Their sandwiches all come with Fritos unless you're looking to spend more for a salad, mac & cheese or chili. This was the best sandwich I've had in years! The baguette had a little crunch on the outside but soft on the inside. The tri-tip was hickory and apple smoked and was tender and delicious. The chimichurri was a perfect accompaniment, as were the roasted poblano peppers. I also enjoyed the Fritos as the side. We also received top-notch service from the waitress.
