This was my first experience at a Ramen House and had no idea what to expect. My husband and I came shortly after the lunch crowd the restaurant was not full nor empty. A simple setting, our booth had a firm seat, not saggy or torn. Our waitress was very helpful and friendly. My husband ordered the Creamy Chicken and I the Black Garlic Tonkotsu. My husband's chicken was beautifully browned. My bowl of ramen so inviting. The seasoned egg gorgeous with baby bok choy and pork belly with fragrant broth made me eager for this dining experience. After tasting the broth I was hooked. I will definitely be returning for this tasty treat. The egg was divine! I could have been happy with just the egg and broth. It was all very good.

I have been eyeing this place for yeeeears whenever I come to visit my family. Finally decided to try it out and it surely did not disappoint. I should have tried this place sooner. We ordered: Orange chicken sub noodle Teriyaki chicken sub fried rice Miso shrimp Tantamen All the food had great amazing flavor. The Tantamen had the perfect amount of spice to it and the broth was phenomenal. Niece and nephews enjoyed their dishes as well and stated they will definitely be coming back. I will be coming back as well so I can try the creamy chicken and chicken curry noodle dish.

Went here for lunch with my husband. It was quite delicious! Service was fast and everything was hot and fresh. Would definitely eat here again.

A cold fall day means it was a perfect day for a big bowl of ramen! We was steady when we got there and then there was a surge of guests that came in cause we all wanted the same thing. The servers were definitely running around helping guests. We did wait a bit to get greeted and serviced but we saw that they were busy so we weren't stressed about the wait time. I had my usual today, miso shrimp ramen. It looked like perfection in the bowl. The soup was salty, the shrimp were big and plump. I think with it being so chaotic, they were trying to make a many bowl as they can. My noodles were a little over cooked and my broth could have been a little hotter. Overall, this place always delivers a great bowl of ramen. They are consistent with their food and service. We don't all have perfect days but even though my ramen bowl wasn't perfect it was still good.

We are so fortunate to have an authenic ramen house in walking distance from where we live. We've been here about 20 times and shame on me for not writing a review sooner. I consistently order the vegetable lover's ramen - made vegan without the egg. Sometimes I order it with additional black garlic or simply spice level 4. Every single time, it rocks my world. My nose is running and my eyes are watering. That is what I want with a spice level 4. The broth, the vegetables and the tofu are perfection. Lately though, the Curry Rice Noodles is my newest addiction. Its thin rice noodles stir fried made with tofu, for that want it or choice of meat, snow peas, shredded carrots, onions, sweet red peppers, cabbages, and bean sprouts in a yellow curry sauce. I also like this dish with spice level 4. The service and ambiance is great. There's a young woman who should have her own comedy show, she's hilarious. I love it when she's our service. She's extremely funny and witty. If you haven't yet visited this gem in Meridian, check it out.

Have nothing negative to say. Price is very fair, quality seems great. Ramen is delicious. Service is great. Not the nicest interior but a great spot for solid food at a good price.

I was visiting the area and a friend local to the area brought us. We all ordered the same thing chicken ramen some add on modifications but we all enjoyed our bowls. Service was friendly and attentive. There was no wait time and the prices were reasonable. No complaints.

Came here with a party of 2 for dinner on a weekday and it wasn't too busy. There's plenty of parking since it's in the middle of a huge plaza. The service was quick and friendly. The interior was clean and has plenty of seating. We ordered Crab Rangoons as an appetizer and the Mandarin Chicken and Tonkotsu Chashu Ramen as our entrees. The rangoons were great! The mandarin chicken is essentially orange chicken, which you can't really go wrong with in general as it's a relatively straightforward dish. The ramen, however, was pretty lackluster unfortunately. The broth didn't have much flavor and depth to it. The noodles could've been a bit thicker, the eggs were slightly over boiled, and the chashu was okay. I wish there were more veggies like bamboo shoots to help offset the broth and reset the palate. All in all, it's an okay restaurant but don't think I'll be coming back any time soon.

A good noodle house, but the ramen is not very authentic, and the Shumai looks pre-made because it's soggy when it's served (or after being re-heated). The service is good and quick, and the restaurant is very clean and tidy!

The service was quick and friendly! The interior is not really my taste - it felt like a teenaged boy's room. There's a lot of anime posters and Japanese artwork, so definitely driving in the Japan/anime especially with the artwork outside the storefront. The menus look like they need an update since it was pretty worn down and barely held together by a taped up binder ring. We ordered veggie egg rolls to share and I ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen. The egg rolls were ok. The ramen was also ok - nothing impressive. The soup was ok, but not as creamy or rich as I prefer tonkotsu to be. The chashu was dry and chewy, so it could've used more cooking time. The noodles had a great texture and the half boiled egg was delicious. I wish there were bamboo shoots as well but not a personal dealbreaker. All in all, it's an okay ramen restaurant that's on the affordable side.

Most disappointing things is that I ordered the spicy dry noodle (what I always order) and it came with the sliced chashu pork vs the chopped pork, despite the online listing stating it is chopped pork (which is what it always was when I ordered it before).
