This was a great way to spend an afternoon. The entire family enjoyed playing games. The owners are wonderful.

The consoles were amazing and so were the arcade machines. It's nice to be able to buy a soda and a snack. I also love the fact that there were some console games for sale. This place has everything. I am a small lineup of games myself I understand what it's like to keep them up. I was amazed at all these games were working. A few of the games have to use flat screens but that's a tiny price to pay to place such an amazing lineup of machines. In fact I was just mostly in awe! I've been to the big museum that used to exist in Banning, CA., and I would say this place not only rivals it, but, beats it because it's open all the time. It also has I feel the widest variety of machines something for everybody. I can't say enough about it I will definitely be back again!

It is basically a no frills warehouse filled with the largest selection of pinball and arcade games I have ever seen. Most of the games work and are set to free play. There is even a span of different consoles to play games on when you first walk in. Tournaments are frequently held if you are into that kind of competition. You can buy, sell, and/or trade classic console games at the front. There is so much offered in one location. I love it here because it is not crowded and normally you don't have to wait to play a game. If you can't find a few games you like, something is wrong.

Tito's has become known to my four year old daughter as "indoor playground number two" and it…read moreexists as the first thing you encounter when you enter Plaza Mariachi. A solid wall of sound to your left with video games and a three to four level vertical playground. The playground is the only thing I'd change there. I'll give reasons below The game room layout is nice, the games are pretty decent with a notable lack of fighting games (there are shooting, fishing, and racing... just no street fighter style) and they are loud, as a gameroom should be. The games are loud enough you cannot hear anything going on in the vertical playground. In the three times I've been there a kid has managed to scream themselves back to calm and figure out how to get out twice. My fearless four year old got lost in it somehow and was calling for me and not a chance I could hear her. Throw in that there are two possible exits to the structure on the front and rear that necessitate you stand in a certain spot to keep an eye on both and you'll still probably miss your kid coming out. My second trip there with the 4yo my phone died, she disappeared for what seemed like 15 minutes, and I reached near panic levels. She reappeared having been playing on a higher level with some new found friends. As a small gameroom it's pretty well laid out, as of last visit it was pretty spendy. We blew through $10 in about 10 minutes due to not noticing Dino Crisis was that expensive. I think they might benefit from time-based pricing, but that's their business. There's a classic arcade machine for the oldies (pac man, galaga, some others I think) a couple of cell-phone looking games, some skee ball, couple of hoops, two fishing games, motorcycle racing, time crisis, dino crisis, a star wars game that I'd love to take a look at by my 4yo has no intentions of letting me free for that long. I've got no complaints except about the two opposed exits to the playground and inability to see what's going on or hear if a kid is screaming.

Party time was 12-2:00 pm. Here is the screenshot of email that was provided to the host of the party. Here is what me as a parent witnessed from their staff throughout the event. 1. Incident # 1 - Around 12:30 pm - 2 of the girls from their front desk staff were constantly interrupting the host parents to start wrapping up the party by 1:30 pm. This was just 30 mins into the event in front of all parents - Very disruptive. The host parent was politely mentioning we have the place reserved from 12-2:00 pm and it's just 12:30 right now. We will be out of here by 2:00 pm as per our reservation. The staff girls did not receive this well and said we have another party starting at 2:00 pm and we need to cleanup sooner. 2. Incident # 2 - At 1:20 pm while the kids were just starting to eat their lunch and cake post cake cutting and 2 of the front desk girls comes on the party room and starts to remove the table cloth saying they are starting the cleanup - ALL while we were in the middle of celebrating a birthday. The host parents and the guests had to again politely request this very unprofessional staff to please not remove anything right now and we will cleanup before 2:00 pm as per our reserved time and please let the kids eat for next 10 mins. Again, the staff responded unprofessionally to the host parents saying we already told you to clean up and you have to be out of here before 2:00 pm as we have another party starting. They forced to end the whole event earlier than it was reserved for. Kids didn't finish their meals or get to eat the cake. Incident #3 - all parents rushed out and got their kids situated from 1 year olds to 8 year olds. It was about 2:10 pm and there was no other party that had arrived that we were forced and rushed out for by this unprofessional staff The host parents went and checked in the email instructions if there is anything that says we have to leave 15 to 30 mins early before our reserved time. See the screenshot attached. It says nothing about that. Instead it says you have access to place 30 mins before the reserved time (Eg: 12:00-2:00pm) and that is it... Also, if they book back to back parties short changing each party by 15-30 mins without clear instructions (see the screenshot email again) it's selling a false experience and ripping young families off. I would be vary as a parent to host your kids events at this place. The management needs to do some serious coaching to young staff they employ that don't have manners or exhibit kind professional behavior especially if they are working at kids place which is suppose to be happy and safe.

My kid loves the place. It appears the owner has gotten complacent. Just a little love and care by taking the monthly membership of two families would cover these issues and make it a five star establishment again. Right now it's a 3.75. I am recommending this place, just looks like the owner forgot the upkeep in keeping it safe for the kids.
