Took our 11 year old daughter here. It was a great time! I did wish they had some more staff as they didn't have anyone to guide when other kids got a little nervous. Our little girl breezed through and we were able to join her. Definitely worth doing this and their zip line! Loved that activity! If you want to go to the too you have to have an adult if you're a certain age. It was a great family activity!

The zip line tours were amazing! We had Sarah and Brent and they made the tour so much fun. 10/10 recommend the 2 hour tour!!

The staff was lovely and so accommodating to our autistic son. Great facility. Carabiners are tough to operate--that could be better.

This place is on my handy dandy map of caverns and a bucket list item…read more Water levels were unusually low while we were here. I think I'd like to come back when they are higher, as some of the under water lights were at eye level and may have caused temporary blindness. Just kidding, but they were very bright. Our tour guide was Elijah and I think he did a good job of keeping the group together. There were at least 10 kids under 10, and several toddlers. Often we couldn't hear what was being said over the kids, so if you really want to hear what's going on, maybe come on a weekday while school is in session. At $100 for 3 people, this was kind of pricey, but worth it to me. There are so many things to see, and the history and artifacts are fascinating. I can now say I've been on a boat, in a cave, on an underground lake. Pretty cool in my opinion. The sweet shop was closed while we were there, but the glass blowing shop was open. They had a ton of interesting figures for sale, big and small. Definitely check this place out!

It's awesome to go underground & take a boat ride. Very Tolkien-esque…read more No, actually the history & "discovery" (rediscovery) are all very interesting. Viewing the old stills & imagining times past. Albino bass are creepy & sad. Reminds me of The Descent creature, but hey, a cool adaptation /observation. My favorite aspects were the wonderment & the crystals in the gift shop.

And of course a variety of rides for adults. The staff are polite and helpful. It's reasonable priced if you get tickets online. Also, there are senior discounts. The best funnel cakes and savory foods around. The gift shop could use some more items and some of the rides could use a paint job but they have a jewel in the carousel that was built in the early 1900's. It is well worth the trip. Parking is plentiful with many handicapped spots and free to park. Also you can bring coolers if picnic food in the picnic area. We did see people bringing smaller coolers in with drinks. They will search your bags but it's totally for safety. Come give it a try. It's the sweetest place and I love it ! Even after all these years.

**NOTE- HERE DURING THE SPOOKEH EVENT**…read more I've been to amusement parks all over the US in my 45 years on Earth and I can easily say without any doubt this is the absolute worst I have ever had the misfortune to visit. We were in a group of probably 40-50 people and half the rides didnt have anyone manning them and thats just the start. Then the over an hour wait for food which when we got was honestly substandard...I've had a better hot dog in a county jail and the drinks we all were given had NO ICE and WERE LUKEWARM. YEAH JUST WANT EVERYONE WANTS A LUKEWARM SODA WITHOUT ICE AFTER WAITING AN HOUR. Easily 60% of the people in the park looked miserable and the other 40% angry. I will never mark my words come back here EVER AGAIN...I IN FACT WOULDN'T COME BACK FOR FREE. I hate this place ane never ever wanna come here again. Also they need to fix their American flag outside the park it's in shambles and disrespectful

Lake Winnie - A lot of rides with signs like this, one person running all kiddie rides. Waited over 20 minutes to get food and drinks finally gave up.

In the rock climbing line over 5 mins just a lil boy in front of me. When the attendant starts helping unstrap the current climbers the boys gremlin line jumping sister jumps on front of me. Parents adamant they're together she just got out of line. The attendant just lets the demon goblin go ahead but even after climbing, hitting the buzzer, she continues letting them climb for well over 20 mins. I say something at 1st she's acting like she don't know or remember. Huh? They just climbed off, I said something the moment she ran straight past me. she calls a manager and proceeds to tell the manager she was confused she thought they were my kids. Huh? Why would I be upset her jumping in front of me? You stood there while her parents were adamant she was going ahead of me. The managers like I mean I can throw you like $7 on an arcade card which was pretty insulting considering I paid 25 and only did go carts once a $9 value. Rather discouraging makes you not even wanna do anything there at all. Here's a pic of my kid getting to have the fun I paid for though. Sure wish I couldve just got to enjoy my Friday night. But nope. I get to pay for stuff and not enjoy just get screwed.
