Normally SkyZone is a great place! Unfortunately there was a group of undisciplined , entitled, and disrespectful preteen boys there for a birthday party who thought they owned the entire park. The parent with them was completely ineffectual and did not admonish the boys for continuing to blow the whistles after they were asked by the staff to stop. The parent was too busy not paying attention to be of any help at controlling her own group. The whistles as a prizes are a safety hazard because it would be difficult to distinguish ref whistles from the ones given as prizes to children whose parents haven't taught them to behave. Would not recommend noisemakers as prizes. read more

I signed up my two grandchildren for membership at the Brentwood location, they are ages 6 and 8. The park is great exercise for them and they have lots of fun. The problem I have is that teenagers mix in with young children and I have safety concerns. Oftentimes teens run through the park at full speed, cutting in and out trying to dodge the younger kids, including toddlers. The park announces no running and no double flips but that is NOT enforced. I spoke with an employee and he said it's useless. I asked him to at least try to stop the running but he ignored me. read more

The entire obstacle course in the back is closed to the public. They do not let the kids swing on the sensory swings anymore at all. Why have them? The facility stays over crowded even on off days. I had a birthday party for my goddaughter on March 30, 2024 at 5 pm. When I had initially made the reservation a week prior, it was at an off-hour (weekday at around noon) and the place was quiet and empty. I thought it was a perfect place for a kids party. However, I was sorely mistaken when I came on the day of the event - it was complete chaos. First of all, I reserved two sections in the upper level, but they had overbooked the other section. So we had to accommodate almost 50 people into one small section. There was a party room that was empty the entire reserved time, so I'm not sure why they couldn't have made accommodations to use that party room. Secondly, I was not able to pay using the link that was sent to my number (due to systems being down), so I had to inconveniently wait in the snacks line to pay for it. Thirdly, I'm not sure if the place reached or even exceeded full capacity or the AC just stopped working, but it was uncomfortably hot. Too hot to enjoy a birthday party for kids. Fourthly, there was only one staff member who helped out at my event. She was super nice, but was absent for like the first half hour or so, which made communicating party needs difficult. I understand she was only one person, but additional staff could've helped with communicating. Fifthly, there was just way too many people there, so it didn't feel special for a kids birthday package since you'd be sharing the same space with everyone who was just there on regular admission. All the birthday packages advertised as "hassle-free", but I had to get a non-staff to pick up the cake from the fridge, while dodging kids running around like wild animals. read more

I signed up for a membership specifically to go to skyzone 2 days. I told the cashier up front my intentions and she signed me up for a regular membership. 15 minutes into the 2nd day I'm told by employees I need to leave for a private party. I drove over an hour to get to skyzone so asked If I can stay. They blamed me for not looking at their Facebook page or coming outside the Nashville location to see the signs. I said I'd just be in the back doing the wall that's too big for the kids anyway and the manager, Andrew, said he would call the cops on me. He was condescending and argumentative the entire time and pointed out a line in contract that didn't make sense and acted like I was an idiot for not interpreting it the same way as he did. I used to live closer and loved this place, never having an issue. I won't come back. read more

My son jumped into the foam pit here, shattered his leg and had to have emergency surgery to reconstruct it. The foam pit is shallow and the floor underneath is some kind of metal. That is clear negligence on their part and we will not be returning. read more

Now that Defy is officially called SkyZone Nashville, I have noticed an increase in the amount of staff in the trampoline areas. The staff are actually facilitating the different events and my kids say they're super fun and nice. They also use their whistles to redirect behaviors that need to addressed. Like follow the rules. I love the new white and bright colors paint they just did. The whole place feels lighter and brighter than when it was the dark angels from when it was called Above All. Overall this is the best version this trampoline park has been at the Brentwood location. We have a monthly pass and it more than worth it to us. read more

They gave me a membership for one day saying they were "saving me money" then said they could cancel it for me. they never canceled it and I never canceled it because they told me I didn't need too. My sons love this place but I don't recommend for birthday parties! Policies have changed since our party last year with Defy. It is so expensive, they even charge now if you bring in your own food, and you have one hour to jump then have to stay in the room the entire second hour. This was very challenging for 10 rowdy 7 year old's and it made me the bad guy at the end of the party since they couldn't go back out and jump after getting all energized on cake! I would plan on bringing games in the room, music, etc. or your party will end early bc pizza/cake/presents really only take up about 1/2 that time. Allowing for jump time before and after would work best I think. read more

