The staff was helpful but rather quiet and maybe not super excited to see kiddos. We were taken to the room and watched a short video with instructions. It was well done and I felt more at ease. Our game consisted of three rooms and lots of problems to solve in each. Great set up! The staff was watching the whole time and immediately responded if we asked for a clue. We were able to escape with 14 minutes to spare (adults certainly led the charge). The staff came in and celebrated our success, took pictures and helped us navigate back to the lobby. I left wanting to come back with my own little family and excited to write this review. Top notch experience; highly recommend.

The place is well run and you'll wear all sorts of equipment to enhance your VR experience by placing you in the action activity of your choosing. You see yourself and your companions as different characters of your choice. Although it's technology advanced and has a coolness factor, it's not something that I'd crave going back to multiple times. Although you carry a simulated weapon and shoot at designated enemies, it's not like you can always tell whether your shot or someone else's actually hit the target, so I didn't personally feel a great sense of satisfaction with my performance. And it's kind of built in that this represents an activity that promotes violent imaging and killing, so it's a bit grim to see children coming for this. But for the right audience, I think it's probably done well, and it's nice that they give you a video of your group as well as video clips of what you were shooting at during your activity. Note that you can park two hours for free in the garage, so don't use the street parking for which you have to pay as soon as you park.

We had a really fun time. We only went to this one because of the Batman attraction, but it was a…read morelot of fun. We got in and have to wait a little bit even though there's nobody there. So I wasn't really kind of confused about that. But once we got in there it was okay. It's decorated very well and it's very clean place so that was a good start. It's in a shopping center area so there's free parking out in that part of the city. And there's actually plenty of parking as well so you shouldn't have anything to worry about. We did the Batman experience, in the Batman experience was a lot of fun. I don't think that ours was working like it should have been working, so I think we kind of let Gotham down LOL. Which was definitely not the goal or the intention but at the same time, it did hinder the experience a little bit if it wasn't working like it was supposed to. But, the person who was our handler, really took care of us and make sure we were straight and didn't let us go until we finish. So I appreciate it that. Overall this was a fun time but escape rooms typically are appeared. You going to pay a bone so just keep that in mind. This is definitely good for team building a lot of groups so I would definitely say it's worth it if you haven't been.

Shawn guaranteed that we would have a good time and that we did! He produced and lead a curated game show that was both challenging, inclusive and FUN! My leadership was impressed and had a wonderful time connecting with our employees and seeing everyone respond to trivia and questions in a unique way. Be weary of the directions to get here ... it might make you do a U-turn when no U-turn is needed. It's directly off the road. Their bday parties start out at 8 people and cost comes out to about $25/person. They give you a covered area with benches, plus all the equipment. You can bring your own equipment, and highly suggest bringing gloves and very padded clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. It's also wise to bring a hoodie or something like a beanie to wear on your head. Three of the group members got hit on the head and one on the fingers. The airsoft bbs do cause a sting, and come out fast. They have an area for target practice and then a couple options on where to play: one is a small town area with netting so you can watch if you aren't playing. The other view are back in the woods with no access if you aren't playing. They do have the option to come and jump into a group to play, so you can come solo. The instructor we had was great and went over all the rules. I believe the kids had about an hour or so of playing. They have food options onsite, although very basic but kids don't seem to mind and it's food they'll eat. The experience was great and everyone had fun. Would recommend!
