Andretti's in Buford is basically a playground for adults disguised as a sleek entertainment complex. The space feels modern and high-energy, with neon lighting, polished concrete, glowing game zones, and that constant hum of excitement from the arcade floor and track. It's part adrenaline, part date night, and part "we are absolutely children and proud of it." We spent the evening bouncing between arcade games, fully embracing our competitive sides. The ticket machines kept spitting out proof of our triumphs, and after a heroic run of wins, we cashed in for the ultimate symbol of arcade victory: a lava lamp. Nothing strengthens a relationship like carrying a glowing tube of molten nostalgia to the car. The atmosphere is lively without feeling chaotic, making it easy to laugh, play, and celebrate small victories together. Staff were friendly, the games were in great shape, and the entire place runs with the efficiency of somewhere that understands people came to have fun, not stand around waiting. If you're looking for a Valentine's date that swaps candlelight for neon glow and roses for arcade tickets, Andretti's delivers. We left with a lava lamp, sore cheeks from laughing, and the comforting knowledge that our relationship can survive friendly competition.

The bar area, bowling, and restaurant all looked very clean and enjoyable. My niece and nephew enjoyed their races. The price points weren't bad. I would recommend it and return in the future.

This location was previously a solid 3/5 stars: it's a split-focus family entertainment place. They…read moreoffer the Kids Bowl Free program, which we have enjoyed for three years now, although this year the service has dropped phenomenally. Of the 5 visits this summer, 4 of them have required calling for support on the bumpers, most often resulting in having to change lanes, even after mentioning as we were booking a lane that we need one that has working bumpers. I get this - it's an older facility, and I've watched grown men hurl bowling balls at the bumpers for kicks and giggles, but the basic attitude of the workers here has been difficult. The actual techs try to keep things working, and when one is actually on staff while we are there they get things going pretty quickly. If one is not on staff, though, the majority of workers report they just started, and based on how often I see new faces there I don't think that's an excuse. For whatever reasons, this location struggles to retain staff. I get it: it's a bowling alley, but apparently whoever runs this bowling alley is not hiring and/or training adequately. We typically make an evening out of our visits with food and often games as well, which is why I'm a little surprised that no real effort is made to retain us as patrons. At this point, I might as well just drive to the closer Cherokee Lanes and save a few cents on gas for the same lack of quality. ______________ In the wee hours of the morning after I posted this review, a third-party, off-shore account "replied" to my review, leaving a broken link to something called momo. The name and picture match someone listed for Stars and Strikes on LinkedIn but had the boilerplate language of a copy and paste. This is consistent with what we have experienced in Woodstock - a company that is not investing in hiring and training locally or handling complaints with honesty and accuracy.

As soon as we walked in he looked at us, and then was staring at something a far for about 2 minutes while we stood at the register. Midway through our bowling game, he asked us to move lanes ( we had pizza, drinks, and five peoples worth of stuff) for a group that had reservations. The group never even showed up! The girl at the pizza register had no idea what was on any of the pizzas, and the bartender, in the middle of our drink order, stops to check her schedule on her smart watch. I have NEVER been so disappointed and angry with customer service of an Adventures Place in my life. Yes, we still ordered pizza, beer, games, laser tag, and the rest of the works, and after spending about $150, I will not be back unless this issue is addressed.

Three drinks, a terrible pepperoni pizza and 6 fried cheese sticks that came with a sauce that tasted more like salsa than marinara sauce was $38. After we ate 1/2 the pizza we found a hair in it. Arcade has a lot of cool games but expect to pay $1 per game. Looks like they have specials on weekdays, so that would be better to hit. If you sign your kids up for free bowling you still have to pay $5 for shoe rental. Hixson has Holiday bowl which is older but we had just as much fun there on a weekend for a lot less money
