to early 60s, and the staff took great care of us. (A huge thank you to Adam for helping the little ones!) This place was so much fun! We waited for days for the rain to stop. There are three courses (to the best of my knowledge): a children's course, a basic course, and an extreme course. The price is well worth the $25 pp in my opinion. There is a basic course to do and then move on to the extreme if you do it without great difficulty and demonstrate confidence. The extreme course was a challenge, but we were glad we decided to do it. You do have the option of completing the basic course twice instead for the already paid $25. The guide that dealt with us was really nice as well. There weren't many people in town due to the time of year so we walked right in without reservations or any wait whatsoever. Would definitely do again and now I am looking for more ropes courses in my area (although the prices in my area are more than double). read more

We parked at the zip line location and had them take us to the short length drop off. I really liked that they had buses that would take you to and from the locations. We were told at the beginning that they hadn't had rain in three weeks and that we would need to buy a wooden stick for $5 to push our selfs off rocks since the water was so low. There were four of us so we bought two sticks and grouped off. Water was Freezing! But overall the whole day was wonderful and relaxing. We didn't get stuck as much as we were lead to believe. It did help when trying to stay away from larger parties of people that were stuck off to the side. About an hour and a half in we passed through Helen, Ga and a couple of restaurants that were set up along the water. We did get stuck in a down pour of rain but it wasn't heavy and lasted about ten minutes. Overall enjoyable and next time would love to do the longer one. They do take pictures of you toward the ending that you can purchase on a disc for $10 which I did. We ended up getting ice cream downstairs from their gift shop afterwards and it was nice to unwind. read more

Great course for beginners! I took my nephews and nieces age range from 13, 10 & 8. They had the best time and this four line course was perfect for their first time zip-lining. Our two guides were amazing and they were great with kids. They are all looking forward to the next time we can go zip-lining. read more

So this was just an overall great experience for the four of us! We started with the "regular" persons obstacle course and it was a good challenge for me as a 30+ woman. My husband and 16 to son wanted more of a challenge and did the extreme course which I am so glad I did not try. But they loved the tests of strength and skill. Then after a long wait while they put others through the course we finally zip-lined. They only had a few lines but they were fun lines and if you do them right you'll get the most out of your experience (just. let. go.). All in all it was great except for the wait in between the courses and the lines. read more

Awaiting to see if they still charge me. Did call the day it was suppose to take place and got a answering machine. This place has to be my most favorite place we visited this week. Everyone that works at this facility was was super nice and helpful. The adventure course was so much fun along with the zip lines. I am so glad Alexis suggested a walking stick for the river. Since it hasn't rained much the river is down and this saved us on walking. Now not only do I have a souvenir but I can use this on hikes also. I have used other tubing companies in this area and this place by far has best accommodations. The price maybe a few dollars more but my safety is most important. That being said you get what you pay for. I will pay the extra to have great customer service/knowledgeable staff/above standard equipment and nice facilities. It's obvious this company puts their money back into their business. Looking forward to my next visit. I will be requesting Quint as my guide again. read more
