On our second visit, my husband ordered the 12-ounce bone-in filet rare, and it came out more cooked than my medium-rare steak had been. There was also a small service miss on the first visit. When they took my steak back, I asked whether they could simply put it back on the flame. The gentleman explained that they would replace it because I had already cut into it, and he offered to package the original steak for me to take home. That never made it back to our table. Not a huge issue, but it was something he offered and didn't follow through on. Happy hour is a highlight. The jumbo shrimp cocktail was $2 per shrimp, and they were truly big shrimp--and very good! On our visits, the happy hour martini and old fashioned were $6, and wine was 50% off. If you like anchovies with your Caesar salad, they have them; you just need to ask. So far, steak is the only entrée we've tried. Despite the inconsistent cooking temperatures, we've enjoyed our visits overall, appreciate the value, and plan to return.
