Update! Although I use to work here, the customer service tonight is super disrespectful. I'm not one to ask for something, but I asked a simple question and got attitude in return. I would never look at a customer when I was in her position in disgust like I was bothering her with the question I asked. On the other hand the bartender was amazing. But rest assured, I won't be back. I'll just go to Hixson or another Bowling center all together.

We came here on a Sunday night for there 2 hour bowling staring at 9. It was a small wait and pretty busy here for a Sunday night . Sucks we couldn't get 2 lanes for 6 of us. We probably had an hour and a half to bowl till closing which was at 11 we got 2 games in. It was fun and I liked how high tech the screens was where we could add our pictures to it. I wish we had more time to explore the other areas of the complex , will need to try the place out again if I'm in the area .

Spare time was a blast. We came on a Thursday and played two games! I believe Thursday's is the day the bowling leagues come out to play but it still wasn't crowded at all! We played in the VIP section and there was no one else over there. We ordered appetizers and danced to the music while bowling. After our two games we headed to the gaming area were we played laser tag! It was just 3 of us at the time but the employee put us to play as a team so at the completion of our game, we came out to see who had won and it couldn't give us that info because she put it in wrong! I did a lot of running and sweat a lot, i really wanted to see who won! Other than that hiccup, the visit was awesome and our waitress during the time was great too!

My friends & I rented the Private VIP Suite for a birthday party. From the event planner, bartenders, to our server Layla all did such a fantastic job, there were minimal tasks for us to do to set up and keep things flowing throughout the night. From those that had food, they all said tbe food was great, the kids had an endless amount of arcade games and the staff was so very helpful and kind. Everyone that was at the birthday party, commented on how much they enjoyed the party and how nice the place looked. Apparently, this place was renovated recently, it still has that new look to it. I am not sure if this happens only on Saturday's but be prepared to be carded at the door but officers. Overall, we had a spectacular tonight. The birthday girl had a wonderful time and everyone one was pleased. So thank you all for making it such a flawless evening for all of us ... I personally is looking forward to going back and knock down some pins myself.

First time here. I was with a charity motorcycle ride when the Bull Riders were in town and the charity ride was sponsored by Crockett (Indian dealership) off Hwy 153. I was impressed. We were in the VIP area which is to the right when you walk in and there was bowling, a separate bar, food and live music. When you walk in, you can't mistake the sound of bowlers but it is much more than that. They have a nice restaurant/bar area and I had the large appetizer, which was not cheap, but it was good ($21 I think). They do have mixed drinks and draft beer (+1). The beers are a little expensive but very large. No real craft beers. They had Sweetwater 420 and Bud/Bud light on draft. They also have a large game room, which I did not get the chance to investigate, nor did I get to check out the laser tag. Apparently a few million dollars went in to upgrading this from a standard old bowling alley to quit an impressive place for the whole family. The place was clean, modern and the bowling lanes had huge screens above the pins so show how well you did and of course auto score keeping (I miss the old paper and pen approach but I am getting old LOL). Bottom line? This is NOT your parents bowling alley! It is definitely a 21st century experience. I have to give it a 5 and will need to go back and check out the game room and laser tag.

The facility of this building is vary nice. But the real down fall of it is the food. The pizza can't decide if it is pizza or spaghetti.

After bowling we let the kids play in the arcade and it had new rides and games and was very well done.

This is my first time going and this spot is really fun I would definitely consider going again. They didn't going for a work trip, and was surprise at this was sitting here in the middle of the parking lot. They have outdoor and indoor. They have upstairs and downstairs. There's plenty of games aside from bowling but bowling I guess is the star of the show. But they have a lot of other games aside from that that are giving planning to do. It's very wide and spacious and you really have room to move around versus being cramped up somewhere. I only interact with the bartenders upstairs that they were super cool and making sure our event went off well. They were Johnny on the spot when it came to make sure we had our pictures of drink full and make sure the food came on time. They did a really great job! What a nice day outside You can sit outside and drink some beer or grab a cocktail side to play cornhole or whatever your heart's desire. Upstairs is the pool tables and a number of other things as well as a bar. Downstairs is of course a bar and give or take about 10 bowling lanes. Now the food was pretty good... but I realize that this may not have been the standard food menu. Only because we rented out space and they had a whole other buffet in mind for us. But regardless, it was more than just regular "bar" food. It was all pretty good too.

The crowd is very cliquish and often heavily intoxicated, with people drinking in the parking lot before and during the night, which is especially uncomfortable given that this bar is inside a bowling alley where families and children are present. Seeing that kind of behavior outside while kids are coming and going adds to the overall unease. If you're not part of the regular group, it's easy to feel ignored or out of place. The karaoke host clearly favors friends and familiar faces, who seem to get priority while others wait far longer than reasonable to sing. The drinks are also way overpriced and underwhelming, especially for the quality you get, and the bar staff is incredibly slow even when it's not very busy. As for food, you'd honestly be better off stopping at a gas station. There are better choices in town with a more professional, fair host and a much better overall vibe. In the end, it's disappointing that what could be a fun, inclusive karaoke spot feels more like a clubhouse for a small, ridiculous group of adults rather than a welcoming place for everyone.

It was a little busy; no problem, it's understandable people are out and about on a nice day over the weekend so we expected a little bit of a wait. But what we didn't expect was a very unpleasant and hateful staff. They acted very rudely and putout when asked simple questions. We had never been to this bowling alley before so we weren't sure how the their system worked. Every question was answered hatefully and defensively. We put our name on the list and started waiting. We enjoyed some games in the arcade and had a few soft drinks from the restaurant... no problem at all. After waiting about 45 minutes for a lane, we had not heard any names called and several lanes were open (at least 8 lanes hadn't been used for 10 minutes or so). We waited another 10 minutes then asked the worker behind the counter if they page your name over the intercom. Before we could even get to the counter one guy rudely stated they were doing the best they could as if we had asked multiple times or like we were being impatient... nothing could be further from the truth. This type of interaction continued (unprovoked) during our entire visit. We asked for two lanes since we had a larger group of 8 and hoped to cross bowl. The girl reluctantly stated she'd "try" to get us two lanes but couldn't "promise anything" even with our party size. We finally got our lanes but our request to cross bowl was 100% ignored and by this time we didn't even care to ask again since the poor attitude we'd gotten so far... The lanes themselves weren't the worst we've ever used but we did have to reset the pin setter several times. We like to bowl often and usually visit local alleys when on vacation. We have family in the Chattanooga/Ooltewah/Cleveland area and are there quite a bit. Overall, for the price the place was clean and acceptable but the poor attitude from the employees makes it very unlikely we will return to or recommend Leisure Time Bowling. If we hadn't been visiting with family for a birthday, we would've left after the first poor interaction with the employee.
