The non-airport locations of Wildflower bakery are of course much better than at the terminal. However, this one outside of security is better than the one inside security. The employees are fairly friendly and quick to pack up orders. The bread is delicious and makes a great sandwich to take along with you on your travels. They have a smaller menu of pastas, salads, soups, and sandwiches. You can't really go wrong with any of them. I enjoy the veggie and quinoa salad or a turkey Brie sandwich. Their baked goods are also delicious - chocolate chip scone is hands down my favorite. This is a regular stop for me when at the airport and probably my favorite food option here - it's fresh, healthy, and delicious. read more

We had a 2hr layover so we decided to grab a a bite at the airport. We saw great Yelp reviews for this place and it did not disappoint! The spicy Cuban sandwich was very flavorful and filling. The bread was buttery and crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. And everything between the bread complemented each other well. The Italian wedding soup was nice and hot, and was absolutely delicious! Everything came out to $18 which was pricey but It was also quite a bit of food. A half sandwich+ a soup might be good enough for one person. If you're in Phoenix airport and need a quick bite, this is the place to go! read more

We arrived for an early flight and are happy that Wildflower was open. Ordered coffee and a Breakfast Sandwich. They readily substituted the multigrain for the Brioche no problem. Plentifully bacon and egg. The coffee was flavorful too. Personalized service, you order at the counter but they bring it to your table. Great staff and service. Reasonable prices too. An oasis in the airport food desert. read more

I don't have high expectations for food from airports, but I ordered the butternut squash ravioli and boy am I surprised! The walnut cream sauce with nutmeg is extremely tasty and just glazed your tongue. The raviolis have firm pasta covering and the butternut squash is nice and sweet. Combined the two with the thick garlic bread and you have a very satisfying dish! P.S. This is a dish that you must eat while it's hot, once the sauce cools down it will not taste the same, so don't take it to go unless you are going to eat it right away. read more

The boyfriend and I had breakfast at the Phoenix airport location. From other reviews, it seems like this is an Arizona chain. We had a 6 am flight (going home to Texas for Thanksgiving). We got to the airport so early, the gates to security were still closed! (My bad, travel anxiety...) So we had time to kill and this was the only place open. We both got hot sandwiches. I got the one with egg, spicy sausage, chipotle mayo (I think) and spinach. It was spicy!!!! I had mixed feelings on the bread itself, but the stuff on the inside was good. My boyfriend got the ultimate bacon and egg sandwich. He liked the bacon and the egg but decided he didn't like arugula (which he had never tried before). There seemed to be a lot of good options on the menu. The prices are what you would expect eating at the airport. They had a good selection of juices and the people working were nice for it being super early in the morning. They were a little disorganized, they brought my sandwich out before Tim's. But the lady apologized. And hey, it was 4 in the freaking morning... And the place was clean. read more

I just had the Vegetable Quinoa. It was awesome! It had dried peas and corn plus tons of other healthy yet tasty ingredients. The wait was about 15 minutes. It was a bit longer than I expected it to be, but worth every minute. I'll definitely be sure to stop here again the next time I pass through the Phoenix airport. read more

My husband and I ordered sandwiches to take on our flight. Two turkey, tomato & brie, chocolate chip cookie, and water. We were so disappointed. The bread was stale, not much turkey at all, and the sandwiches, tasteless other than the overpowering saltiness. We threw them away! If I had been in the terminal eating, I would have returned them to the counter. This was our first time eating at a Wildflower. Not a good experience for us. read more

Honestly the friendliest staff I have ever met anywhere! One of the women working here, possibly the manager, was floating around checking on the customers sitting in the dining area. I had previously only bought a coffee for a meeting I had at the airport. She came up to me and asked me if I'd like a refill. How nice! I took her up on it and we started chatting. One thing led to another and she made a custom salad for me! It was amazing! Pretty sure it was a mix between the spicy super greens and the vegetable quinoa. It was bomb! This restaurant is head and shoulders above rest. Delicious, healthy, and amazing staff. This meal, and the employee here who helped me, really made my day. read more

After being stranded at the Phoenix Airport by a missed flight connection, I was craving something really satisfying. Wildflower really hit the spot! It's just outside the security checkpoint, so if you're on a layover like I was, keep that in mind. I ordered the Asian chicken salad as-is. It's SO fresh and healthy, and more filling than I expected! The blend of ingredients is kind of unique, with elements like jicama and roasted almonds really punctuating the tangy-sweet sauce. The bread it came with was a little dry but not bad. I also got a passion tea to drink, which is unsweetened. The flavor is very mild, so don't expect anything mind-blowing there. There are a few outlets to charge your phone if you need one. All in all, I enjoyed this place! Wish I had one back home - I could eat this salad every day! read more

