This was a lot of fun and something I had been wanting to try for a while. It was a bit pricey, but I think it was worth it for the experience. We walked in on a Friday around noon and were able to get started without much hassle, which was a nice surprise. The facility itself was clean and well set up. This was my first experience with a virtual reality event. I went with four adults and two adolescent kids. Half of the group had tried it before and really enjoyed it. The place is well run and you'll wear all sorts of equipment to enhance your VR experience by placing you in the action activity of your choosing. You see yourself and your companions as different characters of your choice. Although it's technology advanced and has a coolness factor, it's not something that I'd crave going back to multiple times. Although you carry a simulated weapon and shoot at designated enemies, it's not like you can always tell whether your shot or someone else's actually hit the target, so I didn't personally feel a great sense of satisfaction with my performance. And it's kind of built in that this represents an activity that promotes violent imaging and killing, so it's a bit grim to see children coming for this. But for the right audience, I think it's probably done well, and it's nice that they give you a video of your group as well as video clips of what you were shooting at during your activity. Note that you can park two hours for free in the garage, so don't use the street parking for which you have to pay as soon as you park. read more

Joined my friend to celebrate her birthday on a Friday night and we had an amazing time! I was so excited to try Sandbox and it did not disappoint. We played the Stranger Things game and while I've never watched Stranger Things, it was very engaging and interactive. I was also very worried about motion sickness which tends to get me with VR headsets and I didn't experience that here which was a plus! Also be cognizant of the fact you can be playing with other people you do not know! The staff was very friendly and I love the way they celebrate birthdays here with the virtual birthday party! They also send videos and photos from the gameplay that you can save to your phone which was a great touch! My only opportunity for improvement was that it was SUPER HOT while playing and though there were fans, they were only activated at certain points during gameplay. They were greatly behind... we had an appointment but they were 30 mins behind that. There is no place to sit while you wait either... However after playing the game all I can say is WOW! What a BLAST!! It is a full team game that drops you into full out action. We did the deadwood Mansion. Deadwood is a series of VR zombie games that has you being overrun by zombies and things while your team is trying to fend them off to keep things safe. It is AWESOME!! My boys, my sons GF, and I had 30 mins of straight of excitement and unfettered fun! My 10 year old was a zombie killing machine... my oldest won mvp and his gf was just behind him... it was completely immersive and sooooo much fun! We are going back to play the second version in two weeks... it isn't cheap! But it is so worth it! I highly recommend trying this.. they have other games besides zombie games... but man if you're into horror shooting type games (it is not that bad scary) this is the game to play! read more

So I really rock with sandbox, they are awesome. Just in general, this one was a new one that I've been to because I'd usually go on to the interlock one. This one was shaped a little bit differently because it was inside of a strip mall area but it was still plenty of space. Not as much space as the other one but this is just the waiting area, they have plenty plenty of rooms to go to as far as the gaming what's concerned. We were a little bit early and they actually were able to get us in earlier so I appreciate them working with us to try to get us in and out. Everybody was explained the rules and it went really well. They were careful to go over all the rules and the roles before the game started so we were all clear. This was a blast! I'm scary though so I spent 75% of the time screaming and wishing it was over lol. It was very realistic with sensors on your wrists, ankles, a vest with sensors, goggles, and headphones. Could not have been more real. Bought a session during vacation not thinking to check about the Braves in town. They do not have dedicated parking for this place so if the lots are all full you are out of luck. I called to see what they suggest and they had nothing to offer. They are refusing a refund and now I am stuck having to try to get back there but also having to make sure I can park when I do, WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Fun experience. We did the Squid Games VR. They have people in the front directing you to complete the waivers in the tablets. We made a reservation online, so I'm not sure how it works if you're walking in without one. There were two people who helped the group get situated before the game started. Absolutely horrible experience. We booked the birthday package with 2 games 2 weeks in advance, their employee made a mistake by booking both games at the same time slot. in the middle of the first game, manager came to us and said we cannot play the second game as another group was already waiting. When we asked them to reschedule another group instead and let the kids finish the birthday celebration, management called the security to kick 12 years old kids out! We were told we had to leave immediately. This place ruined my kid's birthday experience and behaved extremely unprofessionally. I do hope the manager of the place is getting fired over this. It was a good experience, I would've loved to give it a 5 stars if it wasn't for the EXTREMELY rude employee who greets you at the door. She didn't greet me, she hollered at me in a horribly rude tone which made everyone uncomfortable. Ruined everyone's mood. She needs to get fired like what a horrible face to such a good company.
