EOA has purchased their own land and built their own indoor field. Mostly the same bunkers and setup but over 4,000-sf larger. A few of us were invited to their "soft open" recently and got to experience the place. Due to more room, there's a lot more space for running which means less CQB style play. But, well lit, much better ventilation (A/C in the front area), cleaner. More bunkers and obstacles will be needed to enclose the place. The refs are experienced and ready. The place is starting with a clean-slate. This also means the speedsofters who've made a reputation for themselves for getting banned from other fields may have a place to stay, only if they don't act like, well, fill-in-the-blanks. There are some on a permanent ban list at the moment so don't get onto it. Anyways, the grand re-opening is coming-up. The field is fun and yes, rentals are available.

There would only be about five or six of us, and we had a great time. Then when the owner left, ALL THE CHEATERS SHOW UP. The refs barely enforce the rules and there were too many people each round. The facility (and field) is extremely small, so god forbid 25-30 people try to get in. If you want to start getting into airsoft, or you already have a huge commitment to airsoft, don't come here.

There is no AC in the arena but the waiting room is air conditioned so you can cool off in between games. They have a store on premises that has a lot items you need for airsofting and the staff is super friendly! The players are really nice and friendly and play with honor. The FPS is 360 and there is no engagement limit but they tell you anything within 2 feet is usually the time to yell, "BANG BANG or PEWPEW or SURRENDER". It's not a rule so you won't get in trouble for shooting someone within 2 feet but everyone who plays there knows not to shoot and just yell BANG BANG. So be cool and don't shoot within 2 feet. We played a few of the fields and they were all cool in their own way. We had paintballs left afterwards. I recommend wearing thick clothing, even though you will sweat. It will save you from having big welts and bruises! The price was fair. The location is easy to find. There is plenty of parking. The only thing I did not like about is that they only have a couple of porta potties. It would have been nice to have a place to wash our hands.

Be weary of the directions to get here ... it might make you do a U-turn when no U-turn is needed. It's directly off the road. Their bday parties start out at 8 people and cost comes out to about $25/person. They give you a covered area with benches, plus all the equipment. You can bring your own equipment, and highly suggest bringing gloves and very padded clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. It's also wise to bring a hoodie or something like a beanie to wear on your head. Three of the group members got hit on the head and one on the fingers. The airsoft bbs do cause a sting, and come out fast. They have an area for target practice and then a couple options on where to play: one is a small town area with netting so you can watch if you aren't playing. The other view are back in the woods with no access if you aren't playing. They do have the option to come and jump into a group to play, so you can come solo. The instructor we had was great and went over all the rules. I believe the kids had about an hour or so of playing. They have food options onsite, although very basic but kids don't seem to mind and it's food they'll eat. The experience was great and everyone had fun. Would recommend!

Outstanding paintball place…read more Most important things first: this place is safe. Their refs do an excellent at keeping everyone safe, keeping masks on and barrel covers on until they say otherwise. When someone gets hit, the refs do a great job at escorting a person off the field. Second, it's fun. Their equipment is excellent, and their maps are outstanding. They have probably 5 or 6 maps, and they have numerous variations on each map. If you want to defend your castle, or attack a castle, or plan long-range strategy, or duel off in an Old West town, or move down trenches or crawl through tunnels, they've got it all. They have loads of equipment; aside from the standard gun and paintballs, they have smoke grenades, extended barrels, and all kinds of other equipment. The business is family-run, and they are very reasonable. We had a few people not show up; they allowed the rest of our team to distribute the paintballs that would have gone to our extra people. I can't think of a way these folks could improve. Terrific facility; I'd recommend them again and again. Thank you, Arkenstone!
