I highly recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance because you will save time and money that way. I believe it is more expensive if you buy tickets at the front booths. They have plenty of fun family activities to do: gem mining, barrel rides, slides, kids playground areas etc. This is definitely a great spot to bring your kids for some fun in the outdoors! I love their Cedar Glade Trail was a nice little walk for our family and we got to see all the adorable animals! They had Racoons, emu's, goats, capybaras, prairie dogs and red foxes! They also have a bunch more animals towards the front for guests to see. We loved the peacocks. The aviary is a nice spot for guests to walk around and feed the birds. They also had an area with a couple bunnies for guests to pet. There's plenty of other animals they have but it would much to long to mention them all! Almost all of the animals looked happy and had a very spacious habitat to enjoy. Well worth the $16 entrance fee! We will be back for future events!

As a birthday gift to one of our friends, we paid to have our boys go to Splat That and enjoy some free range artistic abilities. They had so much using their palette and enjoying. The freedom to put paint anywhere. LITERALLY. Kirsten was our host and she is amazing and super approachable for the children. There was a variety of paint colors to use along with stencils, canvas colors, paint tools and everything. We got geared up in coveralls to protect clothes [but I still recommend wearing play clothes] and then the boys had the room to themselves to create their art!
