I give 2 stars because we DID have fun, but, the operations manager was the rudest person in the building. No hospitality whatsoever. As soon as we walked in he looked at us, and then was staring at something a far for about 2 minutes while we stood at the register. Midway through our bowling game, he asked us to move lanes ( we had pizza, drinks, and five peoples worth of stuff) for a group that had reservations. The group never even showed up! The girl at the pizza register had no idea what was on any of the pizzas, and the bartender, in the middle of our drink order, stops to check her schedule on her smart watch. I have NEVER been so disappointed and angry with customer service of an Adventures Place in my life. Yes, we still ordered pizza, beer, games, laser tag, and the rest of the works, and after spending about $150, I will not be back unless this issue is addressed. read more

This is a modern & clean bowling alley & arcade. That is why I give it 3 stars. They also participate in the summer kids bowl free program so that is cool but for an everyday family outing it is outrageous prices. 3 people to bowl 2 games & shoe rental was $47. Three drinks, a terrible pepperoni pizza and 6 fried cheese sticks that came with a sauce that tasted more like salsa than marinara sauce was $38. After we ate 1/2 the pizza we found a hair in it. Arcade has a lot of cool games but expect to pay $1 per game. Looks like they have specials on weekdays, so that would be better to hit. If you sign your kids up for free bowling you still have to pay $5 for shoe rental. Hixson has Holiday bowl which is older but we had just as much fun there on a weekend for a lot less money read more

To start off first attempt at pin strikes.... We were at holiday bowl and they were crowded a few weekends ago. So I called Pin Strikes, they said they were closing early at 12 so we would have over an hour to bowl. We left holiday bowl and got down to pin strikes and they said they are closing in 45 min we didn't have time to bowl so they weren't taking anymore customers. Left in such a bad mood because the service rep was not nice at all. Even though hey had just told me on the phone that we could come. Went back to holiday bowl and had a blast... Second attempt.... We went out with another couple on 02-13. We got there with a 2-1/2 hour wait to bowl. We hung out in the bar area were the service was quite aweful. Took 10-15 min at least to get a drink and they were not terribly busy at all. The bartender didn't even acknowledge you standing there. We ordered food and we had to eat at separate times because two of our meals took 5 min longer then the rest. That associate at the food counter was the only nice person we came across though. Then three hours later the buzz us up then to tell us we could only play one game. Again she was super rude. Told me they were closing early yet again. I will never go back not will I recommend this place to anyone else. read more

The bowling is fun, but the food is awful. I found the pricing to be high for what it is. Not just the bowling prices were high but the food and drink was a little pricy as well. Maybe I am old school but I do feel like there's not enough bang for my buck here. I think I will try my bowling at another location next time so I have a better comparison. read more

Great atmosphere for all types for groups. From bowling to arcade and even laser tag. This place has it all. The food here is not the greatest, but being able to have so many options is great. We will definitely be back here some time in the future, as kids bowl for free and they were also able to enjoy the arcade. I would recommend this place to all my famy and friends. read more

If i could give this place minus 5 stars I would! Terrible management, employees have no common sense, the bumper cars were not charged, they cut our bowling games off in the middle. It was a terrible birthday experience for my step daughter. I will never go back there and will be sure to let everyone I know how awful the people that work there are. It used to be a nice place. My family & I came down from Nashville to attend a birthday here and had a blast! The chicken Nachos with white queso cheese & jalepeno's was delicious!!! I am not for sure that it comes this way on the menu, because my husband ordered them for me and he knows my taste very well. But, if it isn't I am telling you, you should try the nachos this way!! read more

Love this bowling alley! They keep the lines moving really well! It is well maintained! And cheaper than other alleys around.

