I'm giving this 3 stars. In this day & age, I expect average service & we got it. My husband makes us go to Hooters whenever there's one on the town we are visiting or passing through. On this particular case, we were passing through & he naysayed any restaurant I tried to push on him. We've been going to Hooters for 20 years. We order the same pitchers of beer & same wings wherever we are. It's been pretty consistent. The only difference is the service. I feel bad name checking our waitress who was seemed nice, but pretty bad from a service perspective. We've had some spectacular waitresses, who not only pour our first glass from the pitcher, but stop at our table to refresh our glasses whenever our glass was half full. Not only did our waitress drop off glasses and a full pitcher and walk away, so did every waitress at this particular Hooters. It's too bad bc if she was engaged I'm sure it would've made the fact that when our food came out lukewarm, we could've looked past it. Nevertheless, I'm pretty sure it hasn't soured our experience with the franchise, but I've written this location off. read more

I wish I looked at the reviews prior to ordering here. Ordered with Uber eats, they didn't include the blue cheese for the chicken wings. They did not put the sauce on the shrimp, thus making it taste like I was eating frozen popcorn shrimp that was heated up in the microwave. The shrimp was overbreaded, cold, and disgusting. The most frustrating part is when you try to submit a complaint the first thing that pops up on Uber eats no refunds essentially telling you to "suck it up. It's not our fault. Our food does not live up to the standards of hooters across the world." If I've ever said, I've been to the worst Hooters I take that back. This one now has a crown. read more

I do not have enough bad words to say about the meal that I received if you can call it that. Ordered 24 buffalo shrimp, medium, and wet. This should mean a nice medium buffalo sauce with a little extra sauce instead I received shrimp that are no bigger than a salad shrimp a quarter is larger than the shrimp floating in an incredibly nasty salty sauce that should not be classified as buffalo in any way Along with an order of fries that are the stainless nastiest curly fries I have ever received outside of Arby's I would recommend anyone to avoid this restaurant and go somewhere else. If you want food that is edible. This should not be classified as a restaurant how they pass food inspections is beyond me. I have been to Hooters many times in many different states. First time trying hooters wings and I finally understand the hype behind them. I got the sauce sauce on classic hooters wings. I love the light batter on the traditional wings helps keep the sauce in every bite. I also tried the fried pickles and Buffalo chicken dip. Amazing fried pickles and little hint of spicy and super crispy. The Buffalo chicken dip was a little disappointing. Dip was barely warm and didn't have much spice or flavor. Service was very slow I think we waited 45 mins for our appetizers and another 30 for the main course. I think the A/C was broken because it was warmer inside the restaurant than outside. read more

I've been to Hooters all across the country & to this location several times & know what I like - Original Recipe Wings, drums only, extra crispy, Three Mile Island sauce & an order of curly fries. Oh ya, gotta have a good beer (or four). Yesterday I had the best Hooters wings in ages! They were cooked perfectly, the breading was perfect, there was the perfect amount of sauce on them & they tasted fantastic with just the right amount of heat. If I wasn't totally stuffed, I would have gotten another order they were that good. They have Elysium Space Dust IPA which is a yummy IPA & the curly fries are always good. Not my first rodeo when it comes to this place. I started coming to Hooters when they only had 5 flavors of wings and they were breaded. Now... NOW? Now! They have a variety and naked plus boneless not just breaded. I ordered the General Tso's sauced Naked and fried pickles that were amazing. Whenever I taste something that I love instantly, I usually stay with it and won't get something else from that establishment. The wings were fresh and so were the pickles. This used to be a fine spot. Now it is fine spot for spotty service. Their burgers have gone to just a burger from another restaurant. This used to be my favorite hooters restaurant and in the past would have rated it 5 stars. I came in here to give it that. Today would prove a completely different review while I was ready to do so. Sometime over the past few weeks they remodeled it. That's fine. There is now a big square bar in the middle on the inside now. I do not like this as it reminds me of Applebee's. Anyway, you can still smell freshly cut wood and paint and etc. Service and friendliness can be a little better at times. The manager that's been here awhile needs to go back to school to learn people skills. One waitress at the bar is very judge mental and jumps to false conclusions. She keeps calling a manager over little things. I was there for only 30 minutes and she did this to 3 different customers perpendicular to myself. As far as taking care of their customers. Well, they never checked back on me after someone from the kitchen brought me my cheeseburger meal. Service was so bad on this visit that my glass was empty the whole time I was trying to eat my cheese burger. Furthermore, they did not give me ketchup nor did they check back on me. Totally remodeled this year with wide open viewing of the TVs and Hooters! With over 30 flat screen TVs Inside and more on the smoking deck. I have been to Hooters across the country and if you like attractive young women this is one of the top three I have seen. Nashville and Charlotte being a couple others. They all do the birthdays for you and will gladly pose for pictures if you request. This is a great place for a group to catch a game. They were NOT busy at all (4:30pm on a Thursday). Multiple servers walked past me...no eye contact, no "I'll be right with you." Zero "you know what's" given. So, I'm alone, there are at least 3 bartenders about 10 feet from me, and at least 3 servers walking PAST my chair. 5 minutes. Should I ask one that is ignoring me to notice me? Nope. 8 minutes. Seem not long enough to wait? Go sit still for 8 minutes doing absolutely nothing. 10 minutes and the hostess -- who watched me sit down, is now talking with the server that is ignoring me. The server is wiping a table...as in: "not taking an order". Lots of servers coming in from outside, so I figure it's a shift change. But...still. Took my wallet and left. I have been to this Hooters plenty of times over the years. Most of the time I eat at the restaurant. This time I got a to-go order. A dozen buffalo shrimp in hot sauce and 15 chipotle honey wings. The wings are my regular. I love that chipotle honey taste. They have the best in town....when they're properly cooked. 3-4 of my wings weren't cooked long enough. A major bummer for sure since that was about 25% of my dinner. Besides that the BUFFALO shrimp didn't have a single thing on them. The cooks fried the shrimp and put them in a box with a container of hot sauce and ranch. What the crap is that? How is that remotely buffaloed? Over the years as I have been here I have had some issues with undercooked wings before. No big deal for it to happen every once in a while but with this and the shrimp both....it seems as the management here is lacking the proper training tools for cooks required of mid to upper tier restaurants. Maybe that's why there isn't hardly any review over a 3 stars within the last few years. Tonight was a big disappointment considered to what I'm expecting from the places I frequent. Tonight I didn't get a table since I was placing a to-go order. I just sat at the bar. The bartender was attentive, nice, polite and good at her job. You can tell when there are seasoned waitresses. She was good. The wait staff and hostesses were excellent. The problem seems to be in the kitchen. Hope this gets resolved before Twin Peaks starts looking better than Hooters. read more

