Not recommended. In my opinion, it is no longer about the kids under the new manager who seems to…read moreme to have a "God-complex" of his power over our children. His reaction to a little constructive critique over something as tiny as a t-shirt design was shocking to me and so unnecessary. I don't find aggressive and hostile behavior against a mother and customer of 4 years as appropriate, especially over a t-shirt design and asking you to please calm down. Escalating something so small is not good business and could have been handled much better, like stay out of discussions between moms and let them handle it. Then hurting the child to show control and power is beyond..."If you want [child name] to stay in this program, I believe you need to realize how you speak to the manager of this gym." He came at me for commenting in a group chat with moms about a new sweatshirt design, that I found the new gym one "unreadable and messy" and then me telling him he was creating unnecessary drama and making a huge deal out of nothing. It was bizarre. It's a shirt design! It was a light convo between some team moms working on a team spirit project. I cannot imagine having to question a decision about choreography, positions, or team placement with this man. I stayed out of all that. I just wanted input on a sweatshirt design I would buy for myself. He seems to think women don't have a voice and he can do as he pleases. Well. I do. Now I was told he threatened my 17 year old son his job if Mom won't pull negative reviews. Just more threats and power plays versus calming down and apologizing and leaving the child alone and out of it. Not a good place at this time in my opinion.

I wouldn't recommend the half year or HYPE program. This program has been a big disappointment…read more This is a beginner only and this wasn't expressed at the time of sign up and team placement. My athlete has said this was a waste of time which translates into a lot of wasted money and time. I have heard that the full teams are a different story with a different commitment from the athletes, parents and coaches. If you know what you want then don't do HYPE.

As a special surprise I bought my 8-year-old a week at camp this summer with her cousin. We're not…read moreregular attenders. Backstory: Sunday night she spiked a high fever suddenly so we didn't take her Monday. Bummer. But when her fevers continued to remain above 102 and she had GI issues as well, we were able to get her an appointment at her pediatrician on Wednesday morning. It turned out she had strep and another unidentified virus....which means 24 hrs of antibiotics before she's not contagious. We got a doctors letter verifying she absolutely couldn't attend camp until Friday. All that to say, Boost will absolutely NOT work with you!!! If your child gets sick (which often happens to kids) you are completely out all your money and will have a very sad child. Buyers beware!!! Their policy is completely inflexible - no exceptions!!!! My daughter got to go to camp for 1 day for $350, and that day was just a field trip to see a movie. They had a million excuses why they wouldn't work with us...even when I offered to pack my daughters lunch so she wouldn't partake in camp food and sit out of special guest visits so she wouldn't cost them more money. They said they're always full and couldn't add her in the next week (they actually had 30 spots open). A few quotes from the director when she finally responded by email after I called multiple days in a row. "First, let me say that I am so sorry that you have a sick kiddo and I pray for quick and complete healing." "As a mother of 3, I know how unpredictable and unavoidable illness can definitely be and how when it does rear its ugly head it can be at the most inconvenient times." "Customers are paying to secure their spot in camp similar to buying concert tickets. Unfortunately, there are risks that come with both of those purchases, as there are unexpected events that could possibly occur that sometimes cause us to have to miss out on things we paid for in advance." "We are not in the business of upsetting customers and honestly quite the opposite. Customer service is a priority of mine and I truly do aim to treat all of my customers the way that I love to be treated." Wow!!! Comparing a small town community program to a large venue concert (where people also have the option to resell their tickets if extenuating circumstances occur) doesn't make sense. Suggesting that customer service is a priority but being completely unwilling to work with one family experiencing an unfortunate illness is ridiculous. And offering "thoughts and prayers" and empathy as a fellow mother is demeaning at best when you actually aren't willing to be compassionate. Brynn Crady avoided my calls, offered zero customer service and acted like she could relate. In my 12 years of parenting, I've NEVER experienced a company so money driven with lack of customer care. I WILL NEVER send my child there or recommend this place. The coaches may be nice and the kids may enjoy the camp but the leadership ruined it! If you have $300 to risk, go ahead and sign your kid up and hope you don't experience a situation like I did.

Nate quickly responded with times and the drop in link so I could easily register for my desired time. When I arrived Kristen was still coaching the 6 am but walked over and greeted me. She was friendly and organized. She started the class on time and ended right at the hour. She kept the whole class organized throughout the workout and made sure that everyone knew what equipment they were using. I like having all the logistics laid out before the workout starts. Everyone was very friendly and the workout was tough. I left very sweaty and feeling great. It was truly the best hour of my day. Parking is plentiful and the gym a lot of spaces to use. It's a quick in and out. No hassles finding the place as it's just up the road from sonic. Nate the owner came in following the class and introduced himself. As you would expect an owner to be welcoming, Nate was just that. He was personable and kind. I really enjoyed this drop in.

All the coaches are very approachable, the facilities are clean, equipment is in really great condition, I've never felt too crowded (I usually attend evening classes, not sure what morning classes look like), parking is never a problem, safety is important here (I know CrossFit can get a bad rep sometimes for focusing on pushing your body where it shouldn't/isn't ready to go), the environment is welcoming, and use of a gym app called Wodify helps you track your progress, etc. Highly recommend!
