Great escape room! Loved all of the rooms, ready for a new one! My favorite by far is Frankenstein but honestly you can't go wrong with any of them. read more

60 Minute Escape Game - Escape Games Near Me - Murfreesboro, Tennessee

We were visiting and booked an escape room experience at 60 Minute purely out of location, and we lucked out! The team there is so welcoming and passionate about what they do, it's infectious. We booked the pharaoh tomb, the hardest game in the Mid-West the team claimed, and loved every second of the experience. So much so that we stayed and tried the Frankenstein game too (ranked 12th in the nation for game design)! Both experiences were fun, detail-oriented, kept us on our toes, and the incredibly friendly staff were the cherry on top. We're thinking of going back for the 3rd game... (: highly recommend! read more

We had a great time!! The employees were really nicNice review!! Love to see it and great at explaining everything. This was my second time trying an escape room game but this one was way better than what I expected. The room we chose had great puzzles to solve! I went with a group of 3 and it was plenty of people to go with. read more

My wife and I have done 160 escape rooms. This place has the worst puzzle we've ever seen. Only a handful of the rest of them were sensical or functional, in the two rooms we played. It's a shame, because the scenery and verticality are top notch for the industry--a surprise to find that in Murfreesboro. Sometimes you find venues like this, where the creators know how to make great immersive spaces, but don't understand puzzle design very well. 60 Minute Escape Game represents the worst of that. A shame. Also, it was painfully cold, the entire time. I've never been so cold in an escape room. read more

We were visiting from SoCal, so this is our first time here. Wasn't sure what to expect we booked the Frankenstein room. Wow it was excellent, the immersion is fantastic. I really enjoyed the puzzles and the co-operative challenges. I would highly recommend this room. The staff was excellent and very helpful. We will be back to try out the other rooms. read more

Came here for my friend's sister's birthday and had so much fun! We were the last group of the day, and were SO close to making it, that the guy working helped us go ahead and finish it. They did a great job with the overall set up of the room (Frankenstein), the lively props, the creativity of the clues, storyline, etc. I've been to other escape rooms before but this one was authentic and super cool. We're definitely coming back soon to try some of the other ones! read more

Absolutely a GREAT experience for a family or group! We had a BLAST in the Pharaoh and escaped with 3 seconds left - like our own Indiana Jones ending! Victor was our game-master extraordinaire!! Such a good time; cant's wait to try another room!! * * * 5 scarabs out of 5 * * * read more

This was our second time back. First we did Fallout, then Pharoh. Today we are back to do Frankenstein. The production value is great, the puzzles are difficult but not too much that they are unsolvable with only 2 people. I love the 1 on 1 game master where they are actually following your game progression so you never have to explain where you are in order to obtain a hint. All the employees we've dealt with are super nice, super engaging, customer service oriented and knowledgeable. They ALWAYS double check the game to verify everything is reset. I've never had to ask for a clue because a piece I unlocked was missing, this is truly appreciated! I hope y'all rotate games because you're the best we've been to so far and we need our fix! Keep up the great work read more

We had such a great time playing The Frankenstein: The Awakening escape room. The immersive theme and puzzle difficulty are right on point. You can see that this room was cleverly designed and built with care! Our game master Cynthia was very friendly. We really had a great time. read more

Having played over 100 rooms mainly in California, my fiance and I made it a point to get some out of state rooms under our belt and found ourselves at 60 Minute Escape. Many enthusiasts in the area love talking about this company and saw it received awards from the Top Escape Room project which is a HUGE deal. We played two games during our visit. Before I go in-depth on each one I can't praise the room design enough as both rooms felt like huge sprawling areas featuring tons of climbing and crawling. They honestly feel like fully realized locations that people worked in which just adds to the immersion. With that said its worth mentioning that guests with mobility issues should call ahead and ask about possible accommodations. Both these rooms have tall narrow staircases which I found a bit challenging myself. Frankenstein: Those room's set design is hard to top, creep lab work, dead bodies and a final set piece that left us with our jaws open. There's a large amount of puzzles featured that are all very thematic. Pharaoh: Staff told us that this room was designed to feel like a real Egypt dig site and it shows. Narrow passages, piles of rocks to sift through and other really great props to use. It's probably one of the most physical rooms we played. These are such high quality rooms and if we come back we want to finish the rest of their games. This is a great location and and well worth a visit. read more

