Came today with my 13 yo and paid the birthday all day unlimited. The only 2 activities I wanted to do was the go karts and rock climbing. In the rock climbing line over 5 mins just a lil boy in front of me. When the attendant starts helping unstrap the current climbers the boys gremlin line jumping sister jumps on front of me. Parents adamant they're together she just got out of line. The attendant just lets the demon goblin go ahead but even after climbing, hitting the buzzer, she continues letting them climb for well over 20 mins. I say something at 1st she's acting like she don't know or remember. Huh? They just climbed off, I said something the moment she ran straight past me. she calls a manager and proceeds to tell the manager she was confused she thought they were my kids. Huh? Why would I be upset her jumping in front of me? You stood there while her parents were adamant she was going ahead of me. The managers like I mean I can throw you like $7 on an arcade card which was pretty insulting considering I paid 25 and only did go carts once a $9 value. Had my daughter's birthday party here on Sunday and I would not recommend to anyone. Although I know some of my guests were late we were rushed out of the room by the party "host" and then I was asked to wait in the same room for my bill for atleast fifteen minutes after I was so rudely rushed out of it. She stood in front of the whole party and told my 6 year old she didn't have time to eat her birthday cake. This was after she scolded me in front of the whole party for looking in the cabinet after she left the room with the lighter for the birthday candles. She was not very personable with my daughter at all and could have told my daughter that she could eat her birthday cake at one of the many other tables / booths in the place. (It was not busy yet at all) I still ended up paying full price for the birthday party but I was offered a game card to spend there as an apology I guess. Had a party here. The hostess was slow but friendly. The time in the room seemed rushed. It didn't feel like an hour and if it was, they should consider 1.5 hours to have time for presents. Online it mentioned pizza AND snack item. There was no snack item. The place appeared to have a good amount of activities online but a lot of the rides outside were not available. The cards provided to the kids are by dollar amount, not by time or points, it appears and arcade games are very pricey. I couldn't believe it when I was told the bowling required a card to use. I paid for an all-inclusive party and the kids kept asking for more money on the card. They quickly ran out. There should've been more on the card for this package. They appeared bored and it seems the most fun they had was with laser tag and on the bumper cars. I wouldn't return. read more

It's fun but there are no staff! None of the "big" fun rides are manned. You have to try and flag someone down to be able to get on one. Other than that, it's clean and there is lots to do. It's a great place for the kids to have fun. read more

This place was a huge letdown. Drove 30 minutes to do go-karts after calling TWICE during the day to ensure they would be open and ready to go when we arrived. Upon arrival, the woman working the ticket desk was very rude and refused to let us buy wristbands for gokarts as they "close early," even though it was only 8:15 and the establishment doesn't close until 9:00. We went outside to try to reason with the go kart workers and they also gave us some BS answers about having to close "early," but it was not consistent with the website hours or what the woman inside said. They lost so much business from our party of 10 people trying desperately to pay money to use their attractions. On top of that, other attractions like laser tag (which we decided to try after go karts were closed) also closed early with no mention of this on their website or on the phone. We drove a total of one hour to be refused service as paying customers. The employees were all young people who seemed to have attitudes with us and were generally unhelpful and rude. The place is also just pretty run-down and things like the photo booth (which we also tried to use - to redeem a terrible experience) only accept cash and cost $5.00 for two photo strips. It was one of the most frustrating, disappointing experiences I have ever had at a business like this and I will never be returning. The place is incredibly poorly run and kept up, and the employees were generally rude and entirely unhelpful. Don't waste your time or money. read more

They sell all day passes, but such limited staff makes it a stand around and waiting game to use many of the items. Would not suggest anyone to go there. When you have cards with points they only wait on new customers and won't help you cash out your points. Horrible experience won't be back. read more

