The restaurant was less than half capacity. We were not in the reserved birthday area. Chuck E. Cheese is always a great place to take the kiddos for an hour or so of fun. Today I took my youngest son so that he could get out of the house for Awhile. Wow! The best Chuck E. Cheese I've ever been to! My son was definitely in heaven! I feel like this location had a lot more toddler games vs other locations which is a plus for my son! This place is located at the mall and is very clean inside and out. Parking is terrible, hard to find, but if you can find a spot you're considered lucky lol. The employees here were great! They were very friendly. Downfall to this location is that the play by points are not as good of a deal compared to other CEC. They only provide play time at their machines. You have to go to the cashier if you want to purchase points. Another downfall is that there's sooo many employees but the lines take forever! We will definitely be back when we're in town. read more

Me and my family came here for my brothers birthday party. I ordered a pizza and waited 2 hours to get it. Finally i went and asked for a refund. The lady was super nice and grabbed her manager for me. The manager proceeded to catch an attitude with me and flared her arms to be dramatic. Another worker came up to give me a pizza for waiting 2 hours and she made him throw it away because i was already getting a refund. When i was leaving i went to ask her employee for her name. The employee told me she didn't know her name and barely spoke to her which i find ridiculous. Me and my family will never come again. I work with trouble kids at a residential 5 days a week and had even just gotten off work yet i didn't throw a fit. With that being said i don't have much sympathy for you when you work at Chuck E. I loved this experience from the beginning to end. The staff was on top of everything being so upbeat and positive for the kids. Our designated party helper(?) and I can't remember her name but she ensured with me every step of the way what was going on, the timeline, if I needed anything, she was on top of it. And also, the price for what all is included in the "Mega Package" is perfect. It's convenient, stress free, and loads of fun. My son had the best time for his birthday here. First, I want to be clear that we love CEC and this location always has the appearance of cleanliness. The reason I say "appearance" will become clear soon. I grew up going to some ghetto CEC and I love the updates they've done to really make this place family friendly. HOWEVER, and this is more a blight on CEC Corporate than this particular location, their Covid health protocols are a joke. And I'd complain to Corporate except they can't be bothered to return my calls. Here's what happened: We walk into a basically empty CEC on a Monday night and to my horror a child walks in behind my 2 yr old and I, as we stand at the front ordering our food, and VOMITS THREE TIMES all over the floor. The staff was as horrified as I was and yet, thanks to CEC Corporate protocols, unable to ask this family to LEAVE! The family chose NOT TO LEAVE but proceeded to let their SICK child who had just VOMITED THRICE sit at a table sipping some drink. Btw this was NOT the table they ended up eating at. No employee disinfected the table. The child then proceeded to play multiple games at the facility. All of this took place while the PSA announced for us to "have a ChuckE time we are here to keep you safe and healthy...look at our employees forced to mask up and our sanitizing stations!" Gimme a break! A child just puked their guts out and you let them STAY. The hypocrisy and disingenuous nature of the CEC health and safety protocols is astounding. Again, the staff was/is just as upset by this as we were but they claim that they have no power to ask customers to leave. I find that crazy. Corporate has yet to respond to my calls. How can you force your employees to mask but not force OBVIOUSLY SICK patrons to leave? And yes, my two year old started vomiting the next day and ran a 103° temp. Guess what? She tested positive for Covid. So well done CEC. Those masks and sanitizing stations really work well when you allow a vomiting patron stay and touch and play everything. *We wiped down every game and sanitized and washed our hands the whole night to the point my hands were chapped and bleeding. No staff member ever attempted to Lysol the games the vomiting child played. *Why didn't we leave? We shouldn't have to leave because someone else is puking. CEC needs to empower their employees to ask OBVIOUSLY SICK patrons to leave. Are you telling me that if a suspicious man was lurking around the kids they wouldn't ask him to leave? Cmon man. We have been to this location twice within 6 months and were pleasantly surprised to see new games. It makes it more entertaining to have different games and some of the favorites to play with. We found a coupon online on their website for time cards and it was a great deal! We had pizza while we were there and were very surprised at how good it was! We had a regular pizza and a gluten free, both were delicious and well priced. On the weekends I suggest going closer to when they open as it's not as busy. read more