While we did have fun we paid to bowl 2 games and only played half of the 2nd game bc the lane manager was a butthole... we had a ball get stuck and instead of waiting an additional 30 min to get a person to retrieve the ball my child walks on the side of the lane to retrieve it themselves... dangerous yes but also the only option when the place is understaffed and the manager was too busy waxing lanes to stop and help.... instead he yells at my kid and turns the lane off... we did not get an apology and we did not get a refund of any sort on the rest of the game we did not get to finish. There are better bowling alleys in the area that are well staffed well trained and cheaper. We used to have all our birthday parties here... but no longer.. congratulations your management sucks and is rude.... DO BETTER!! read more

We arrive at 8:15 with 12 people got a quote of 30 to 45 minute wait after an hour of waiting 4 people had already left, at an hour and 15 minutes of waiting we finally get buzzed and ask the guy at the cash register why it took so long and he got an attitude and said we don't control how long people bowl. That's BS cause at 10:30 we had a pop up on our screen saying we needed to finish our game. I'm sorry we paid for a game and just because you want to close at 11 on the dot doesn't mean we have to cut our game short. Worst bowling ever!!! I went here with a group of friends and the manager refused to honor a price for a game we had seen online. Furthermore, they had 50 cent wings advertised online and on the tvs there, and when we pointed that out, he said he couldn't honor that either and turned the tv off. This is the worst bowling alley that I have ever been to. First off, the manager who was working the cash register had no sense of customer service and didn't even acknowledge when customers waited in line for service. The games were over priced considering the fact that they didn't have enough balls for different sized fingers and the balls kept getting stuck down the lane. After bowling , we tried the arcade side and the first game we tried to play ended up dysfunctioning and it took 3 employees to attempt to open the machine and retrieve the air hockey puck with NO luck. Finally I asked for my money back after waiting for 30 minutes for them to fix the machine which they still were not able to do. All the employees are completely incompetent and unknowledgeable at their job. Let's just say I will NEVER come back to this bowling alley. read more

I reserved a party room for a baby shower on a Saturday afternoon. I had no problems with reserving the room or ordering food for the party. Once we got to Pinstrikes to set up 15 mins before the party started, the employees informed us that their system had been down since yesterday and there wouldn't be any bowling or laser tag available. We were not notified in advance (even an hour) that there wouldn't be bowling available. The management was rude to us and they lacked professionalism. The food was OK, nothing great about it. We ended up staying for the rest of the party since we had no where else to go. They gave us a 20% discount and didn't include gratuity. Overpriced, over crowded, dirty, and no fun! We had tried another bowling alley and had hoped this one might be a little better. At first glance we were excited! Laser tag, bumper cars, up beat music we thought it would be great. We had to switch lanes a couple of times as the bumpers didn't work for our little one, no big deal. We got settled got a pitcher of beer, it was flat. We got some cheese sticks, not cooked. Some new bowlers came into the lane next to us, there were literally 18 people. Not all were bowling. But they were allowed to sit, hang out, and crowd our party of 4 out of our seats and our game. The music was so loud you couldn't talk and it kept getting louder. This was durning the week, mid afternoon. Then the restrooms! They smelled like urine, the women's, and each stall was disgusting. I won't return. I wish I could give it a zero! read more

Came on a double take deal. Lanes didn't work properly, the bumpers are either up for everybody or down for everybody. 3 different people worked on it and it was never fixed. Second time here and it hasn't improved. Still way too expensive and customer service at food section was bad. They charge by the hour for bowling. Our party was 1 adult and 2 elementary-aged kids. We didn't get to play 2 full games and it was almost $42 and I had my own shoes and ball. The first lane we were given didn't work and we had to move to another lane. We ordered 3 drinks and nachos. The clerk forgot to put order in for nachos so it took way too long to get the extremely greasy, stale nacho chips with lukewarm cheese poured over them. The nachos were horrible and we ended up throwing most of them away. The price for nachos and 3 small drinks was over $17. Last time for me. Will take my business elsewhere. read more

