I'm not quite sure what this space is used for on the daily, but it's great to host an event. Open spacing, bright lights throughout, rooms off the main area for prep and toileting. I attended an event here, which was the perfect size for 200 guests to comfortably fit. If you need an event space, 14TENN is the way to go. read more

Let's start off by saying that it is a beautiful venue but not worth the headache the staff gave us. They constantly kept going back on their words and requirements for my event. They make false promises just so you pay them, all they cared about is the penny going into their pockets. If you aren't "white" I would recommend you not hosting your event because they do not know how to show respect to your ethnicity. Once our event was over they sent us a picture of a pole that was already broken before and made us pay a fee. I also asked my coordinator if it was already there from earlier they said it was I also asked others who hosted their event there. I really do not recommend this venue whatsoever. read more

14Tenn made our wedding incredible. Huge shout out to Kali who is the calmest sweetest most efficient wedding planner you will ever meet. Thank you so much for making this day so special for us and our families read more

Great venue and blank canvas to work with! It was so easy to create our dream wedding. Kali and Mary Claire are great help and so easy to work with! So much wonderful natural light. AC works great for a July wedding! The only [EXTREMELY] minor dilemma we had was that the venue layout is a little odd with the "get-ready" room and "aisle". But this could be easily corrected with some planning adjustments! read more

I can't speak for the price or anything as I was only the mother of the ring bearers but what a beautiful venue! With great food. I didn't get a chance to try to the sweet potato Rangoon and that is my greatest regret. It was so beautiful and the team that helped with the wedding was so nice and helpful. They gave us access to the kitchen and all over the venue to set up before the wedding and it was just a great wedding. read more

14TENN was absolutely perfect for our big day. The layout was beautiful, versatile, and easy to customize to match our vision. The staff handled all of the setup and take down, which made the day completely stress-free for us. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The location was ideal--close to everything in Nashville but still tucked away enough to feel private and special. We received countless compliments from our guests and couldn't have asked for a better venue. To top it all off, during our reception a storm knocked out power in the surrounding area, but 14TENN kept the lights on and the party going without a hitch. Highly recommend! read more

We had an incredible experience working with 14TENN!!! Sarah is the best! She was so helpful with details leading up to the event and during the event. It was the perfect venue for our non-profit's 15th Anniversary Gala! The space is like a beautiful blank canvas which is perfect for a night that's blooming with stories, celebration, and community!! Thank you all again for helping make our night so magical! read more

We cannot say enough good things about 14tenn, we got married on 10.07.23 and it went incredibly smooth. We had Sarah as our coordinator and she had things in tip top shape and made sure everything was in order! We really appreciate everything she did for us the whole day, we didn't even stress because we knew she had things covered. We will forever remember 14tenn, the venue is so pretty it doesn't need much but we will always have special memories here. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone and everyone for weddings/events/parties. THANK YOU 14TENN! read more

My son and fiancé booked this venue months ago for their wedding and had to be postponed due to Covid. There big day finally happened this past Saturday, Sept 4 and it was awesome. The new wedding planner Sami is AMAZING!!!!! She is brand new at this venue but not to event planning. She anticipates all needs and seemed to be everywhere at once. We purchased the wedding planner and an assistant from there and while expensive it is worth every penny. They were at the church and also the venue. They coordinated all vendors and timelines. They took a lot of stress off of us! Can not tell you how much I recommend 14Tenn!!! read more

FULL TRANSPARENCY: I did not book this venue, so this review is based upon my experience with touring the venue and *almost booking.* I had a tour with Erin and she was bubbly and so knowledgeable. I expressed my concern pretty quickly that I have always wanted an outdoor ceremony, and 14Tenn does not have a space for that. She did not try to convince me to change my dream wedding, instead she presented me with the option of having an outdoor ceremony at another site and hosting the reception with 14Tenn-- but wasn't pushy about it at all. She went above and beyond and tried to help me find some options for outdoor ceremony sites. We ended up choosing a site that could host both the ceremony and reception, but 14Tenn is in a great location and is a beautiful blank canvas for weddings and other events . read more

I was recommended 14Tenn as a venue space for a corporate work event that I planned remotely from California. Sarah, my event manger, was great to work with and made sure everything went seemingly well. The external vendors I partnered with were also wonderful. It's not a one stop shop but they make everything really easy for you and cater to all your needs. I received suburb feedback and would definitely recommend! read more

We just got married there a month ago and it was literally the best day of our lives! 14Tenn was the perfect most beautiful venue for our day. Kendall was also amazing! She made the whole process so seamless for us. She took our vision and made it come to life! We didn't have to worry about a thing the whole day and for that we are super thankful! The whole staff at 14tenn was super helpful and easy to work with and we will definitely be recommending to other couples! read more

