Me and my other two teenage friends went to Top Golf in Chattanooga, TN today. The experience was good and we had a good time. However, we ordered some chips and queso, and as we were eating it we saw a curly black hair. When we told the waitress, she brought the manager over. The manager proceeded to ask us if we had already been eating it which I'm not sure why that was relevant because we noticed it after we had been eating it. Then she said that she couldn't have known if it was ours and basically blamed it on us because she said her staff didn't have hair like that. She did not apologize, but she did say she would "take it off the check but she had to take it off of the table." So she blamed it on us and acted like we placed it there on purpose. No one in my group even had curly black hair. She was very rude to us just because we were teenagers. I'm sure she puts up with a bunch of stuff on the daily but we were very nice and gave her no reason to be rude. If an adult was there, she wouldn't have responded that way and I just thought it was very rude. Other than that, we had a fun time and our waitresses were nice. read more

I got to come here for the first time! Nice chilling and gathering location in town! There are mini golf, top golf and sports bar and more! We played here for 2 hrs and had a great time with friends! I enjoyed the non alcoholic beverages! Will be back if I come back around here! Cheers read more

I don't have anything to compare Topgolf to since I'd never done anything like it before, so I'm giving the place full marks based upon the fact that I had so much fun there. The facilities were in great condition, absolutely everyone we dealt with there was super friendly, and all the equipment--supplied by Topgolf--was in good repair. The fees were more than reasonable, the beer was cold and the snacks tasty and of good quality. Can't ask for more than that! read more

This place is awful. There are better venues. From the torn dirty fabric on the couches to ripped grips and dented clubs to inaccurate scoring of the game itself to frozen reheated food and terrible beer selection not to mention the waiter we had clearly needs to find another profession (bald headed black beard white guy with glasses). Did not check in on us at all to see if we needed anything after he took our first order. The wristbands they require you to wear especially when they don't halfway out them on right and the glue is constantly pulling at your arm hair. And the fact the dude was so worried about us wearing a wristband when the white hair and wrinkles don't give him a hint. Use some common sense and out some money back into the business. Had a great time celebrating friend's birthday at Topgolf! Food was good and reasonably priced. The place was clean and had a cute outside seating area. Staff were awesome and so helpful! We got free don't holes for a friend's birthday and you can also bring your own store bought cake. Bathroom was clean and warm during winter. Took one star off cause the scoring system is wonky. Unlike other topgolf where you get a point where the ball gets into the colored circle holes, here the ball just needs to touch the circle on flat surface. read more

Been to this location twice now and it is very clean and has a different layout from other topgolf locations. Only has one floor for top golf but has mini golf, life size games like chess and other stuff to do with groups of different ages and sizes. We mainly come just for the top golf part, areas are always clean and they are quick to replace something if its broken or tearing on the clubs. Only issue we have is ut doesn't record your ball very good on where it actually lands but where it first bounces so we suggest keeping your own score for better accuracy. Staff is friendly and the food is good and fairly priced. They need outside insolated tumblers or something for drinks though so they don't get watered down in this heat/humidity after only 5 minutes. We would recommend but best time to come is after 12 pm. read more

Love love love top golf. It's like a must do in every city we go. This was the first one I've been to that only had one floor but it was ok because I still made it happen. I can definitely see this spot being busy in the summer with its outdoor covered patio area and mini golf section . There scoring system is a little different then the others , such as your ball only needs to touch the colored target to get a score, the other top golfs targets have holes and nets to score. We did order a few apps and they was delicious as well. I will definitely have to try this spot out again if I come back to Chattanooga. read more

Avoid... the service is awful. The machines do not work... if you have an opportunity to go to top golf go anywhere but here!

When we arrived there were many open bays and not crowded. The hostess said we could only play for one hour. Before our hour was up our server was ready to push us out. There were no more people in the establishment than when we first arrived. Our server was okay. We were able to get in a drink and appetizer order. He came back 45 minutes later asking if we wanted another round of drinks while simultaneously informing us we had 15 minutes left. Zero napkins were available anywhere. No napkins or coasters brought out with drinks/appetizers. Did I miss the memo that napkins are now a hot commodity? Suffice to say, Top Golf in Chattanooga left little to desire which is unfortunate. They made zero effort to keep our business, but instead did everything possible to make us feel unwelcome. read more

