Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with our visit. The sushi was very flavorless, and it didn't taste particularly fresh. Even the Spam musubi, which I was really looking forward to, didn't seem fresh and was underwhelming. Even the Dr Pepper tasted oddly watered down and didn't have much flavor Only went because it was right next to hotel Overall, nothing i ordered really stood out, and for the price, I expected a lot more. Writing this after ordering our food. Our first visit. Definitely a bit of a language barrier, which might be a good thing. The gentleman who seats us asks if we'd like a cup of Miso Soup. "Sure." we say and he is off. A very distracted server shows up next. She kept talking with the kitchen while taking our order. Pretty sure the conversation had nothing to do with us. We asked what was in the mango poke bowl. She grabbed a jar of mango juice and said, "mangos." Ok. What kind of fish? Never mind. We ordered teriyaki chicken. That was my wife's order. I just ordered the dragon roll. She seemed excited with that choice. It's a very small place. A little noisy. A very loud male server is wandering around. It seems like a clean place. In a good location. Let's see how the food is. Our food didn't come out together. My wife has been enjoying her Teriyaki bowl for some time now. I'm still waiting for my sushi. While waiting for my dinner, I tried the Tbowl. Salmon is decent. Overall, it is a little bland for my taste, but my wife is enjoying it. Ahhh...sushi has arrived. First bite...yeah, not bad. Not the best I've had, but it's ok. My wife is finished. I'm about half way through mine. I sneak another bite of hers and she gives me the stink eye. She's planning on taking home the leftovers. I guess she enjoyed it. Nevertheless she gives it only 3 stars. She's brutal. I give my roll 3.5. Our final verdict? Not bad, but not great. And our Miso Soup never showed up. read more

Newer location pretty close to the Top Golf in Meridian. We were hungry for the "Joy" and came in and found some new favorites! The Caldwell Roll was pretty tasty and a new favorite. We like to sit up at the bar for faster service. It's newer and super easy to get to but did need to park a bit down the way. It was worth the short walk with the all you can eat sushi special, a deal at approximately $30per person... so come hungry! read more

Lunch at Sushi Bros The Good: The service was attentive. The Meh: The food. The menu seems a lot like the former IOU all you can eat menu and the food freshness was a lot like the latter days of IOU. The crystal shrimp wasn't cool and crisp - it was flat and the sauce just looked sad and the roll tasted a bit like grass clippings. The Vegas was just OK. Again, just seemed so Meh. It's pretty dang loud at lunch. When diners all start speaking it's just about impossible to hear someone across the table. Chinese buffet quality sushi. We ordered several different rolls. The San Francisco was the only roll that I would assign an "acceptable" rating. It's I.O.U. Sushi all over again, serving "rice heavy" rolls. Plus a very small restaurant with limited seating. Also an extra charge for using a credit card. FuGetAboutIt. We won't be back. Go to Sushi Ya, Yume Japanese Cuisine or dig deep in the wallet for Yoi Tomo. read more

Went in, waited for about 15 minutes for a table to get cleaned which is no problem then after we were seated we ordered drinks and waited another 20 minutes, we wrote our order in and opted for all you can eat option and we put in our first order round at about 740 and we didn't get our first round of food until 820 and the restaurant closes at 9 :/ when we got our food the fish was very pale and not vibrant at all and the rice was very stale . After the first round of rolls we figured we weren't getting our moneys worth and asked if we could pay for the rolls we ate and our drinks and had to leave hungry and unsatisfied:( read more

Really bad:( and terrible service. Took 45 mins to get the rolls and when they arrived they were not what the menu described. Then the guy just slammed them on the table. I looked around and noticed so many others were disappointed as well waiting so long to get their food. Not once did they come to refill waters. I asked for wine because I gave up on getting sushi..it was forgotten then when she remembered and brought it, it was spoiled and bad. The rolls tasted like grocery store sushi and literally fell completely apart and crumbled as I tried to pick them up. One waiter for over 30 people isn't a good idea for business. Everything here is exceptional; food, drinks, service, cleanliness, etc. We love Sushi Bros - Milwaukee but it was just out of the way for us. We bring our 1 year old to eat with us and our recent experience, they made a cute summer bear out of oranges. It was the cutest thing and such a sweet gesture. The Meridian location being closer to us makes it much more convenient. Staff at each location go above and beyond to ensure we leave full. 10/10 every time. read more

The service was okay, however our waiter seemed to be in quite a rush all the time. He would walk away before we were even done talking. They also got two of our orders wrong and took 30 minutes to bring out nigiri. The sushi didn't taste very fresh and some of it tasted like it had just gotten thawed out.