Don't get me wrong, BEAUTIFUL venue. But so so many hidden fees. For one, the beverage team had NO clue who their beverage manager was. The invoice stated 'No shots' but the bartenders were handing out shots to my guest. Mind you, we have to pay for the alcohol. So I had to tell them to stop myself. Two, on the day we toured the venue, the lady showing up mentioned that the green wall was free to use. But following the wedding day when we were setting up to use it, the manager on site said it was $250 PER wall. Lastly, in the very beginning, we ran through nearly 3 different client concierge because it was hard to reach anyone for questions. But I will say, Kendall did her job correctly and we appreciated her so much. read more

I could go on forever about how amazing 14Tenn is!! We did their partial planning package with Sarah as our planner and I cannot say enough good things about her and our entire experience there. From our first inquiry to our actual wedding day they have been incredible. Sarah is SO organized, kept us on track during all of our check in meetings, and perfectly brought my vision to life. I feel like throughout the entire process all we kept saying is "oh my gosh thank god for Sarah" because she's so great at what she does and we truly felt like she became a friend! The venue itself is gorgeous and spacious and they have an open vendor policy which really allows you to make the space your own. I wish we could get married all over again based on our experience! Thank you 14Tenn team!! read more

14Tenn was the perfect venue for our wedding! We loved everything about it and cannot say enough good things about the venue and team. Sarah Hodges from 828 planning is exceptional! She made our dream wedding come true. If you're thinking about having your wedding at 14Tenn- do it!!! read more

BEST DAY EVER. I have been to a lot of weddings but I can confidently say our wedding is my absolute favorite!! (Might be a little biased bc I married my best friend) BUT 14Tenn and their staff seriously could not have done a better job at making sure our day went so perfectly! Special shoutout to our month of coordinator Sarah Hodges! We literally could not have done it without her. People always say that weddings are SO stressful but working with Sarah in the weeks leading up to the wedding lifted so much stress off my shoulders and when the big day came I just had so much fun and had not a worry in my mind! AND SHE KILLED IT. The photos speak for themselves. 14Tenn was the absolute perfect space for us to be creative from pizza buffet to a live jazz band at reception and a sparkler send off! Everything we wanted for our day was met and we could not be happier! We brought in a lot of our own decor but we also utilized the venues draping, greenery walls & beautiful draping! 100% recommend this venue if you are looking for an place to get married or throw your next event! And don't skip out on the coordination/planning package! It's above and beyond & their team is an absolute joy to work with :) read more

The staff and management at this place are just plain terrible and they absolutely wrecked my wedding. They do not care at all about their clients, just about separating you from your money and providing little to nothing in return. In my case they 1) sold us on a beverage service that they didn't end up being able to actually provide - the "replacement" plan had so many hidden fees it was crazy; 2) sold us on the 'event coordination bundle' which is complete garbage - they don't help you do anything at all...we did all of the planning ourselves; and worst of all 3) when things got bad with covid, the only option they gave was to hold your event with 25 people (but pay full price) or move the date for an extra few thousand $. To me this basically amounts to using a pandemic to take advantage of their clients for more $. Oh and by the way these guys got up to $1M in PPP funding (so far) so don't feel too bad for them. Listen, if you just need a big empty space to fill with things for your event so it looks good on Instagram, there are plenty of other places in Nashville that won't charge you $10k+ and treat you like you don't matter. TL:DR/Bottom line - they will sell you things that don't exist, sell you services they won't provide, and look for ways to take advantage of you whenever they can. read more

We LOVED our experience at 14Tenn, for planning and for the event itself. Their team was so professional and really worked with us to stay within our budget without sacrificing how we wanted our wedding day to be. Sarah Hodges was a phenomenal planner, and she went beyond her duties to help us have the wedding day of our dreams. The venue was everything we wanted it to be AND MORE, and they were so flexible with us when it came to vendors, catering, and all the little details that came with hosting an event there. Sarah and her team put so much work into all of the logistics, and the day went so smoothly as a result of their diligence. Having Sarah as our partial planner and choosing 14Tenn as our venue were two of the best decisions we made throughout the whole process. We will keep recommending them to everyone looking for the perfect event space! Not only is Sarah great at what she does, but she's SO fun, too! We looked forward to our check-in meetings with her each month! read more

