First time visiting. We chose a Saturday. Not the smartest move, but I figured that at opening time, there would be less people. Boy, was I wrong. It got busier by the minute. From my dino obsessed 4 year old's perspective, she LOVES it. From the gift shop, realistic looking dinos, funky wall paper and painted walls, to the slides and ball pits, she loves it all. From a parent's perspective, it's kind of a nightmare, LOL. You pay $20 per kid, plus $4 for socks. I feel like if you're going to make everyone pay for socks, that should be your parental/custodian admission price. It's $5 for each parent. Our total was $46 for 2 parents, 1 kid, and socks for all. Granted, socks are a one-time purchase and can be used over and over, much like they do at trampoline parks. There's certainly a lot to look at. If you get over stimulated easily, I wouldn't recommend Our time slot was 10:15 to 12:15 and, about an hour into that, my daughter asked to leave because it was overly crowded. I convinced her to stay a little longer to get our money's worth, so we browsed the gift shop for a few minutes and ended up buying a stuffie dino. Honestly, it would be a great place to host or attend a birthday party (their party setup looked super cute, though they are rather expensive -- roughly $400+) but I would 100% recommend coming on a weekday for less of a crowd.

Recently opened, so ventured with the little to check it out. When we arrived (weekend) in the am there was a line out the door. About a 20 min wait. Highly recommend completing the online waiver to save time. When you walk in, it's a completely Dino feel. Great decor and it was really crowded already. We checked in and paid. Nice front staff. You do need to buy the Dino socks ($4 a pair), even if you are just watching your kiddo. They aren't bad, but I saw some unhappy people around me when they found that out. They have cubbies for shoes, but since it was crowded it was a tight space and no where to sit to change into our socks. If you go inside to the playroom there are a few benches with cubbies, however you can't wear your shoes in there. Everyone was trying to find a wall space to lean on or just sat on the floor, however it's also the same area where their store is. Plus when you try to put on your shoes when you leave, same issue. ‍ Once inside, lots of play areas for kiddos. I will say it was bumper to bumper parents and kids when we went. Lots of parents accompany smaller kids throughout the structure, so it's kind of awkward when it's so crowded and you have adults sharing and crawling in some of those small spaces with that many kids trying to squeeze and run by. Also, not much supervision inside. You had big kids jumping into ball pits and smaller kids lying in the balls underneath...observed some unsafe moments. The place is new and looks it, and clean. They do check to make sure you are using their socks. It's a fun space but I do think they need to manage how many people are allowed to come in. They have cute restrooms as well, and in the back a good space for parties, to eat or just hang out (parents). Pizza looked good from their cafe. Dino theme is carried throughout the place. They have timed wristbands you wear, which were color coded and great to make sure you knew when your two hours were up (they make announcements). Definitely be back, but probably not on a weekend. Here's some feedback as a parent: * If you get rid of that merchandise case in the front, you might have a better area for cubbies with seats for people to take off/put shoes on. * For the tube ride, you really need to station someone there to help out. Kids are kids, and some are not going to want to share, bypass those waiting and go again. Also having someone stationed there might help with the backup. * Maybe get rid of the Dino carousel and put seating for parents/caregivers, which may allow them to have eyes on their kiddos and help with less congestion in the play structure. * Have an employee stationed at the playground door, so kids don't run out. * Maybe rope a lane for entrance and exit - might help with congestion.

Check out the photos I took while there. Very dangerous. Terrible manager (hot head) and they charge you to just come in. $3.95. Smh ridiculous. Will not be returning. I saw multiple hazards within the mazes for the children not certain how they passed their inspections. Too dangerous for us

Super fun, great prices for special times. My son had a blast. There were multiple levels he asks to go back all the time.

Cool place for kids and even adults. DO NOT come here on a weekend. Way too overcrowded and did not have any pizza's available.

The space is bright with pops of color. There's a wide range of activities including bikes, life-size Legos for building, a climbing wall and a sand room with a climbing structure and slide. There's a separate area geared towards babies that my 16 month old loved exploring! Children are required to wear grippy socks and adult must wear socks (grippy not necessary for adults). They sell reasonably priced socks there if needed. The restrooms are kept very clean, with changing tables in both men's and women's sides, and toddler accessible potties and sinks. Located on a quiet end of the building, there's plenty of free parking. They have a little cafe area, offering coffees and other beverage and snack options, including dye free candies! I've had the caramel coffee a couple of times; made to order, so it was hot and fresh! They use oat milk instead of dairy. It can get very busy at peak times like midmorning on a Saturday, but we've been there later in the afternoon when it has been practically empty as well. A single play pass has no time limit; my kiddos stayed for 3 hours before I dragged them out! They also offer multi pass packages at a discounted rate and monthly memberships. The membership grants unlimited visits. We had our daughter's 4th birthday party here and it was a perfect venue for the kids to run around and have fun, but still easily find everyone to gather for cake and pizza. The private party room has some colorful decorations that we felt were sufficient without needing to bring anything extra, although they do allow you to bring in your own decorations. They also provided high chairs for our baby friends who joined the celebration! They assign a party coordinator who helps you get set up, then cleaned up at the end of your party. The rental time is only regarding use of the private room; guests are allowed to stay as long as they want beyond the party time to continue the fun! We were allowed to bring in our own food and drinks. There are optional add-ons for party packages, including juice boxes for kids, coffees for adults, gift bags, candy bar, etc.

