Just had our teenage son's birthday party at Phazer Kraze. Booking was super simple online. Very reasonably priced for everything you get. Laser tag area was large enough to keep them engaged without being overwhelming. Nice variety of arcade games. The party room we had was spacious, well decorated and the boys loved the huge screen tv to watch their favorite anime show while eating their pizza. Everything including the bathrooms was clean and hand sanitizer was available. The party package we chose included laser tag games, arcade game card for each guest, card with extra credits for the VIP birthday person, pizza, drinks, plates, forks, napkins. They did allow us to bring in a cooler with extra cold drinks and cupcakes. Staff were super friendly and responsive. They worked with us to figure out the best flow for our group as far as coordinating our laser tag games and pizza/cake. Had 2 last minute guests that they helped us seamlessly add on to our package. Had an early arrival for a party. If it wasn't for a birthday party I don't think I would have been interested. Checking in for a birthday party I just assume you walk right into the party room you were invited to. The setup of the cool lights entrance to the laser tag room to get your gear. Was pretty cool. The kids get to run around in the dark. A way to burn your energy and 2 hours of play. While waiting for the kids to play they had a few options of arcade games and the claw machine that seems like it was a tease. But overall if you ever run out of ideas or where to throw a birthday. We just had our 14 year old daughter's birthday party at Phazer Kraze. One word to describe it...AWESOME! We weren't sure what to expect when we pulled up but the minute we opened the door to enter we were blown Away. Transported into a different world, like Tron meets Star Wars. The decor is outstanding, the perfect amount of great games to play. Everything was super clean. Everyone that worked there was top notch customer service. Then the Laser Tag room...epic. 6,000 sq ft of awesome space to run, hide, climb, chase...The equipment was great quality too. All the kids had a blast. Easiest birthday party ever. This is a really nice tucked away place to bring the kids to have fun with video arcade and laser tag. If it weren't for the fact that my grandson was visiting us in Florida, I might not have ever realized it was here. The place is clean and has friendly staff. For parents not playing, there is a nice waiting area with couches and chairs and a large screen TV. They have a small concessions area with bottles of soda and water and simple snacks. They even have air hockey! They are set up for birthday parties as well with private rooms. But of course the main attraction is the laser tag. My grandson is somewhat of an afficonado of laser tag. He advises me that they use the same equipment that some of the nicer places down in Florida use. He is very favorable about the atmosphere. He really loves it here. This is our second visit and I have immediately lost him to playing his three rounds. On weekdays, they have specials, too! Fun for the whole family! The biggest winner of it all is that it is cool, indoors, and fun while still burning off their energy!! I highly recommend this place. You just can't beat it. Went here for a birthday party. This was my first time hearing about this place. It appeared to be a pretty popular place because it was pretty busy. My thoughts were Phaser Kraze is Pretty cool, Lots of Fun. The kids and parents enjoyed laser tag. While I was at the party I observed that the staff were very friendly and helpful. The downside was almost every game in the arcade area was out of order! I would suggest more of a variety of arcade games (to help for a better experience while you are waiting) and lower the price of the games $1 per game is a little excessive. Was looking for something fun to do with my daughter and her friend on a Friday night. Wanted to take them to laser tag but didn't want to drive to Smyrna and I stumbled upon this place on Google which I've never seen in the almost 3 years of living in Murfreesboro. We walked in and went straight to the front table to get help explaining how everything works. They had a special where you buy 2 games of laser tag and get the 3rd one free so we did that. While we waited they had a nice selection of arcade games that the kids were able to play while they waited which was not long maybe 15 mins. You can get a locker to put your things in so you don't have to lug them around and they have a cozy waiting area with couches if you don't want to follow your kids around and there's a tv in front as well which was nice. The only downside is that a lot of the arcade games did not work which was a bummer but if they can get those up and keep them going this place would be a 5 star place to go to in Murfreesboro. My daughter and her friend loved the laser tag so much that their last game my friend and I joined in. This place is affordable and fun and we definitely had a great time. read more

We got here before they even opened and they went ahead and took us anyways. They had very friendly staff, a clean building, and we had coupons for laser tag from the smart card so it wasn't very expensive. The kids had a blast and it was really easy for them to shoot. I've been to Phazer Kraze several times. It's very spacious inside, and great for both kids and adults. Price is reasonable. They have party rooms, so you can have birthday parties. This past weekend, we rented a party room for over 40 kids. Everyone had a great time. However; some parents were upset because they were late providing us food (pizza) and we had to change our schedule. Friendliness of the staff varies. One thing I want them to change is to UPDATE THEIR BATHROOMS! I can only speak for women's bathroom, but it really needs attention. There are 3 stalls and all the locks do not work properly and the doors won't stay shut. It was like that the last time (last year) I came here. One of the stalls did not even have any toilet tissues! So disappointed. I would probably try the other laser tag place in town next time. read more

I'm sitting here reading the bad reviews, and I personally have never experienced any of these. We rent out the space once a year, every year for the last 4 years, at least. We do the 3 hour session with family and friends. Not once have we had anywhere close to a bad experience! The staff is always friendly, available and very accommodating to any needs we may have. Excellent group of people, well maintained facility, just an outstanding business all around. Highly recommend it for birthdays or group gatherings, even if everyone just chips in a few bucks toward the price of a private event. Now, off to book this year's (2017) visit! read more

Great place!!! My friends and I had so much fun doing the unlimited games. I wish that there was more time in a session though & that they weren't so far from downtown. The only thing that you can do there for "free" (included) is the laser tag. You have to pay for extra drinks, pizza, and games in the arcade. Had a birthday party here last weekend. The laser tag was great! Our kids and Adults all had a blast. I just have to add... there was no organization with the party at all. I understand there was a very large party that rented the entire building ahead of us that was still there when we arrived so things were very chaotic. When you have large parties, you may want to schedule some time to clean up afterwards before your other parties arrive because the place was a mess. No toilet paper in the bathrooms and a complete mess as well. They were sold out of most all drinks, the change machine was empty so we couldn't play games until the party was almost over. There were only two staff members that I saw who were very stressed out from the previous party but were nice. About 10 minutes after our party arrived we eventually had to track down a staff member and ask "how the party worked" because no one communicated anything to us. 10 out of 10 for the laser tag. 3 out of 10 for the party.... due to organization and communication issues. We took my 5 year old son here and we had a lot of fun. My son liked the arcade games, but, of course, laser tag, was his favorite, While the guns are pretty simple to operate, he is 5 and he was playing against mostly teenagers and adults. The lady at the front desk was really sweet and she actually took my son out of the game briefly and let him shoot at some of the vests so that he could gets points on the board. She didn't have to do that, but she went the extra mile and I really appreciated that and my son was really excited to see his name up on the board. I personally was not super excited about laser tag because it just didn't seem like something I would enjoy (I'm not a gaming type), but I actually really got into it and had a lot of fun. We took our kid and three other teen boys here for a birthday. They enjoyed it immensely. The computers keep score of how many shots you score and ranks each player; the kids loved keeping score. The staff is friendly, and the facility is well maintained. The game equipment is only two years old and looks to still be in good shape. This place should be shut down.. It badly run down and half of the equipment didn't work. The people there aren't very good at their job and not very attentive. A decoration that was hanging on the wall by screws/nails had fell off I guess and it was laying on the floor with the screw sticking up, luckily no kid stepped on it or got hurt by it.