New ownership and the sales tactics they use and the wording from the front desk personnel is deceptive. She kept telling me I could pay with no commitment and then I had to ask if they were going to keep charging me month to month she finally said yes. The prices went higher and then I had to buy the "sky zone" socks due to apparent liability even though the socks I brought had the gripper bottoms just like the socks they offered. Spending money isn't the problem but being nickel and dimed for no reason is ridiculous. This is just another out of state investor making money moves in middle Tennessee. read more

My daughter can here for a birthday party. She had fun; it's fun to jump on all the trampolines and stuff. This place just changed its name, used to be "above all." Not sure why; maybe it was acquired. My low rating is not just for the experience, but for the tremendous risk you're taking by bringing your kid here. To start, it's staffed by young people who are obviously peeved at customers for being here and making them work. They're peeved because I don't magically know what or where I'm supposed to go or do. It's crazy loud with music, there are no clear signs, and there's just a mob at the desk. It's not surprising that you have to sign a waiver to jump here, but after my kid was already jumping I started reading through the waiver and it's absurd. The very first paragraph says that I waive my right to sue even if my child dies due to negligence by the staff. Later it forces binding arbitration and says I promise to pay all of Defy's legal fees. I can understand needing to protect yourself against frivolous lawsuits because of unfortunate circumstances or fault of others who aren't employed here. But if something the staff does or doesn't do (when it's clear they should) results in my child's death?!? You better believe I'm going to sue you. It's fun to jump on trampolines, but sorry, regardless of how tiny the probability is of serious injury or death, when the staff obviously don't care and the company will only add additional pain and suffering to such a terrible situation, this is not a risk I'm willing to take again. read more

On my recent bank statement, I noticed an unexpected charge of $**** for March 2025, which I am unable to explain. To clarify, my daughter did visit Skyzone Nashville on February 17, 2025, and she used a "Buy One Get One Free" coupon during that visit, which I have proof of. The total amount for that visit was $****. However, we did not visit Skyzone Nashville in March, and yet, I have been charged $****. I would like to understand why we are being charged for something we did not participate in. I have been going to this trampoline park for over 2 years now as I have slowly learned all sorts of movements from trampwall to tricking. Through this time one of the largest things that set this park apart was the square super tramp it hosted allowing me to learn and practice skills I simply couldn't practice elsewhere. Most unfortunately they replaced it recently with a trampoline that hardly gives you any height and is simply unusable for the same skills you could do on the old super tramp. It's truly a shame to see the super tramp gone, and with I'm not sure how much longer I will keep my membership. read more

So much fun! We were in town for a late Christmas party and looking for an activity we could all participate in on a Saturday afternoon. Our group of 12 adults and 1 toddler went for an hour and had a blast! The free-play area was a little busy but the way most people grouped up made it easy to navigate without having to dodge too many children. The different attractions were never too packed to join in and all in good working order. The ninja course was delightful - it was fun to try and know for sure I was never going to be the next American ninja warrior. The teenage staff were all nice enough and responded quickly to the few kids who wiped out and ended up in tears. It's a bit of a mad house at check in though so arrive a little early, be prepared to by socks, and jump for joy! read more

to all families interested in going there, it is definitely a right place for your kids to go have fun and burn some team, but be aware of the false offers this location is giving you. we were on vacation for thanksgiving for a week, we reside out of state in CA, i was going to purchase 4 daily pass for my kids and nephews. In a very nice way the representative told me it is better to get a monthly pass it will be cheaper, they have 30 days to use it, which i thought was great to mention, so I paid for 4 passes for the month per her suggestion, mind you, no paperwork was given to me , she told me its in the system just have to give our names to start jumping....fast forward the clock, over a month later, my credit card gets charged $116 which I had no clue why since we are not in TN. to make a long story short, the representative did not give me a monthly pass rather a monthly membership renewing every month, so be aware, it was NEVER mentioned it would renew, I would have said NO instead would have bought 4 standard passes. after emailing them they cancelled the socalled membership but have NOT refund what they charged me without my consent. this is a case of poor training but also a failure to provide ALL TERMS of the transaction to the purchase party. we were lied to, misled and are now filing a fraud report. just be aware of what you sign. there is noone to talk to, the person I talked to on the phone at that location was very dry and told me to send an email. terrible service read more

Thad a terrible experience at this inhumane facility. It was 37 dollars to be here for an hour and a half and for some ugly bright orange socks that you need to get in. I obviously got thirsty so l went to get water only to realize i had two dollars left and water is FOUR DOLLARS. But I got it and didn't complain. The women's bathroom was being cleaned so me and my friend waited in a private corner while we complained to ourselves about our experience when a worker comes out of the closet and says "what's wrong" we try to walk away but he says "I heard everything." and then proceeds to tell us we were "causing a commotion for attention" so he went into his little worker closet to eavesdrop on two little girls. I feel completely violated and I will not be coming here even again, even after the name changes for the fourth time.This place is a whole joke. read more