Not much I can say. I needed to eat so I found this place. For an airport restaurant the food came came out fast, the Korean veggie soup was full of flavor and the salad was tasty but generic. Great coffee and prices are good. The seating arrangement is tight so you may not get a table if it's busy. read more

I had the unfortunate experience trying to order at your concourse location. I dealt with Dominiqua, she made me feel as if I was intruding on her stocking time. She was rude and very short with an attitude. We had questions and she wouldn't give us the time to answer any of them. I understand they have limited items for purchase, although she never even told us what she had available. We then decided to take our business to your other location at gates A9. We voiced our concerns and how we were treated to Chanel the assistant manager on nights. Her and her crew (Martin and Alicia) took very good care of us, even going out of their way on making a new salad. I definitely would be giving them 5 stars on their customer service skills. I go to wildflower all too often and have never had a bad experience from any of your associates. I will no longer be conducting business with Dominiqua as I left angry with how she treated me. This one star is directed towards her and her bad attitude. she treated my friend and I horrible and we were the only paying customers! read more

Ate here during a layover and I fell in love! Their Cuban sandwich was AMAZING!!!!!! Omg! I looked them up and see that there are no locations in TX, which makes me sad. I highly recommend eating here. I wish I wouldn't have been in a rush when ordering because instead of buying a bottle of water I would have tried one of their lemonades. Just another reason to plan a layover in Phoenix when flying! ;) read more

Wildflower is a convenient place to grab some healthy food while at the airport. It has a good choice of soups, sandwiches and salads. The atmosphere is casual and staff is okay. Prices are a bit expensive but that's what you get at the airport! read more

A connecting flight home helped me run across this place. It was late so the kitchens were closed, but sandwiches and salads still in the glass case could still be purchased. I got the Turkey, tomato, and brie sandwich. It was just what I needed after an extremely long (and much longer to come) day. Not too light, but also not too heavy on the Las Vegas battered stomach of mine. Good place! read more

AWFUL service. Employees are rude, and do not treat customers with respect at all. They screwed up my entire order, probably on purpose for the following reason: I was sitting at a table waiting for my order to be done and an employee comes over and asks me to leave the dining room because she is closing it. It's 8 pm, and meanwhile there are 4 other groups of people occupying tables that she does not talk to - they are all allowed to sit and eat in peace. I told her I was just waiting for my food, not going to eat at 'her' table - and a paying customer should be able to eat in the dining room at any rate. Gave me the wrong soup and made the sandwich wrong as well- when I went back to get it corrected she knew my order without looking and therefore seems to me screwed it up on purpose. Got my sandwich back, they did not remake it, just took off half of the meat and gave it back. I'll avoid this location in the future and go to the A terminal only. Is it customary for Wildflower to ask paying customers to get up and leave as well as tell them they cannot sit in the dining room area? This is beyond terrible customer service. read more

I was pleasantly surprised to stumble on this gem in terminal 4. My flight was 3 hours delayed and I decided to come here to relax, have a little bit of coffee and charge my phone. I left making new friends, enjoying some delicious food and getting some of the best customer service I've received in a long time. I want to recognize Samantha and Daisy for always checking on me, offering amazing customer service, conversation and even offering me to try a sandwich someone left and never returned for. It was delicious. If you want a nice experience you wouldn't expect at an airport, this is the place to go!! I come through this airport often and this will be my new place to sit and wait for my flights. read more

This review is for the small restaurant inside the Phoenix airport - location. I stopped here for lunch before getting on my flight home. What a treat! First of all...every single person who works here is happy and friendly! NOTED! Thanks for the great service and the smiles in what can be a rather dismal environment. Secondly, the food was awesome. I had the BLT sandwich with chips and a water. Fresh, hot, and yummy. I also got a scone which I ate on the plane later. YUM! I wish I had bought a whole bag of scones to bring home with me. The area to sit in is clean and relaxing. I watched as they carefully bagged each order to go.... If I'm ever in this airport again I will come back. So I can try something different! Way to go. read more

if you find yourself by the Gates A11 or A9 or any where from A1 to A14. wildflower is a good choice for a bite to eat. great breads and Juices, salads and sandwiches they have vegan options as well. and most every thing is put together very thoughtfully. my go to was a whole wheat bagel lightly toasted no butter and I would get and side of freshly made in house fruit preserves. the bagels are huge and very satisfying. and get this every thing is made fresh. this is the airport location and freshly made breads and pasteries.... what's to complain about. they also always offer whole grain breads and pastries. we need more Wildflower in our lives. read more

As far as airport snacks go I was impressed with this place. I had an iced chai latte and my husband a mango passion frozen lemonade. I also tried the sea salt brownie. All were delicious. What I was most impressed with was the service! The lady helping us was patient as we dealt with a cranky toddler and even gave us a free tiny cookie for her. Just outstanding service! read more