We found this venue online when it was just a sketched photo on a random search engine. When we visited 14TENN, it was completely under construction in the dead of winter with obviously no heat or electricity. We bundled up in coats and scarves, and walked around the empty construction site at night with our iPhone flashlights 14TENN only consisted of some raw wood, a few original beams and a wonderful owner named Sean, who had no staff hired in Nashville yet. But we knew we HAD to get married there. We could see their vision and it matched ours. BEST DECISION EVER. I mean look at this place. And their customer service.. Over the top!! I could go on for days. Just know, the insanely beautiful space is just the icing on the cake. It's the people there that make this place what it is. Which leads me to our wedding coordinator Kaitlynn Montgomery. An angel in human form. This girl, y'all. I messaged her at least once a week with another ridiculous idea. And she encouraged me on every single one of them. Anyone who knows me knows how annoyingly Type A I am and how I prefer to do things myself and plan every detail to nauseam. Kaitlynn took SO much off my plate. If I asked her about something or suggested something, she had already taken care of it 3 days prior. She was always 5 steps ahead of me at all times. She single handily took my stress level down 1,000 notches on a daily basis. Every single last detail or idea that we came up with for this wedding would absolutely have never been possible without Kaitlynn. She brought it all to life. And Ellyse.. Her and Kaitlynn worked their butts off together on our wedding day and it was perfect. Every time I saw Ellyse that day, she was smiling ear to ear and it immediately put my nerves at ease. These two girls are just the absolute sweetest and SO freaking good at their jobs. Now, one of the most important guy of the night... Our alcohol and bar concierge, Hunter!! I remember calling him one day thinking, he is going to kill me and I'm about to make him hate his job I was like, So I was thinking about cocktail hour and how it would be cool to serve hand-crafted blueberry mojitos named after our dog in 150 coconut cups with stir sticks that have our dog's face on them. Oh and I want them all displayed on shelves with signs and the whole works. He was like, hell yeah, you got it. Not only that, he insisted on pulling out all the tricks. Infusing his own simple syrup with mint and having us over TWICE to taste the recipe and make sure it was perfect. He loves his job and it shows. He took full ownership of the bar and making sure we didn't even have to think about it. THANK YOU HUNTER!!! In summary,14TENN was an absolute dream come true and we cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for EVERYTHING. We love y'all! read more

The bride and groom looked amazing! But as a party decorator/event planner's perspective, it was extremely disappointing to notice that the recommended wedding planner from THIS venue had no clue how to fulfill her job. The catering company, DJ, and photographer/videographer were NOT synchronized. For the mother of the groom & bride to get involved in the coordination is ridiculous and unprofessional. I now learned that the wedding planner did not follow the outlined created/submitted by the bride! Wedding planners are here to help create and execute the vision of her clients. Something that clearly was not done. Tbh not once did I see any work conducted during the event aside from the dj, videographer, and the mother of the groom/ bride. My daughter had her wedding reception at 14Tenn and it was absolutely amazing! Sarah was our coordinator and she went above and beyond. She was extremely professional, helpful, and organized every step of the way! She helped run the ceremony at the church; we couldn't have done it without her help! Courtney and Emily helped at the reception, manage the bar staff, and clean up. They were so helpful and made everything so easy the next morning to pick up our items. I can't say enough nice things about 14Tenn and the 828 Planning Team. As the mother of the bride, they made everything so easy and stress free! read more

My fiance and I signed a contract and planned to have our wedding at 14TENN on Saturday, March 27th, 2021, but have since made the decision to downsize. The date is not listed as available on the 14TENN calendar (https://14tenn.828venues.com/contact-us/) but it is, in fact, available. Ours is the only Saturday that's available from 2/21/21 to 8/7/21. I loved having my wedding reception at 14TENN! It is such a great venue and space! Lindsey and the planning team were seriously *incredibly* helpful. There's SO much that goes into wedding planning and I would not have been able to do it without all their guidance/support/advice. I had a million questions throughout the process and they were always so quick to answer - and truly knowledgeable of all the ins and outs of the wedding service industry. 10 out of 10 recommend!!! read more

I recently hosted an event at 14TENN and couldn't have been happier with the execution. The chairs, tables, etc, were easy to access and there were extra chairs and tables when I needed more (they didn't charge me extra for them). My fiance and I found this venue since before it was an established business. They guaranteed the best price in town and a beautiful venue. They sold us the dream wedding that we had anticipated all of our lives. Fast forward to 2020, COVID happens. This is completely unexpected and out of our countrol. At this point, we have paid our down payment and our second part of the payment was due first week in June. In the contract, it says that the down payment is 100% nonrefundable, but in the clause it mentions the contract can be nullified for "acts of God" disaster etc... Ofcourse they told us we could not get our money back if we wanted to cancel!! And if we wanted to reschedule our wedding to 2021, we would have to pay $500 to trasnfer our wedding date. How absurd, and inconsiderate that they are taking advantage of couples during this pandemic!! Worse service and I definitely do not recommend this venue to anybody. The staff are only out to make money off people!! read more