I go here for the wings, ok? LOL. Actually, I go here because when I go out with the guys from work, this is their choice. I'm the token chick in my management group and I get overruled. It's Hooters - what can you say? The girls are nice, though sometimes service can be a bit slow. They have a good selection of drinks and I usually go for either a cider or their sangria. I get the Habanero BBQ which is a 3 flame hotness. It has just enough spice to make my tongue pretty warm and bring a little tear to my eyes, but the sweetness of the BBQ part then makes it manageable. They have a new hottest flavor - Triple Dog Dare Ya - my boss got those and I tasted just a bit of the sauce. Woooo - that's some hot stuff. It's a good place to hang out with your co-workers/buddies and they have lots of TV's around with a variety of sports on at all times. It's a dude place. read more

I used doordash to order Hooters yesterday. I was so disappointed. I ordered The blackened shrimp with tortilla chips (with guaco and pico on the side. 1 because i never tasted them. 2. it was delivery, didn't know when i would be eating it.) I ended up getting a regular shrimp taco with guacamole and Pico in it. I also ordered steamed broccoli with cheese sauce and got burnt broccoli with no cheese sauce. Poor service. THEY made my order wrong and added the sauce to the shrimp instead of on the side. Initially I was going to send it back but I was pretty hungry so I attempted to bear through the heat. When the server circled back around, I requested that they remake it. When she returned she stated that they had counted the shrimp and deducted what I already ate. I drive Uber and have been in this restaurant many times. Tonight was different. I went in to get a delivery and a new girl was at the front. She was dismissive and informed me to take the customers food I had to give $10 extra dollars. I spent 20 minutes trying to call to get more money from Uber and tried to see the receipt to provide the needed information. The new girl quickly informed me I couldn't see the food. She wouldn't move it and she said i couldn't go look at the receipt. I asked for a manager because she was being unnecessarily rude and difficult. The manager came out with even a more difficult attitude. I decided we were getting no where because he wanted me to pay the difference and collect it from the customer. A clear violation of Uber policy. I was treated as a burden rather than a benefit to their business. The true loser was the customer because they didn't get their food. I know good help is hard to find in this environment but there is no cost to being nice. read more

What is wrong with the folks in Chattanooga? Visited Chattanooga to purchase a car. Once we left the dealership (which by the way had just as bad service), went to Hooters of Chattanooga for lunch. Upon arriving there were two hooter girls standing at the host stand. One of them took us to our table and immediately walked away. My boss and I sat over 5 minutes being stared at, but no one would come to the table and greet us. I then requested for a server. It was so shocking after working for this company for 7 plus years, that even after requesting for service NO ONE came. After seeing that we were yet again being ignored we left. Its beyond disappointing in the lack of customer service that this store has. Hooters has always strived in assuring that customers recive an outstanding Hooter Girl experience. Waitress was unattentive and spent most of her time sitting with her friends at the table behind me. The wings, very disappointing. I've always gone to the hooters in Knoxville and have been super impressed with how good their roasted wings tasted. Today at this location, they smelled like raw chicken and were extremely slimy. After an 8 road trip, my boyfriend and I ate them anyways because we were so hungry and didn't want to disturb the staff. The only thing that saved them was drowning them in the house hot sauce (which is pretty good itself so 10/10 recommend that). Hopefully management can start asking their customers how their food is and checking the quality of everything. read more

The #1 thing that makes this Hooters great: $10 all-you-can-eat wings on Wednesdays. No other Hooters in the area offer this, --- just ask a waitress.
