Monday to Saturday from 9am to midnight, and open on Sunday from noon to 9pm. Service - Tayy was great. She was patient and supportive. Gave a lot of good advice and suggestions. She talked my daughter out of The Inheritance (Her Inheritance, LOL) and we did the C Block, which was still harder than we all imagined. They offer a 20% off discount if you book your next game after you're done playing, so we are going back to play the playground room tomorrow. These are some of the coolest games we've ever done! The only thing we would change is that the rooms aren't private. I think it takes away from the experience if you don't get to play with just your party, but that's just my opinion. However, the staff were great & told us they would let us switch around our times if someone else happened to book with us.

The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star is because one of the clues was wrong. Without giving too much away- it's a color scheme thing, the clue is in the wrong order. Even when they gave us the clue and told us the right answer after we struggled, the code was in the wrong order. We mentioned it after we escaped, and she said it was a "tricky one" but I believe this one needs to be re-evaluated. It wasn't that it was tricky, it's that the numbers the code gives you and the numbers for the lock are in a different order. Thai added about 10 minutes I our time, so that was kind of frustrating. At ticket booth the lady gave us good explanation on how it works. It consists of three attractions. Barn, woods and maze. They are all connected in this order so you'll have to do all three. Ticket is $25. We got a number and we sat by the campfire while waiting. The casts were courteous to us and very kind. All three attractions were scary! In a place like Devil's dungeon, they let a larger group in at once so sometime it's not scary. But here they called one small group at a time. Tonight is only second night since they opened for 2018 so not many people were there, but we still waited for about 20 minutes. Waiting time will definitely be longer later in October. I think we spent about an hour and had a really good time. I'll go back next year for sure!

The game room actually handles 12 people, but in my opinion, that is way too many. I think 6 or 8 split into 2 teams would be an ideal number. Too many people means each person gets to do less. We were luckily paired with 3 strangers that were fun. That's going to be a variable you can't control. The game itself lasts an hour. The game show involves randomly chosen mini-games where two teams compete to score points. I believe it always ends in $$$$$, which is a giant Plinko machine. I think part of the fun is not knowing what the games are. Most of them are word games or trivia games, but there were certainly some more unique ones as well. We had a blast playing this game, partly due to being paired up with fun strangers. Would I come back to do the same experience? Probably not with my same group of friends, but maybe with others. That and some variability in the games (randomly chosen games from a set of 20) would make the show less repetitive. Definitely worth trying once.