I took my 3 kids there along with 3 of their friends for my child's birthday. I registered for what I thought was 1 day but turns out it was a membership and I was charged after a month for $187. I asked about this and they canceled the memberships but kept my $187 even though it was obviously a mistake and we have not been there since. Beware of them, especially when you register, they sneak in the membership to take advantage of you and then do not care at all to do the right thing. If I could give them a zero I would. Find another place to go. I know I will and am making it my mission to tell as many as possible to do the same. In May of 2023, I took my son and his friend to jump at Defy Nashville. When we got there they told me that they can both jump the entire month for lower than the one day fee. I told the worker I wasn't signing any memberships because we don't live anywhere near the area and I would just pay the higher fee but he told me this wasn't a membership and he assured me that we would never be charged but the one time fee for the two boys. He had me sign something electronically along with waiver forms for the one month free special NOT a membership he said. I never thought about it again and I don't randomly check my account but in August I got a notification that I was just charged "again"after research it was for 2 memberships for third time at DEFY. I was freaked out at the fraudulent charges contacting my bank and then DEFY figuring out maybe they kept charging me and it was true double charges each month. I left messages, emails and weeks passed no one would contact me back then someone called and said I needed to cancel my membership through a link and email but didn't ever agree to memberships or have the little boys last name or numbers so at first they were not able to help me. Someone eventually called and asked the names of kids I gave her my child figured out the last name of the other kid they eventually looked it up and gave me a reference number so that I could "cancel"it. When someone called me back again, I explained to them that I was told we had one month to jump for free, and that it was not a membership and it is not ok for an employee to lie to you then I be held responsible and requests refunds for JUNE, JULY, AUGUST for two memberships. I signed something that day maybe a waiver and one time fee the cashier TOLD ME IT WAS for one month and not a membership. If you obtain memberships Dishonesty how do you think that makes a customer feel? I was was never TOLD this and was assured it was one time. DEFY, You can keep my money for two kids months never using your facilities but you lost more than you took by being dishonest and deceiving me. Birthday parties, future visits and a fair warning to the public that if they advertise one month free no membership required it's false advertising and charging me for a child's membership that isn't even my legal child is even worse. This isn't respectable way to do business and it's absolutely unacceptable to treat your customers with this much disrespect. I told you the TRUTH and you could have credited and apologized for your cashier that told me something else. No one is going to believe the cashier is lying and read your contracts it was electronic. Hoping your management team recognizes all the hours and messages asking to make it right absolutely unnecessary and that you will raise your level of customer service up and hear what you were told. Very disappointed, this place used to be great and fun to jump when I was a kid, the focus is now solely on making money. Extremely overpriced tickets, trying to talk me into upgrading multiple times when I had already declined, as well as the girl that I babysit accidentally wore the same kind of socks for a different jump place - they immediately pulled her off and wouldn't let her play (during the time that we paid for her to play) until she had the sky zone specific socks. These socks are nothing more than another way to make money off of people, 10 years ago socks weren't required at all and they did not add them for safety. read more

Myself and three friends purchased the summer passes for $65 each to use advertised equipment, the aerial silks (or "spider web" as it is called at Above All?). The summer pass video was made to look far more epic than the place actually is, but this is besides the point. The silks were damaged. At our first visit, one silk was knotted beyond repair. There is a sign smaller than a piece of paper with about 14 pt font on the far wall that says not to knot the silks, but it's too far and too small for any adults to see and not eye-catching enough for the kids to notice. Staff don't brief the kids on any appropriate conduct (all they are told is "no running, feet first"). The second time I visited, one of the three silks was removed completely, and the other two had unremovable knots in them. I did one obstacle on their "ninja course" (it's tiny) and spent another hour sitting around waiting for my ride since I couldn't do what I came their for (silks). I searched their website and social media immediately after the visit to see if they had notified customers of the equipment damage; there was nothing. There was no email sent to season pass holders. The line was too long for me to say anything to management as I was leaving, but I have sent two emails since (August 26 and Sept 6), neither of which have been responded to. I have tried to call multiple times and have not been able to reach a staff member. One of my friends called about the issue and said the staff were rude and told her they wouldn't do anything. Poor care of their own equipment, no communication with season pass holders, and completely unresponsive customer service. read more
