Party time was 12-2:00 pm. Here is the screenshot of email that was provided to the host of the party. Here is what me as a parent witnessed from their staff throughout the event. 1. Incident # 1 - Around 12:30 pm - 2 of the girls from their front desk staff were constantly interrupting the host parents to start wrapping up the party by 1:30 pm. This was just 30 mins into the event in front of all parents - Very disruptive. The host parent was politely mentioning we have the place reserved from 12-2:00 pm and it's just 12:30 right now. We will be out of here by 2:00 pm as per our reservation. The staff girls did not receive this well and said we have another party starting at 2:00 pm and we need to cleanup sooner. 2. Incident # 2 - At 1:20 pm while the kids were just starting to eat their lunch and cake post cake cutting and 2 of the front desk girls comes on the party room and starts to remove the table cloth saying they are starting the cleanup - ALL while we were in the middle of celebrating a birthday. The host parents and the guests had to again politely request this very unprofessional staff to please not remove anything right now and we will cleanup before 2:00 pm as per our reserved time and please let the kids eat for next 10 mins. Again, the staff responded unprofessionally to the host parents saying we already told you to clean up and you have to be out of here before 2:00 pm as we have another party starting. They forced to end the whole event earlier than it was reserved for. Kids didn't finish their meals or get to eat the cake. Incident #3 - all parents rushed out and got their kids situated from 1 year olds to 8 year olds. It was about 2:10 pm and there was no other party that had arrived that we were forced and rushed out for by this unprofessional staff The host parents went and checked in the email instructions if there is anything that says we have to leave 15 to 30 mins early before our reserved time. See the screenshot attached. It says nothing about that. Instead it says you have access to place 30 mins before the reserved time (Eg: 12:00-2:00pm) and that is it... Also, if they book back to back parties short changing each party by 15-30 mins without clear instructions (see the screenshot email again) it's selling a false experience and ripping young families off. I would be vary as a parent to host your kids events at this place. The management needs to do some serious coaching to young staff they employ that don't have manners or exhibit kind professional behavior especially if they are working at kids place which is suppose to be happy and safe.

While the heights you can climb are not terribly high, and pale in comparison to places like Climb Nashville, for a kid they're great. Multiple paths labeled with perceived skill level, friendly staff, and an auto-belay device that lets them just let go and float down. For the price, it's great although as Ehren A notes you do have to pay to watch your kids, but a family of 4 gets in and out for less than 1 person at a dedicated climbing establishment. The walls are also rated to 300 pounds so the next time I go I'm climbing as well (although it's $2 more if you want to participate) Some things to note about this place are when you get there you need to go to the left. You'll get to what look like the main doors and it's not the right place... go to the left, there's a door there that says Outdoor Adventure Center. The first time we went we ended up at the locked at the time entrance and it just did not look right. Nope, go left, look for some standing outdoor chimes you can play, it's over there. As a note, included 1 picture here, there's another wall of climbing behind where I was shooting from, and there's a round climbing structure with at least 4 more paths to climb. There's also a 16+ finger grip wall hanger that looks nightmarish and not particularly fun if you're to that level, but you do you. The pool is great for younger kids as I recall, but the outside is in direct sunlight with no shade anywhere. Pool has been shut down due to toddler problems when I was there. They do keep it clean. Not particularly deep if I remember correctly.

I can understand that rule if and when someone leaves because they want to leave but NOT WHEN THEY ARE FORCED....I wasn't with any small children...I realize accidents happen but WHY should I be out DUE TO THE FACT SOMEONE ELSE didn't follow up with their kid and make sure they went to the POTTY in the POTTY and NOT the POOL... Not too difficult to add gloves, laces, anything? And probably would be smart to include a little bit more of the Predators' apparel not just jerseys. * a place of this caliber should have more than the one water refill station that we saw/used * There was only one sign when you turn onto the street to where you guys are. More signs would be helpful as we went past the rink and had to turn around. Looking forward to coming here in the future and will definitely look at future competitions just to come back here and skate!

Visited Nov 12, 2023…read more Please see the useful screen shot attached if this your first time. Came with a group for a family outing. The skates were so bulky, stiff, and narrow. My feet were in so much pain and I had to readjust the laces so many times to help with the pressure pain. In addition the pair I had were stained brown and tattered. Half of the party purchased tickets online and the other half intended to purchase in person. I did not like that it was mandatory to make an account before ticket purchase was allowed. The whole ordeal was such an unclear mess. When arriving at the counter, a ticket was requested for public skate N ring. The employee asked if we had an account with them and then proceeded to request us to scan the QR code after replying no. Didn't say we could pay after complete so I tried navigating the site for some time and failing to find the location to purchase a ticket. I requested for help after then informed only an account creation was needed then I could pay. This took so much time and the time slot available for public skating was only for 1.25 hrs. Because the time slot was so short the ice was never smoothed out. Some pros: skates of all sizes are available. Wide skates are available with hockey skates but doesn't have front brake ridges. There are plenty of restroom stalls and buckets around the ice for newbies to grasp onto. There's a food court if needed (limited options and no outside food allowed). Plenty of parking and handicap accessible. If I had to come back, I'd bring my own skates.
