This was a great way to spend an afternoon. The entire family enjoyed playing games. The owners are wonderful.

The consoles were amazing and so were the arcade machines. It's nice to be able to buy a soda and a snack. I also love the fact that there were some console games for sale. This place has everything. I am a small lineup of games myself I understand what it's like to keep them up. I was amazed at all these games were working. A few of the games have to use flat screens but that's a tiny price to pay to place such an amazing lineup of machines. In fact I was just mostly in awe! I've been to the big museum that used to exist in Banning, CA., and I would say this place not only rivals it, but, beats it because it's open all the time. It also has I feel the widest variety of machines something for everybody. I can't say enough about it I will definitely be back again!

It is basically a no frills warehouse filled with the largest selection of pinball and arcade games I have ever seen. Most of the games work and are set to free play. There is even a span of different consoles to play games on when you first walk in. Tournaments are frequently held if you are into that kind of competition. You can buy, sell, and/or trade classic console games at the front. There is so much offered in one location. I love it here because it is not crowded and normally you don't have to wait to play a game. If you can't find a few games you like, something is wrong.

Party time was 12-2:00 pm. Here is the screenshot of email that was provided to the host of the party. Here is what me as a parent witnessed from their staff throughout the event. 1. Incident # 1 - Around 12:30 pm - 2 of the girls from their front desk staff were constantly interrupting the host parents to start wrapping up the party by 1:30 pm. This was just 30 mins into the event in front of all parents - Very disruptive. The host parent was politely mentioning we have the place reserved from 12-2:00 pm and it's just 12:30 right now. We will be out of here by 2:00 pm as per our reservation. The staff girls did not receive this well and said we have another party starting at 2:00 pm and we need to cleanup sooner. 2. Incident # 2 - At 1:20 pm while the kids were just starting to eat their lunch and cake post cake cutting and 2 of the front desk girls comes on the party room and starts to remove the table cloth saying they are starting the cleanup - ALL while we were in the middle of celebrating a birthday. The host parents and the guests had to again politely request this very unprofessional staff to please not remove anything right now and we will cleanup before 2:00 pm as per our reserved time and please let the kids eat for next 10 mins. Again, the staff responded unprofessionally to the host parents saying we already told you to clean up and you have to be out of here before 2:00 pm as we have another party starting. They forced to end the whole event earlier than it was reserved for. Kids didn't finish their meals or get to eat the cake. Incident #3 - all parents rushed out and got their kids situated from 1 year olds to 8 year olds. It was about 2:10 pm and there was no other party that had arrived that we were forced and rushed out for by this unprofessional staff The host parents went and checked in the email instructions if there is anything that says we have to leave 15 to 30 mins early before our reserved time. See the screenshot attached. It says nothing about that. Instead it says you have access to place 30 mins before the reserved time (Eg: 12:00-2:00pm) and that is it... Also, if they book back to back parties short changing each party by 15-30 mins without clear instructions (see the screenshot email again) it's selling a false experience and ripping young families off. I would be vary as a parent to host your kids events at this place. The management needs to do some serious coaching to young staff they employ that don't have manners or exhibit kind professional behavior especially if they are working at kids place which is suppose to be happy and safe.

My kid loves the place. It appears the owner has gotten complacent. Just a little love and care by taking the monthly membership of two families would cover these issues and make it a five star establishment again. Right now it's a 3.75. I am recommending this place, just looks like the owner forgot the upkeep in keeping it safe for the kids.

Chuck E Cheese gave us everything, AND it was an amazing value for the price! The place is very safe for kids as no children are allowed to leave without an accompanying adult. When you enter, the place is clean and warm and so inviting for children. We were greeted immediately by our hostess and she took charge and made sure we were set up and had everything we needed. Kids started arriving shortly after, and were able to play as much as they wanted for the entire party. Pizza came out piping hot 30 minutes into the party, and it was DELICIOUS. We also ordered two veggie pizzas and a veggie tray for the adults. While we did not provide drinks for the adults, adults could also buy alcoholic beverages to enjoy on their own. For our package ($28.99 per child), each child got two slices of pizza, a take home cup with unlimited drinks, Dippin Dots ice cream, and unlimited play for the entirety of the party (and redeem the points for prizes). My son also got a birthday show with the mouse, got to go into a Ticket Blaster (which he turned in for yet another huge prize), and a play badge watch he can reuse. All we had to do was bring a cake and goody bags. I even forgot candles and matches, but the hostess had everything! Pro tip: Download the Chuck E. Cheese app and make sure you scan it when you go there, because you can earn points really fast for free food, games, and prizes. There are so many options for children's birthday parties, but don't forget about Chuck E. Cheese! This place is great for the kids, nostalgic for us adults, and deserves your business.

I have been here over the years for a variety of reasons from a holiday party to team activity to bowling and even grabbing a drink and bite during an evening at the mall. For the holiday party, they were excellent hosts. We reserved the private room, which is outfitted with a bar and stage, making announcements and white elephant gift exchange even more fun! The food was set up on time and delivered as expected, all left fat and happy! For bowling, they have several lanes that sit right in front of the bar. The lanes are good sized, feature seating and bowling balls are plentiful. The bar is full service and full-option, so I normally go for a cocktail of some sort, usually my trust gin & tonic. It is hard to mess that one up, but honestly that depends on the bartender. On the same evening, at the same bar, with different bartenders, I got two very different g&t's. Food wise is kind of what you expect at a spot like this. Slightly elevated offerings of pizza and standard bar food. Food has never been an issue, always comes out as ordered, on time, but it is fairly standard. Pricing is a bit high here compared to other spots of this nature I have visited. From the cost of the party to individual bowling, drinks and food. Overall, Kings is a good spot for a variety of activities and celebrations, whether it be a date night or a company party.

The other two lanes was a party of like 20. It was a bit crowded, but they were nice. The best thing about the food was the portion size. Actually, the waffle fries were quite good too. The bowling experience was pretty good. It felt a bit rushed, but it was my first with a timer. I'm used to it being two games worth (like a two hour max), but we got 1.5 hours and couldn't finish the second game. The music was pretty good! Lots of throwbacks, but my goodness it was loud. Ambience was kind of busy and colorful: lots of flashing lights and projector screens hanging above the lanes. Another thing I was missing was a ping pong table! I love ping pong so that was a bit disappointing. I guess I think of bowling as more of a chill environment where you can have conversations. This just felt like a bar/restaurant with bowling as the main entertainment. Overall, it was a pretty fun experience. I would recommend this to a small party of very casual players. I think it would be too busy for someone wanting to improve their game.