This place is Amazing!!!! I could come here repeatedly. If you are needing an outing or something to do with the family or friends that have come to visit. Primarily over 10 yrs old. (Any younger than this they would be in the way) Also a great way to show teamwork. Go online and book your Escape! read more

This was the second escape room I have done and it was so much fun! The room was really cool looking and unique. There were 5 of us and we were about three more steps from escaping but it was a blast! The staff was so friendly and we will definitely be going back to try another room! read more

Absolutely excellent. I have don one of the other escape rooms in town and 2 addition in Memphis. This is by far the most elaborate and well done escape room I have experienced. The game is well built and challenging. The owners are excellent and really poured their hearts and souls into their business. Highly recommended. read more

Better than expected! Sadly, this was our second choice and last minute after another business cancelled our group of five when family came to visit. I'm not big on group puzzles and things of the sort, but this was excellent! Once they get other storylines I hope to return (they said I couldn't do a redo of the one they have to better my score). You won't be disappointed! read more

We have done sooooo many escape rooms with my fam and this is BY FAR THE BEST ESCAPE room we have ever done! We actually did BOTH rooms! Literally you feel like Disneyland set makers did these rooms!! Totally unreal and the attention to detail in the game was rocking! I can't wait for their new room to come out so we can try that! But in the meantime fallout and Pharaoh's tomb kicked out butts and we almost got out of both of them, we were seconds from getting out of fallout and a couple of minutes from getting out of the tomb! Such great games! And the staff was awesome too! read more

60 Minute Escape Game - We didn't get out but these rooms rocked!! - Escape Games Near Me - Murfreesboro, Tennessee

After visiting The Escape Game downtown, Breakout in Franklin, Escape Experience downtown, Sleuthbox in Phoenix and an escape room in the bay area, I had low expectations for an escape room in Murfreesboro..but we booked The Fallout anyways and hoped for the best. Wow was I surprised. The staff was incredibly friendly and the lobby looks so well put together, I knew we were in for a good time. We ended up moving our game time because the group of 5 that was booked with us had a 6th and there was no more room for the extra person.. personally the three of us would have preferred to go it alone so we volunteered to go have dinner and come back.. the staff was more than happy to do this for us and thanked us for helping the other group out. When we went in it was so realistic I couldn't believe it. Absolutely a blast.. we got hung up right at the end and didnt make it out but we were maybe 5-10 seconds from making it. UGH so close!! Really amazing.. I can't wait for Pharoah's Tomb to open!! I will be back for every new room they have without a doubt... love the plush emojis for the after picture too! So wonderful to have such an elaborate and well put together escape room without having to deal with downtown and parking and traffic and crowds. read more

60 Minute Escape is so fun! Great family activity (especially when it is a rainy day, or too hot to do much, outside). You can book, online, to make things easier, and make sure you get to go in (there are room limits). Figuring the bits and pieces, is really fun, and a great way to work as a team. Whether you are more creative, or more detail oriented, there will be times to shine. You have the ability to request clues (if the whole group agrees), and your game master will give clues, here and there, especially of you are stuck on something. We will go back, again as different themed games are available (each room has a theme). read more

I'm from Los Angeles but I like to try escape rooms in the different places I travel to. A few of my escape room friends who have done way more escape rooms than me recommended "Frankenstein" and said it was worth the drive from Nashville, and they were right. You can tell the owners and creators put their heart into this room because the set up and puzzles were so well thought out. My friend and I had such a wonderful time, especially since our Game master Kenzi was so much fun and just made the room so much more enjoyable. The next time I'm in town I plan on trying their other rooms, and I can't wait. Thanks Kenzi! read more

First time I went the guy was pretty helpful and cool but our game had a glitch so they gave us a second game free... but the second time whoever the girl was clearly didn't want to be there, kind of sucky service but the games were really fun and the rooms are amazing read more

We did the Pharaoh themed room and I was blown away!! One of the best escape room experiences we have had. Elaborate and well thought out atmosphere that really makes you feel like you've stepped into a whole other world! Would recommend to anyone! read more

Excellent fun, immaculate attention to detail, fun puzzles. Did the Frankenstein. Wanted to go back immediately and try Fallout!