How much fun!! We came on a Thursday night and practically had the place to ourselves. SO much fun!! They kept all the games wiped down and clean, the salad bar was fresh and delicious, the pizza was super greasy (not something I'd order again), the staff was friendly, and I love the concept of playing for a time limit, versus playing a limited number of games. Very mediocre service at best. It's a good thing this place runs on its own because there is a bunch of kids running the place that have no idea what customer service means. If you order a beer here they pay no mind to you and pretend like you aren't there. I waited in line multiple times and when I got to the front every time they would just ask you to stand and wait for the manager who has no idea how to run a business. After twenty minutes goes by you would think they would go and get someone but no, they just continue to pretend like you aren't there. It's a bummer that this is the only place for kids around here. After sitting in line forever and watching multiple people come up front and asking for the manager, now there is an actual line for a manager. I get it that it's a kids environment and having younger people run the place is fitting but the service here is always epically horrible and if there is anywhere that you can find to take your child I would highly recommend it bc the service here is terrible. read more

After going to Go USA park down the road. I am not sure we'll be back. The staff are nice and the place is clean, but the price you pay to play and the amount you get back in tickets is not very good compared to Go USA. 12.00 usually gets us about 45 ticets and that equates to a tootsie pop and a spider ring. We spent the same at Go USA and walked away with about 275 tickets and tons of stuff. My kids had a blast. The games are fairly cheap but the tickets back are not so great and pretty hard to get a lot. Nothing really wrong here. They have better,more food and entertainment, but we are at these places to pace an hour and win tickets. read more

WONDERFUL STAFF (other than the one lady who seemed very unapologetic about THROWING OUR KIDS PLASTIC SIPPY CUPS AWAY..and these were colorful expensive personal cups like Playtex and Gerber ..not cheap throw away ones). It was odd that she cleaned off our table in the first place since we had half a pizza, personal pictures, and the cups there still. She did dig the cups out of the trash and "wash" them in the kitchen. Anyway, other than that this place is priced EXCELLENTLY, actually has pretty good pizza, and is fun! I live an hour away from this location and decided to take my two children there for some evening fun and dinner. Once there I purchased 2 pan pizzas for my children and 30 points play. Before we started to play we sat down to wait for our pizzas to arrive so we could all eat before enjoying the games. Once our pizzas arrived my children were so distracted by all the lights and sounds surrounding us that they only took two bites of one small piece of the pizza and then wanted to play. After about 25 mins of play time we proceeded to our table, and since it was near closing time I noticed a young man cleaning up an proceeded to ask him if he could direct me to whom ever could procure me a styrofoam plate so that I could take my children's leftover pizza home in. In the mist of asking I looked at my table and noticed it wiped clean. I told the young man, "you threw out our pizza! It was whole and that was my children's dinner." He just blatantly looked at me and just stated to me that he was sorry. No offer to reimburse me, or offer me another pizza. Nothing. Now anyone who knows C-E-C knows that their pizza does NOT come cheap. Disappointed I walked to the counter and asked for a manger. The manager approached me and I explained my situation, he SO kindly offered me another whole pie. Another pie in which he had to go back and restart the oven since they were near closing time, and make me a WHOLE 'nother pie. Eric is the manager. Such a doll. i have been coming to this location for years and have had mostly good experiences... during the day. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IN THE EVENING. we got there tonight around 8 thinking we would have two hours to play since they close at 10. i was wrong. we get to the front counter and the lady helping us told us they could only sell us 30 mins of game time because "we close at 9 but we're closing 30 minutes early" meanwhile i see employees ALREADY cleaning and shutting stuff down around us and made us feel like we were unwelcome. no excuse for that. also- why is your store closing 30 mins earlier?? they gave no explanation and were very rude the entire time we were there. i mean there was no music playing dead silence besides the obnoxiously loud vacuuming around me to the point where i felt like i couldnt even browse the games. once we have been sufficiently rushed out of there we get to the arcade counter to let my nephew pick out a prize. i swear this woman at the counter looked my kid up and down and said nothing to him the entire time! she didnt help us keep track of our tickets as we browsed so jt took all the fun out of it as half the time i was calculating the tickets on my phone. i can't say after this experience i will be going back without some kind of reimbursement. absolutely awful experience tonight. read more