If Dave and Buster's targets adults and Chuck E. Cheese covers the younger elementary school age kids, then this place to me is for the 8 thru 14 yr old range. We took a 3 and 5 yr old & their options were limited. They have a lot to do if you meet the height requirements. Bumper cars, go carts, mini go carts, bounce house, arcade, bowling, climb wall and other games. Our time was spent at the bounce house/inflatable slides and mini go carts. They have food and drinks you can buy there. The price is what you expect at a place like this. You either buy a wristband with unlimited play or put money on a card for each game/ride. After checking last Thursday about attractions for today and being told they'd be available, we got there today and they weren't selling in & out wristbands. You could only pay each time you did those things. An hour drive to get there on the last day of summer vacation only to get screwed by a decision made by the owners this past weekend. No apologies. The machines that read ticket cards were not working and we were not allowed to participate in the rides that we had already purchased. Despite having proof of purchase, we were told that we were out of luck. It would have been easy and convenient to acknowledge our purchases and let us have our turn. After being told that we were not going to be allowed to ride we were told that we would not be able to receive a refund either. Upon dismissal from the area, the employees began racing the go carts and refusing to help their patrons remedy the situation. This will be the last time I spend money at Funopolis. read more

We only did the mini-golf because none of the outdoor rides were open. (We got there at 6, & it closes at 8.) One hole (with the wolf) is full of debris and other balls preventing you from being able to fully play that hole. Otherwise, the course was fun and the asthetics were interesting. My 7 year old loves the place. It's better than some of the other places, here you get a card to swipe with the games....beats keeping up with tokens!! Go-karts and putt-putt are well maintained. My two sons (11 and 9), my wife and I have been to Funopolis a few times and we love it there. The laser tag is great, the new video games, the water slide, and other fun apparatus' keep us entertained for several hours. The food is very good, too. Funpolis was pretty fun. They had a Groupon which assisted in my visit. Due to the drive, it's not some place I'd go frequently. There were no long lines and if they were, you waited for one round of the ride. I think we waited the longest for the wall climbing. Go karts were fun and fast as well. Food was reasonably priced and good for the setting. I suggest getting there earlier to beat the abundance of people. No problems were encountered so it was overall a good time for my 7 y/o. :) read more

We drive one hour to get to this place and afterwards go to one of the many nearby restaurants for supper. Our 11 year old grandson LOVES this place. We've been going for several years. They have all kinds of activities for children, indoors. He loves rock (or wall) climbing to test his strength and climbing inside the rope adventure and then sliding down the slide to get down. I have one machine I love too, as adults can play too. They have a real nice snack bar also and what they sell is good. The snack bar has a variety of foods and drinks to buy and it is not quite so high that you cannot afford to quench your thirst. They will have parties here too but we have never had one. Just observing, they seem to do a really good job with the parties. The place is kept clean also and the bathrooms are clean too. Funopolis is an amazing placed with hours of fun for the whole family. My family and I were there for Spring Break back in March of 2016 and let me tell you we all had a blast. We drove from Miami, FL to Georgia with three boys and the trip was well worth it. We spent hours there because there is so much to do and definitely not enough time in the day to do everything. My boys drove bumper cars,played tag, bowled, games too much to mention. This summer you must go and check out Funopolis, I wish I lived closer we would be there in heart beat. They have bands that the kids could play for three hours of fun. You have to go to this place well worth your time. We meet the owners of this facility Greenwoods who are most lovely and made us feel we were part of the family. The Vega family would like to thank you for all your hospitality and will definitely see you on our next trip to Georgia. We came here for a birthday party for a 5 year old and I have 2 older boys who were excited to drive me on the go carts. We went to the cashier and informed her that we wanted to purchase to ride the go carts and one of the boys wanted to drive me. She said sure that's fine as long as they are taller than 56' they were so thrilled! As we were loading on the carts I was sitting in the passenger seat and one of the attendants were saying that I had to get out because the boys had to be 18. What? Why would the cashier say it's okay and the other guy say it's not ok?? At that time I went to the cashier and told her what happened and she got the manager and they were saying yes the boys can drive me. I then went back to the track and the attendees were very apologetic and helpful. I got my ride with the boys!So much miscommunication with the employees and their manager lets get on the same page but at the end of the day I had some happy boys! read more