Seriously one of the best escape games we've ever been to! (And we've done six, escaped all of them until now!) I highly suggest at least four people. We didn't survive the nukes that fell, but honestly we came close as a team of two. I'm sure a larger team would be able to, but still be challenged! The owner is super friendly and tried to make us feel better about dying a painful, radioactive death. Everyone should check them out! Very immersive! read more

Great night out with friends - the Pharaoh's chamber! This was a last minute type thing to have something to do while we were out, but turned out to be the best part of the night. Staff was awesome and the game itself was challenging. I will definitely be back to check out the other rooms. read more

This is one of the better escape rooms in middle Tennessee. The puzzles and riddles are enjoyable and elaborate. Whenever we managed to solve parts of the room it felt earned and rewarding. The room was very well decorated which enabled our group to fully immerse ourselves into the game. The staff was also very friendly and fast. read more

What a fun evening! We've been making the Murfreesboro escape room rounds, and we decided to try the Fallout room here, and it was by far the best room that we've been to! The staff was really nice, and our game host did a great job giving us clues that didn't totally give away the answers, but led us in the right direction. Can't wait to try the Pharaoh room next! read more

This was my first 60 minute escape experience. The rooms were super creative, difficulty wasn't too hard. If you needed clues they were really helpful, and pointed you in the right direction. They also gave you random helpful clues if they saw that you were stuck ( thank goodness for that). We will definitely be back for another challenge! Got out with 1 min 30 something second to spare. The couple running the place was also very friendly read more

Are you kidding me? I mean really, my wife and I and a group of our friends, walked in and immediately we felt as though the game began. The setting and the story were incredible. My wife and I have played a few of these type of escape games in other cities and what we experienced that hour is still talked about over our dinner table most every night. Would I recommend the 60 Minute Escape Game, Yes I do, every chance I get. Thank you so much for the memories. We had 3600 seconds of exhilarating fun. read more

Don't be deterred by the small number of reviews - this place is amazing!! Our hostess, Reese, was absolutely adorable and very helpful. The escape room itself was incredible!! It was so much fun, I didn't expect it to be so extensive! Each room comes with it's own story and it's own puzzles. We were in the Fallout Shelter escape room, I believe. Reese said that they will be opening more escape scenarios before the end of this year - I will definitely be back to try them all!!! read more

We had so much fun in Pharaohs chamber. The staff was amazing. We definitely will be back to try their other rooms

This is the best and newest addition to a growing city. Took my family on a Monday night and it was worth missing the first half of game 5 of the finals! We will definitely be back for the new rooms to come! Reese and Mike are great! read more

This was my first time doing this kind of thing with a group of friends for my brothers bachelor party. We failed in the end but it was so awesome. It was very realistic and very hard but it made you feel like everything was so real. The people working it were very awesome and we can't wait till they open another room. The next day three of us went to another one in franklin and it was awful. The guy that ran it was talking the whole time and none of the props worked. read more

We went with a group of 10 people for a 'team building' event, but also as a way to just have fun. We had a blast! The whole place is really nicely put together. None of us had ever done anything like this before, so we had a hard time, but they helped us out where we needed it. We wanted to start over again as soon as it was over. Can't wait to come back with work-mates or just a group of friends and family. The staff was friendly, welcoming, professional. I hope this place makes it! read more

My wife, in-laws & I visited the 60 Minute Escape Game Murfreesboro today, 8/21/16. None of us had been to anything like this & had only heard about them. I was a little skeptical going in & not quite sure what to expect. It was us 4, plus 2 other couples for a total of 8 people going on this adventure. Luckily the other couples had experienced other "Escape" games & knew what to expect. We followed their lead and quickly caught onto the concept. It was a blast. I entered a skeptic & left wanting to do more. We will definitely be back when the other room is ready. The owners are extremely nice & want you to have a great time in which we did. We highly recommend this to anyone looking to have some fun & exercise your brain. Most importantly WE ESCAPED by the skin of our teeth! Keep up the great work & hope to see you in the near future for more adventures. read more
