Horrible horrible customer service, I believe the Manager name was Teresa . Has very low management…read more skills and standards . She is ok with her guest being uncomfortable with safety and lack of sleep due to late1am loud noise. Guest shouldn't have to worry about getting lack of sleep past 10pm especially on vacation. All the manger said was ( this is a hotel people make noise we can't accommodate everyone) okay I get that but, maybe be reasonable about it and doing a courtesy by asking that loud guest to keep it down so others can get a decent night sleep. And unfortunately, the hotel did nothing about it so I knocked on the wall and asking them to please keep it down assuming they can hear me because I can obviously hear them. All I got back was some curse words and telling me to come over there. Not a problem in my 20s or 30's and I was on vacation and it was my last night there so, I just turned the TV up and slept in the pull out bed in the living room area ... I wouldn't stay here, especially with the type of management that is running this hotel.

I've been coming here with my family for a long time and we've always had good experiences, but our…read morerecent visit was disappointing. Stephanie helped us for the first time, and her attitude was extremely rude and inconsiderate. When I asked a simple question about a menu item, she rolled her eyes, and shortly after I noticed her talking with a coworker while pointing in our direction. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Because of this interaction, we no longer feel comfortable returning. Consistency and basic courtesy matter, and this experience fell far below the standard we've come to expect.

If you're looking for a great wedding venue, this spot is a top pick! I'm not a member, but I…read moreattended a wedding here in early September and the space is absolutely gorgeous. There's lots of natural light coming in the big windows that surround the room and overlooks the golf course. The sunset was stellar and the backdrop is ideal for photos. Additionally, the food catered was quite delicious for a buffet setting (the chicken was still tender and juicy!). I really liked the mac and cheese too (smart menu picks!). One thing that did surprise me was that the seat covers were all wrinkled. I would think a venue like this would take better care to notice those details. (I pay closer attention to those things than most because I plan events, but still). I'd like freshly steamed seat covers if I were paying for a venue as nice as this for my special day. Keep that in mind when planning your event!

We recently visited the Hyatt Nashville/Brentwood…read more Pros: * The location was convenient for our trip. We weren't too far from downtown, and we were also close to other areas with places for shopping and dining. * The location has ample parking. * Except for a few stray hairs in the shower, the room was very clean. * The room had a king bed and a sofa sleeper - more than enough room to stretch out and get comfortable. * The room also had a bar counter, sink, and fridge. Though there isn't a microwave in the room, they have 1 in the breakfast area in the lobby. * You can't go wrong with free breakfast! * There is a bar where you can purchase beer, wine, and cocktails. Cons: * We were hoping the water behind the registration desk was complimentary, but it wasn't (even though it was generic). We were informed that we had to purchase water from the shop (even though the water for purchase wasn't the generic water; it was Life Water). * While there, is a "bar," the cocktails are all pre-mixed. Depending on staffing, there isn't an opportunity to order food. Oh, and gratuity is automatically included. * The pillows are trash (in my opinion). They are incredibly soft. I had to stack 5 of them up just to get comfortable. None of these cons altered my satisfaction with the hotel though. If I'm in the area again, I would return. #YelpEliteSquad

This was my second stay at Hyatt Place. I find the location to be about the best in terms of…read moreaccessing shows I play in the area, including in Nashville. I like that there are outlets nearby and a Target across the street to pick up things when needed. The staff here are courteous and professional. They take a genuine interest in their guests and ensuring their stays are enjoyable. I wanted to compliment Zara in particular for welcoming me when I arrived after a tough journey from Asheville, due to detours related to I-40 being closed. I also appreciate that the parking lot has overnight security because I am a traveling musician. I don't leave gear in my car, but there are speakers and other accessories I leave in the trunk. Nothing would derail a tour anymore than having your car broken into. The only caveat I'd offer is that one of the elevators was down and it made waiting longer especially during busy times and the several times I had to load out and load in gear. I appreciate the Hyatt having a complimentary buffet and fresh coffee in the morning. Staff for the buffet are outstanding. You even have oat milk, which is rare in my stays and my choice for my coffee, so thank you! Oh, and fresh fruit every morning.

This place was pretty nice. But there were some odd things. For one, it was FREEZING. Like everyone…read morewas complaining about how cold it was. We chose to sit outside most of the evening because it was so cold which was a bit of a bummer but it was a gorgeous evening so that was fine. The music was also piped out doors so you still got to enjoy it. But to go in to use the restroom... Miserably cold! Now I understand that I was wearing a sun dress but so was everyone else. There was also this mammoth guy at the entrance with a gun that scared the hell out of me. He was as big as the door. Were they expecting trouble? Weird! The food was ok. Nothing special to be honest. There was an upstairs that was pretty empty (but it was at least warmer up there). This spot is 15 min from downtown Nashville. If you're going to Uber/lyft anywhere please be aware that the cost is highly inflated. We paid $35+ tip on the way there. On the way back at 11:00 at night... $105 + tip!! It was a 15 min drive!! I nearly fell over. I suggest sticking to the downtown area if you can!!

One thing we cared quite a bit about was having a unique venue that would allow us to decorate it with a personal touch, and The Bedford offered just that. We enjoyed being able to use both the downstairs area and the balcony for some great pictures. Though we didn't get to ultimately use the outdoor area (too hot that evening), the seating and the fairy lights provided a great look. None of our vendors had any issues with the space, it was super easy to load in and out. We also really enjoyed working with our coordinator, Jillian, who was super responsive throughout and had great suggestions around every detail of our event. She helped make the process of planning this event from out of town as seamless as possible. We'd definitely recommend The Bedford for all types of events.
