Always great quality. The chef's won't let you go hungry. Delicious sushi at an excellent price

Sushi Bros is one of my favorite AYCE sushi places in Boise. The family that runs this place is welcoming and friendly. For the price of two rolls anywhere else, you can eat A LOT more here. Yesterday was my cheat day and I made every carb count! My wife and I each had a hand roll. We also had several different rolls including the Dynamite, Dragon, Snow Corn (order this first because it takes 20 minutes, and the Sunset roll. The portions were generous. They don't skimp on protein or stuff their rolls with tons rice. Sushi Bros is well worth the price. Itadakimasu!

Went here with my family for a brother's graduation and we had some of the BEST SUSHI EVER. Personal I love a citrusy roll and they could not have done a better job when I ordered the Palikir. It was phenomenal and the waitress was committed to making sure it was good enough for me. My brother got a couple rolls with the great deals they have and he said they defiantly did not disappoint. I believe he got a dragon roll, meridian roll, and sunset roll. Everyone was so polite and just made the night for us even better than it already was with their bomb food and service.

Omg.. All you can eat RICE!! 95% rice 5% fish. What a rip off! $28.99 per person. I'm sooooo bummed.

Had a great experience. Absolutely delicious and beautiful! Hamachi was amazing. Sushi "to go" can be questionable but it was perfect.

Daughter & I finally went to try. Store is open, Clean and crisp. Staff is friendly. The all you can eat suits big groups. My daughter & I - did the all you can eat and well our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. We should have stuck to Al a carte. Prices are a bit higher and there's a huge selection of sushi to choose from. But honestly there are other places that the quality is better (i.e. Sushi Shack downtown Meridian or even IZumi). The only thing I wasn't impressed with is - IF you pay with cash you save 4% on bill but if you pay with card you don't get anything. So if you go - make sure you have cash!

Sushi was okay. I got my kid just a single California Roll which was $10.99 (a little much for a simple roll) & I got the AYCE paying $21.99, which is not bad but I've gotten better quality sushi at Sushi Ya for all you can eat. They didn't serve me my miso soup that came with meal option but that's ok. Every roll had fallen apart after grabbing it, though it tasted fine, the presentation just wasn't there. The family running this place has GREAT potential and I love to see families thrive in a business like this, they're just lacking some things. Honestly, with a little bit more training with the sushi, this place would be amazing. The place itself was nice and clean and very inviting with a lot of natural light. As far as the service goes, our waitress was attentive and checked in on us and made sure we were good throughout our meal.

The prices are unbeatable, especially during lunch, which makes it an even better spot whether you're just looking for a quick bite or a relaxed meal. The interior has a cozy feel with a modern touch, making it a great place to unwind. Plus, parking is super convenient, and it's located in a fantastic shopping area, perfect for making a whole outing out of your visit. I highly recommend Bamboo if you're looking for fresh sushi, great service, and an all-around excellent meal.

We went with friends and between the 6 of us got a plethora of Asian food offerings. Ramen, broccoli beef, king pao, and 5 or six different sushi rolls. Everything was top notch. Our server was around often, though that might be because they got us one thing at a time. Like 3 of us wanted refills on drinks, so he came back three separate times because he saw one cup empty, asked if we wanted a refill, and walked off before anyone else could also say yes. Other than that we had no complaints and left the restaurant full and happy! Already planning the next dinner out.

For this style of sushi, it delivers. Service was friendly and attentive. Staff checked in regularly and were quick to help with special orders or questions. My only real critique is selection at certain times. When the restaurant is not very full, the conveyor belt can feel a little limited. That said, this is understandable. You cannot reasonably keep every option circulating if there are fewer diners, and made to order options help fill the gaps. Overall, good sushi, good service, and a fun experience. A reliable choice locally and one I would happily return to.

Parking was easy (big lot), and when we walked in, the conveyor bar wasn't too busy and the food was already making its way around. We usually order a roll right away when we go out for sushi, but here you can sit down and start grabbing plates right off the belt, which was super fun. They don't have a liquor license, but they do offer beers. Each plate comes with 3 pieces, so it's easy to try a bunch of different rolls without overdoing it. We even asked the sushi chef what was coming next and they were super friendly. If it were a little busier, I think the belt would stay even more full, but everything we had was fresh, tasty, and great quality. Overall, a really fun experience, over all I think we spent roughly $70 for two people, all the sushi, two miso soups, and two beers (1 large beer) which is on point what we usually spend when we go out for sushi. We'll definitely be back!

If you are looking for the absolute WORST sushi experience in the entire Treasure Valley,…read morecongratulations, you found it. I have never dealt with such atrocious service & their Sushi was subpar at best & that's being generous. Right out of the gate, it was a total disaster. The waitress brought absolutely nothing to the table--no utensils, no ginger, no wasabi, nothing. You know, the standard basics that literally every other sushi joint on the planet drops off on autopilot? We had to literally request every single item just to physically eat our meal. Then came the food--or whatever you want to call it. I specifically asked if I could swap tuna for yellowtail and asked about getting what I actually liked instead of just settling for "chef's choice." They completely ignored me & brought the exact opposite of what I ordered. Nothing we got was correct. My guest ordered a lobster and fish roll, and they handed her a plate of literal, unidentifiable mush. There were no actual pieces of fish or lobster to be found anywhere in it. Just mush. And the scam they pulled with the ikura was unbelievable. I ordered two portions, which is supposed to be four pieces total, which again is commonly standard at any other Sushi restaurant. Instead, they brought out two pieces. When I pointed it out, the manager actually came over to our table to argue with me, insisting I was going to be charged full price for half the food. Literally $5ea for 1 piece of Sashimi that tasted like shit. Outside of the painfully incompetent service and the manager's garbage attitude, the fish had no flavor, They didn't even bring out all the food we ordered, but we were so fed up and disgusted by that point that we just paid the bill and walked out. I don't know if this is how they run their business every single day, but it was bad enough to warrant this warning. There are plenty of incredible sushi spots around here. Do not waste your time or your money at this absolute trainwreck of a restaurant. I guarantee I will never step foot in this place again.

We had a fantastic time at Tepanyaki Japanese Steak House! Chef Lam was the star of the show; his entertainment while prepping and cooking was top-notch and kept us smiling and laughing the whole time. As for the food, every single bite was flavored and cooked to perfection. The fried rice, vegetables, shrimp, scallops, chicken, and filet mignon were all outstanding. Re-heated chicken is never good. The table next to us had the food started 20 minutes before us and kept going for at least 20 minutes after our chef was done.