First, I am not a golfer unless you count putt putt golf. Never been here before and was invited with my daughter and son in law. This one is apparently smaller than some from what I am told but it was pretty neat. The golfing section reminded me of going bowling. You have your own "lanes" or area where you play. They had a lot of booths. It has a couch sitting area, golf clubs provided (like bowling balls provided) but you don't need golf shoes. it is a step down into the area you sit and has a table for food as well as a table behind your area. They have heaters above your area which you can turn on, which helped a lot. They also provide food and drink (draught beer too, +1) at your table. In your play area there are monitors that shows where your golf ball goes when you hit it... like the pros... in my case it showed the ball bouncing down the fairway going maybe 50 feet if you count rolling. It also has scoring like bowling where each golfer gets points when they hit the ball. You don't have to use it but again, kind of like bowling. My grandkids (3 and 6) were also there and had a great time hitting golf balls (trying but probably better than me). I was there for about 1.5 hours so did not really tour the area, but it is my understanding there is a play area, and a large indoor siting area and an informal restaurant/bar. The waitress we had was friendly and we got our drinks pretty fast. However, if you follow my reviews, I am cursed when it comes to service; typically slow, wrong or non existent . In this case I ordered chicken fingers because I was told they are good. The dipping sauce arrived in about 5 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes and seeing the group next to us get their food and had arrived and hour afer us, I asked the waitress (or is it wait person) where are order was. She investigated and said she was sorry but they are working on it. They weren't that busy and we only had about 1/2 hour left so I told her to cancel it. Which they did. I think they gave me a discount but not sure. Overall it was a pretty neat idea. Even if you don't golf, go with someone who does and hit a few, have a few drinks and if you are lucky enough to get food you order, enjoy some chicken fingers. I understand they are really good!! Our two hour booth was not cheap so I would have expected better service. I would rate my experience a 5 if not for the poor service in getting my food order (I am not sure who was to blame. Our server Ashley was great! That was about it. Equipment did not function well and many of our golf balls did not register correctly. This Topgolf uses cameras instead of chips. This caused a lot of wrong scores and misreadings during game play. It caused a lot of frustration because we've been to other venues in NC and Ohio that were much better. read more

This was our third trip to TG. Really enjoyed TG!! Have not played a round of golf in more than two years. I'm starting to get my swing tempo back. Our first trip was a walk-in. The next two I made a reservations on line. Our bay were ready right on time! Were mainly going to get some practices in and hope (maybe) get better. Check-in is very easy. Got to our bay and sign in and book for a hour and a half (90 mins.) Order food today. For me the Tres Tacos with chicken and the Shrimp Tempura for the wife. Both were very good! Plus two craft beers. Love the system that track your ball and let you know how far it went. This does help with your game. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We will return soon. The staff is nice and attentive. However, adult customers can quickly get out of control with alcohol on board. This is where staff and management need to be aware and involved. It is challenging when you have to apologize to your wife and 17 year old when adults can't handle their beer. Management needs to get involved and babysit these idiots. read more

Jagger was the best server we've ever had. Exceptional service completely. When it came to the manager (red shirt) Rhonda, it was horrendous. Rhonda cursed and threatened us until my entire group left because there was 48 seconds left and we had 4 balls out. If she hadn't come over and shoved the 4 balls in our face for the last 48 seconds we could've easily finished the game. Rhonda has a power complex issue. She was upset and threw our clubs onto the range (over $4000 worth of clubs). Also, she told her employee "you're new so I probably won't hold it against you but these people suck". I wouldn't let this manager manage my pet fish. I hope Topgolf can take care of this issue so nobody else has to go through this. If I could give sub zero star reviews this would be beyond that. I thought a camera crew was going to appear and tell us we were on some reality TV show because of the level of disrespect, anger, self pity, disregard of human life, and compassion towards us over absolutely nothing. For the sake of everyone's safety steer clear of Topgolf until this unstable human is gone. read more

As far as the service goes, well...that's not really why I go, but since this is a yelp review, I'll say that the quality of service and the food are both hit or miss. This place is great!! We've been to many Topgolf locations but none with the new concept they rolled out, and this was our first time at Chattanooga AND the new concept. The service is A+. We didn't wait on anything and the service staff is incredible!! Our food was what you expect from a Topgolf which isn't bad. It's bar food, you order it and ya get what you ordered, but I will say the food is better than many bars in Chatt. Overall, I did NOT think I would like the one-story concept that Topgolf came up with, but I actually really love it. It's for more than just hitting golf balls and I can really appreciate that. Would definitely recommend this for right-off-the-interstate travelers OR locals of Chattanooga! Everyone has something to love :) read more

I thought that TopGolf of Chattanooga ran out of money when I saw that they stopped at only one story, but after doing some research I found out that it's part of the new, open concept. I think it's actually better. The mini-golf is very family friendly, and the open patio area is great for large gatherings. read more

We had a reservation & we had to wait only 5 minutes for them to sanitize it we expected to wait for a long time it was great! They had kids chicken tenders, I asked for them GRILLED they said they were FROZEN it's a chicken tender!!! Afterward we played corn hole, giant chess/checkers it was great! They did not care if you have fun, which is amazing because I figured they would not let you have fun! The overall golf part was fun as I thought! Bathrooms were nice! Was told it would be a hour wait to keep my phone. I got the first message confirming I was on the waiting list. I was fine since we had just went through a drive through for dinner. Waited in parking lot for 2 hours on a Saturday night We finally left since at this point it was an hour to close and didn't want to feel rushed to play plus people were steadily leaving, but even after that we finally just left and still never got a message letting us know our bay was ready. read more