My husband and I had a great time bowling. We got there at midnight and left when they closed at 2am. It wasn't crowded at all. The prices are very reasonable. However while we were there our car got broken into in the parking lot. Which that isn't the bowling alleys fault but still don't leave anything in your car. I really want to love this place but they do have some issues. It's a large place with lots of great stuff to do. The lanes are modern, the arcade has a lot of choices, and the prices are sometimes reasonable. For instance, the website advertises bowling and shoe rental for $2.75 each on Tuesdays. Unfortunately, our family drove out there yesterday (Tuesday, December 19) and we were told they are not honoring the website specials this week. Charging more because of kids being off for the holidays maybe? No reason given. The change is not shown on the website. Also, the place opens at 11. Since we didn't want to bowl anymore we asked to play the bumper cars. We were told that the bumper cars isn't open until 1:30 and there's a large group reserving it already. It was just sitting there doing nothing, but we couldn't pay to use it. I didn't even ask about laser tag or balladium. The last time we were there we had a group of 10. We bought individual games, not the time limit. We got two lanes and asked to split 6 and 4 because of our kids. They assigned 5 to each lane but didn't tell us. The left lane shut off early because 6 people were bowling on it (I guess it counts it by frame) so the end of the game was lost and there were extra frames on the right lane. We were told there was nothing they could do about it. The bar in back is a nice place to shoot pool with no smoke, and the prices and selection are decent. Overall this place has potential to be really fun, but just beware that you may get screwed by website information being wrong or a group reserving an activity with no way of knowing ahead of time. If I could give this ZERO stars, I would!!! I took several 9 year old boys there last night for my sons birthday. I spent $500 and they refused to give me pitchers of drinks!!! All I wanted was a pitcher of Sprite, Coke and water!!! The "manager" told me that I had to order individual drinks for everyone bc I didn't book the Friday night special. I can tell you that I spent waaaaaay more than the Friday night special cost!!! I ordered 4 pizzas which were $66, had three lanes reserved for $230 spent $200 for the game cards and spent $100 for laser tag!! The people that work there are AWFUL!!! They have no idea what customer service is. This place is seriously a joke. We will be telling all of our friends to avoid this place at all cost. Our party host was busy, and instead of helping me with a few extra cups for the kids, two very rude girls at the front desk had me run my check card separately to pay extra for water cups (when I was already paying over $200 for the party). We had a blast playing old school ski ball and new arcade games they have. After games we bowled two games over a couple pitchers of beers in there awesome bar. Was super excited to come here!! They have a cool little arcade, and a fun bowling alley. But! Some games are faulty, which isn't very cool. Few seem to actually work. And service was weird. Anytime you asked a worker a question or needed service of any sort they seemed to be lost and have to ask someone else. They seemed rather bothered or confused. They close at 11, they told me they couldn't pour a beer because she was underage but there were 5 others standing around. They sent me to the bar which was locked and the bartenders just stared at us. This was at 9:40. We played our video games first and went to get a game of bowling. Again at 9:44 to be exact the girl I'm training had to ask If we could have one game because they close at 11.. we were done with our game by 10:20 ish and they had already shut off alll games and didn't even want to to cash out ticket card in. I'll say I was rather disappointed. Might try to give this place another shot another day. But for now I'll steer clear. read more

Giving this place a bad review is just throwing more trash on the heap. Still, I will echo the others who have observed the dreadful management and customer service. Recently visited for a family night and was given a buzzer to await a lane. We were told to go ahead and use our laser tag tickets in the meantime. After waiting there about 15 minutes with no employees in sight, the buzzer for bowling went off. After returning to the counter and waiting about 5 minutes in line, the employee looked bewildered that we'd been paged and said there was no lane open. Also, we'd just watched her give a lane to someone who'd just walked in. She assured us she'd call someone to laser tag. She did. He literally did not say one word of direction to us and my censor didn't work, basically rendering the game useless. One 10 minute game for 3 people was about $20. When we finally got buzzed for bowling, about 45 minutes after arriving, she informed us that shoe rental was something like $5 per person. We just left and had a great time elsewhere. read more

Worst ever - Don't waste your money! MY 8-YR-OLD SON'S GIFTS WERE STOLEN WHILE WE WERE THERE! He had 8 friends come to his party there and made it home with 2 gifts. I reserved a party room with the VIP package a month in advance with DANIELLE for my 8-yr old son's birthday, and paid the $75 deposit. They bumped my reservation a week before our party because they had a center rental come in at $1000/hour. DEAN, the 'manager's' solution to bumping my reservation was to bring my 8-yr-old's party guests in the evening from 5:30-7:30 and guaranteed me they'd be safe and kept in a group. When we arrived, they didn't have a party room for us, instead they located us in the bowling alley- and the lanes were broken!. They advised me I needed 4 pizza's for 8 kids, we had 2 whole pizza's left over and they taste like cardboard. Bumper cars were broken, so some of the kids were not able to play on them. The place is run by GREEDY, unscrupulous people who don't care about anything but making a buck. They should be put out of business = -5 stars! read more