There is a climbing wall, that took years off my life when my 1 1/2 yo grandson climbed to the to top. Giant Legos are plentiful. Someone had built a structure large enough for a few kiddos to stand inside and there were plenty left over for other creative play. A separate infant/toddler room is great for the younger or shy little ones. There were also lots of ride on toys, stilts, and other physically challenging activities. The sand room has many activities, sand toys, funnels, etc. There is also a climbing structure with two slides. On busy days it can get tight in there, but the san looked and felt very clean. I don't think they've been open long. The check in process was a little slow. A separate lane for prepaid and membership entries would be nice. I love the healthy snack options! As someone who tries to put thought into my food, it is wonderful to go somewhere and have options you dont see every day. Highly recommend this place, but it can be busy!

If you're looking for a fun, clean place to take the kiddos on those cold or rainy days, this is the spot! It's so quaint and such a fantastic idea. There are a few different play areas like a Veterinarian Clinic, construction zone, and cafe for the kiddos to engage in some imaginary play. Additionally, they have a sectioned off area specifically for babies and infants. The Rumpus Room is not only locally owned, but the owner, Haley, is female and a veteran....how freaking bad ass!! You can tell that she and her hubby have out so much heart into this cute place. You can also see all of the potential and vision they are working hard to bring out growing community. You can chose to play for an hour or better yet, a membership to have unlimited play time! At this time, they are requesting you reserve a play time through their website so they can accommodate safe play for all. We will for sure be back to play and look forward to seeing this hidden gem continue to shine bright!

Party time was 12-2:00 pm. Here is the screenshot of email that was provided to the host of the party. Here is what me as a parent witnessed from their staff throughout the event. 1. Incident # 1 - Around 12:30 pm - 2 of the girls from their front desk staff were constantly interrupting the host parents to start wrapping up the party by 1:30 pm. This was just 30 mins into the event in front of all parents - Very disruptive. The host parent was politely mentioning we have the place reserved from 12-2:00 pm and it's just 12:30 right now. We will be out of here by 2:00 pm as per our reservation. The staff girls did not receive this well and said we have another party starting at 2:00 pm and we need to cleanup sooner. 2. Incident # 2 - At 1:20 pm while the kids were just starting to eat their lunch and cake post cake cutting and 2 of the front desk girls comes on the party room and starts to remove the table cloth saying they are starting the cleanup - ALL while we were in the middle of celebrating a birthday. The host parents and the guests had to again politely request this very unprofessional staff to please not remove anything right now and we will cleanup before 2:00 pm as per our reserved time and please let the kids eat for next 10 mins. Again, the staff responded unprofessionally to the host parents saying we already told you to clean up and you have to be out of here before 2:00 pm as we have another party starting. They forced to end the whole event earlier than it was reserved for. Kids didn't finish their meals or get to eat the cake. Incident #3 - all parents rushed out and got their kids situated from 1 year olds to 8 year olds. It was about 2:10 pm and there was no other party that had arrived that we were forced and rushed out for by this unprofessional staff The host parents went and checked in the email instructions if there is anything that says we have to leave 15 to 30 mins early before our reserved time. See the screenshot attached. It says nothing about that. Instead it says you have access to place 30 mins before the reserved time (Eg: 12:00-2:00pm) and that is it... Also, if they book back to back parties short changing each party by 15-30 mins without clear instructions (see the screenshot email again) it's selling a false experience and ripping young families off. I would be vary as a parent to host your kids events at this place. The management needs to do some serious coaching to young staff they employ that don't have manners or exhibit kind professional behavior especially if they are working at kids place which is suppose to be happy and safe.

My kid loves the place. It appears the owner has gotten complacent. Just a little love and care by taking the monthly membership of two families would cover these issues and make it a five star establishment again. Right now it's a 3.75. I am recommending this place, just looks like the owner forgot the upkeep in keeping it safe for the kids.

Being there with a toddler meant constantly moving to maintain supervision. But it was laid back and everyone was nice. We made a reservation but it was not crowded on a Wednesday morning, even with rolling start times. Outside patio space was small but cute, but also concrete - just something to be mindful of if you have a kid who goes headfirst into everything like mine. The entrance is adorable but the play space isn't closed off from the lobby. They have a little rounded mini doorframe for littles and my kid thought it was hilarious to go in and out. The place isn't big enough that they are going to get very far, but I was surprised it wasn't gated.
