(We had the DIY party..the one with no decor provided so we did everything ourselves). We worked with Alex before the party and he was there for the event as well. He's a great communicator and is not hovering over you every minute, however he's always available if/ when help is needed. The games are a big hit for every age, some games may be a bit hard for toddlers on their own. This facility will definitely be a place we will be returning to for family nights and parties. Highly affordable, highly recommend. NOTE: the bathrooms could use a MAJOR upgrade, I'm sure someone is working on that.....but besides that the place is clean and well maintained.

We skate on a regular basis at our local skating rink, so my kids know what they're doing. Pros: I miss a really big wooden skate floor & it was fun telling the kids where everything used to be. It's well maintained for a 40 year old rink & concessions aren't sky high. Cons: we were here for 2 hours & never saw a skate guard. People skating the wrong way on the floor running people over. The rental skates are pretty bad. First 2 pair we were given had no tongues, we swapped and got some better ones, but my daughter's replacement pair was still not a good pair, while my size 12 speed skates were brand new and awesome. And $8 for afternoon skate with rental seems a little steep IMO. We're used to an active DJ who also keeps watch over the floor and runs activities. Just an iTunes playlist here. It could be worse, we'll probably come back sometime while we're bored in Cleveland, it's a solid 3.

We arrived roughly 4:00pm no wait, immediately seated and greeted by our waitress. Ordered the BBQ burger with Mac N Cheese, wings, and street tacos. Honestly the food was great! I didn't hear a single complaint and it was all very filling except the wings. Not sure why the wings are so much and come with no sides. Kids ordered 6 wings and a side of fries ($10.99 + $4.99) when my specialty burger was $15.99 and came with a side. Just seems a little high for me. The food itself was great and the service was definitely better than average. Not sure if there might have been a better deal on the menu for wings but the waitress never mentioned anything. Other than that and the fries never being put in for one of the orders our experience was pleasing. We will return more than likely just will look at other options for the kids.

That kind of service goes above and beyond and really makes me feel valued as a customer. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of variety for everyone. It's also very kid-friendly, which makes it a fun spot for families to enjoy a meal together. The price is very reasonable too -- usually about $9-$14 per person for the buffet depending on whether you get a drink, which is a great deal for the quality and variety you get. Hands down one of the best Cicis locations I've been to. Cleveland is lucky to have this one!
