The only suggestion I have is there needs to be a tutorial before the game starts. It takes time to understand how to use the controllers to move, pick up items , etc., and it shouldn't take time away from the game itself. Beware before booking All Out Gaming Atlanta…read more I chose All Out Gaming despite their significantly higher price because I was specifically told they had a Nintendo Switch 2 available. That was a major deciding factor in booking with them. On the day of the event, a different gaming company showed up instead. They arrived late, with an inferior gaming truck, and no Switch at all--which was not what was promised or contracted. It was clear the event had been outsourced to a cheaper third-party provider. Due to constant game updates and extremely long loading times, the kids were only able to use the gaming truck for about 30 minutes total. They quickly lost interest and ended up playing on our own PS5 and Switch inside the house, which worked far better than the truck. The experience we paid for was essentially unusable. After the event, All Out Gaming acknowledged that the service delivered did not match what was promised and offered a refund. Despite multiple follow-ups on my end, no refund has ever been issued. This experience was incredibly disappointing and did not come close to what was advertised or paid for. I would strongly caution others to confirm exactly who will be showing up, what equipment will actually be provided, and to get everything in writing before booking

The concept is very interactive and different from anything else we've done--definitely more engaging than a typical arcade-style experience. Joined my friend to celebrate her birthday on a Friday night and we had an amazing time! I was so excited to try Sandbox and it did not disappoint. We played the Stranger Things game and while I've never watched Stranger Things, it was very engaging and interactive. I was also very worried about motion sickness which tends to get me with VR headsets and I didn't experience that here which was a plus! Also be cognizant of the fact you can be playing with other people you do not know! The staff was very friendly and I love the way they celebrate birthdays here with the virtual birthday party! They also send videos and photos from the gameplay that you can save to your phone which was a great touch! My only opportunity for improvement was that it was SUPER HOT while playing and though there were fans, they were only activated at certain points during gameplay. Also, there was a time when I accidentally hit someone in real life so that's pretty dangerous!