I stopped in for a latte on my way back to Raleigh. The gentleman who checked me out, Alan, was very friendly and polite, and, shockingly, asked me for ID when I used my Amex. Great for lunch, weak for breakfast (stick with Starbucks down the hall). The have a nice potato soup and good sandwiches for lunch. Breakfast scrambled eggs are bland and way overcooked. The accompanying potato are mushy. Lunch - go ahead and enjoy. Breakfast - keep walking. read more

Kwana and Jasmine were just awesome!! My son was so hungry and they cooked him a fresh pasta meal even thought right at 9:00 PM!!! The bathroom fixtures were older--the Kohler toilet didn't flush well and was a bit noisy, and the tub/shower combo had rounded sides that made it tricky to stand comfortably. The shower water also never got fully hot. The room had a slightly musty smell, and the carpets would benefit from a deep cleaning. The balcony screen door didn't close tightly, which let a few flies in, and access to the second floor required two sets of stairs since there's no elevator in that section. Even with those issues, the resort's location, views, and overall vibe made the stay enjoyable. With some room refreshes and a bit more maintenance attention, this could easily be a standout property. The setting alone is worth experiencing.

The fact that the restaurant was very close to our Airbnb, and did not require a reservation also felt like a sign to make the visit. The spot is definitely trendy, and parking was tricky. Uber/Lyft would be my recommendation, but there is a paid parking garage down a couple of streets. We didn't need a reservation since we had a small party, but I would recommend if if you're coming with a party of four or more. We sat at the bar and ordered four dishes from different categories, which was a great way to sample the menu; though honestly I think we probably could have gotten away with just 3 dishes for a party of 2. We tried Yam Mamuang Boran (old-style green mango salad), Boo Pad Pong Garee (crab curry with ginger), Tom Yum Haeng Sen Yai (dry tom yum with wide noodles), and Naem Khao Tot (crispy rice salad with fermented pork sausage). The noodles and salad were definitely my favorite though everything was seasoned really well and incredibly flavorful. What I loved most was how thoughtfully prepared everything felt. The restaurant has a really sincere, home-style feel, and you can tell the food is rooted in tradition while still feeling special and elevated. The hibiscus one was soooooo intensely sour that it was almost inedible. It was very bright though. The lemongrass one reminded me too much of a savory lemongrass soup that I couldn't enjoy it. Some of the spiel and verbiage that the team had was a little pretentious and awkward. I saw them "kindly" kicking out a table for sitting past their reservation time. I've never ever seen a restaurant do that before. Really not that bad but really not worth the $20-$40 price tags either. I'm open to coming back and trying other dishes. I really think I may have came on a bad night.

I just wanted to say thank you to the staff at Wildflower airport for the quick service always. We have had several flights already this year and we love Wildflower at Sky Harbor. They have 2 locations within Sky Harbor airport and I have been to both. This time I am talking specifically of the location past Security although they are both good. A variety of foods from quick grab and go to hot sit down meals. The soup are so delicious and the bakery items are so fresh. Nothing like grabbing a muffin for dessert to take with you on your flight. We have tried many places at the airport but Wildflower is our favorite. We have always experienced great customer service and quality food. Even when they are the busiest, we never feel the wait time is excessive and the employees are always welcoming. One more thing. I traveled to Oregon out of the A gates February 20th of this year. I wanted to thank Evan for the exceptional customer service he provided. Evan was a delight to have taking my order. He made sure it was made to my specifications because I am picky and don't like a lot of garnish on my sandwiches. He also hand delivered my sandwich and Americano to me. I love Wildflower's welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and professional. This is the only place I will eat before my flights. When I flew back in to Phoenix I stopped in to grab something quick to take for my long drive home. Thank you to the GM Destiny for that recommendation and fast service. Now to mention the staff! there is a girl who works from opening (which before 4 A.m. and works till late and i must say, she makes to the place glow :) Her name is Andrea! After arriving at Sky Harbor, I stopped at Wildflower for a bite to eat before catching a bus home. Kwana and Austin were high-energy and full of puns. When I took a few seconds to decide which soup to order, Kwana immediately offered me samples of all four, each of which was delicious. I recommend the pumpkin! The food was great but the atmosphere that the staff created was exceptional. Note that the restaurant is situated near the courtyard, before you need to pay entrance fees to the museum. We were greeted and seated quickly, and offered menus from the server. We were enticed by the looks of the entrees that were being delivered to our adjacent tables. Ordering was going to be challenging as everything looked appealing! As usual, my husband and I would split our entrees. We created our own salad-and-salad combo, with my husband ordering an Apple Harvest Salad ($17.50) while I opted for a bowl of posole ($13.50). Per the menu, the salad would have orchard-fresh apples, oven roasted chicken breast, smoked Gouda cheese, toasted walnuts, arugula, and an apple vinaigrette. My husband asked if he could substitute the sweet and spicy mustard dressing from another salad menu choice (no problem).
