This is a huge warehouse with different spaces displaying optical illusions and activities. In order to purchase tickets you have to scan a QR Code to bring up a website. After you purchase tickets you then have to fill out a waiver for each person that has a ticket. Once this is done you show your phone to the attendant at the front desk. They will explain the exhibit. It's basically a maze of rooms. Some rooms have metallic lights on the wall flashing, led screens on the floor that move like splattered paint as you walk. There is also a room of balloons, a room of huge rubber balls, Bubble floating from the ceiling, and a swimming pool filled with thousands of balls. The room I liked the most was the one with metallic streamers. You don't know if you are walking straight or into the wall. I enjoyed the selfie area. It has several booths to take pictures. Please note you have to wear socks if you enter the pit. The air conditioning felt extremely good in the warehouse. If you have sensory issues, this may not be the place for you to visit.

The machines are not super stingy like most places, which made it more fun. There are some cute stuffed animals that are "keepers," as well as other prizes like Pokemon packs. But the real prizes are those that you can trade up for using the stuffed animals that you win. I like the coin-based games that they use instead of adding credits onto a card like Round 1 for instance. This makes the cost of each game easy to keep track of, and most games are only 1 coin which equals a dollar each, which is very affordable now-a-days. The staff was super friendly and they re-sort the claw machines often so that the stuffed animals don't get stuffed and there's always a prize that's within reach. As opposed to if a few people had just won and the remaining stuffed animals are unwinnable basically. I loved that service and extra attention to detail. This absolutely made the experience more enjoyable for us. In addition, if there's a particular stuffed animal that you want that's out of reach of the claw, the staff is more than willing to reshuffle it so that it's not stuck along the sides or stuffed between others. Overall, we had a terrific experience and came away smiling and happy. My kids got the trade-ins that they wanted, and so did I! We couldn't stop talking about it on the ride home. I will say there was a few times where we had it, but when the claw carried the toy up to the top, the claw shakes hard and drops the toy. There were at least 20-30 machines. Spread out and plenty of space. The toy options were very cute. I loved that there were a lot of keychain toys. We won a jujitsu kaisen (itadori) keychain, fuzzy egg toast key chain, a cute cat, and fluffy cloud bag (my favorite). All looked well made. Staff were very nice and knowledgeable. Completely inappropriate to play on the stairs.in the video my son was trying to get the man's attention and instead of redirecting my son,or calling for somebody to get him to stop playing on the stairs,he pushed him. A couple rooms had a slight odor issue, but nothing that took away from the experience.
