Hosting 24 lanes, an extensive menu with food service directly to your bowling lane, and an arcade and billiards room, this is one of my favorite small-town bowling alleys in America. Opened in 1962, it's hardly changed, a throwback to yesteryear with late-night bowling, unintentional old-school decor, and simply a classic piece of Americana on Highway 70. What they won't tell you is that you must establish your name and a game of bowling on the touchpad by each lane before the pins will illuminate, so keep that in mind.

There were only a few lanes full so there was no delay getting in to start our game. We rented shoes and they were in good shape. They had a decent variety of balls to choose from. I opted for a 12 and they had a few 6 pounders for the kids. There is a small game room, just enough to have a little fun. I loved that it wasn't a big Multipurpose event center. We came for bowling. We bowled. We had a great time. We didn't spend a fortune. We didn't order food, but I saw a few people with pizza and drinks that looked yummy.

The time cards are the best deal because you can play any of the rainbow games, you just don't get tickets or prizes.
