It's been a while since I have been to the Ramen House. I was on a fluid restriction when I was on dialysis so not being able to drink all my soup was such a buzz kill for me. But now that I got my new kidney, I can have all the broth I want. We came in for my daughter's birthday. She loves this place! My sister's family also joined us which made us a party of 8. We were sat at a big table and got our orders handled by the sweetest server. I ordered my usual shrimp ramen. I did make a couple substitutions which threw them off but they handled like a boss. Instead of a big bowl of noodles, I got them on the side with two orders of bok choy Instead. And it was perfect. Lunch was great today! Service was nice. Food a fantastic. It was what we all needed. The food here is amazing! Everything from the Ramen to the noodle dishes and the mandarin chicken, general chicken just unbelievably, clean and delicious. We have never had anything but an excellent meal here. We ordered from Ramen House on DoorDash, so I can't speak to the ambiance or in-person service, but the food alone absolutely deserves a great review. We started with the Shumai and Spicy Shrimp Dumplings, and both were cooked perfectly. They were soft, flavorful, and honestly little pillows of joy. For ramen, we ordered the Tonkatsu Pork Ramen and the Spicy Miso Ramen. The tonkatsu was rich and comforting with great depth of flavor. The spicy miso had a real kick and was very spicy in the best way if you like heat. Both bowls were delicious and satisfying. Everything arrived well packaged and fresh, and the prices are very reasonable too. This will probably become our new go-to spot for ramen and dim sum! read more

This was my first experience at a Ramen House and had no idea what to expect. My husband and I came shortly after the lunch crowd the restaurant was not full nor empty. A simple setting, our booth had a firm seat, not saggy or torn. Our waitress was very helpful and friendly. My husband ordered the Creamy Chicken and I the Black Garlic Tonkotsu. My husband's chicken was beautifully browned. My bowl of ramen so inviting. The seasoned egg gorgeous with baby bok choy and pork belly with fragrant broth made me eager for this dining experience. I have been eyeing this place for yeeeears whenever I come to visit my family. Finally decided to try it out and it surely did not disappoint. I should have tried this place sooner. We ordered: Orange chicken sub noodle Teriyaki chicken sub fried rice Miso shrimp Tantamen All the food had great amazing flavor. The Tantamen had the perfect amount of spice to it and the broth was phenomenal. Niece and nephews enjoyed their dishes as well and stated they will definitely be coming back. We are so fortunate to have an authenic ramen house in walking distance from where we live. We've been here about 20 times and shame on me for not writing a review sooner. I consistently order the vegetable lover's ramen - made vegan without the egg. Sometimes I order it with additional black garlic or simply spice level 4. Every single time, it rocks my world. My nose is running and my eyes are watering. That is what I want with a spice level 4. The broth, the vegetables and the tofu are perfection. Lately though, the Curry Rice Noodles is my newest addiction. Its thin rice noodles stir fried made with tofu, for that want it or choice of meat, snow peas, shredded carrots, onions, sweet red peppers, cabbages, and bean sprouts in a yellow curry sauce. I also like this dish with spice level 4. The service and ambiance is great. There's a young woman who should have her own comedy show, she's hilarious. I love it when she's our service. Came here with a party of 2 for dinner on a weekday and it wasn't too busy. There's plenty of parking since it's in the middle of a huge plaza. The service was quick and friendly. The interior was clean and has plenty of seating. We ordered Crab Rangoons as an appetizer and the Mandarin Chicken and Tonkotsu Chashu Ramen as our entrees. The rangoons were great! The mandarin chicken is essentially orange chicken, which you can't really go wrong with in general as it's a relatively straightforward dish. The ramen, however, was pretty lackluster unfortunately. The broth didn't have much flavor and depth to it. The noodles could've been a bit thicker, the eggs were slightly over boiled, and the chashu was okay. I wish there were more veggies like bamboo shoots to help offset the broth and reset the palate. All in all, it's an okay restaurant but don't think I'll be coming back any time soon. read more

Best ramen in meridian! Broths were robust in both ramens, and then we added black garlic paste in both bowls.... Off the chain!!!! So delicious! The umami flavor went through the roof! The crab ragoons were large and stuffed with cream cheese and immigration crab. Drink selection was great with boba teas, soda, and citron tea! We got Thai iced tea and iced citron tea. The citron tea was such a nice surprise, like healthy sweet lemonade! Our server, Sam, was personable, kind, attentive, and just overall fantastic! Her bubbly personality just had a contagious good mood that filled the room. Ambiance on a Monday night was busy, but still intimate. UPDATED: I finally made it back to check out all of the hubbub. I've had some pretty fantastic Raman all over the globe, and I must say that Raman House delivers. I would say my Raman, Tantanmen, was somewhere between great and fantastic. Piping hot, fresh, a variety of textures, and rich, sesame broth flavor. It truly did not disappoint. Service was fantastic. Very pleasant and helpful. Ambiance was just so so. I'm not sure what a Raman house needs to look like but it could be a little cozier and warmer in appearance. Overall, I would give it a strong 4.5 stars. The only downside was the soda was a bit flat. I had a diet Pepsi, or Coke, whatever they have, and it lacked the fizz.
