    Large pho
    Dani S.

I was in the area by the Co op so I was planning on having pho there. Come to find out they didn't open till 6. We didn't want to wait an hour so we headed to another pho joint. Unfortunately they were closed so Pho Le it was. They were poppin tonight. Winter and pho is always the perfect combination. Servers were busy handling to go orders and dining customers. I was greeted and was told to pick a table. My server came, dropped off my utensils and menu. I ordered the cha gio today. I wasn't going to make the same mistake as my last visit and order the large bowl. I ordered the medium chicken pho. The cha gio came out hot! They were crispy and flavorful! To be honest, the filling to wrapper ratio was off and they were pretty small. You also got 1 piece of lettuce for your egg rolls. They were decent but not for the price of 7 bucks. My pho looked beautiful. The broth was clean and clear. There were nice pieces of chicken and a good amount of noodles. I just wish the broth was a little hotter. It was hot like it's been sitting on a flame but not pipping how like they boiled it before they poured it into my bowl. Overall, service was good and food was decent. I'm pretty sure I'll be back and have another bowl of pho.

Wow service was fast though we were 3ish in arriving. I loved that the beef Pho came in various sizes and even offered a spicy broth for a slight up charge. Inside was clean throughout and if you want a high quality food offering without going through a tone of pages visit this location on Broadway. Our group of 5 were fed well, no one left hungry. The Thai Ice tea tasty on this warm day. It was my first visit, I will visit again when I'm back in Boise.

If more than you order pho - you don't get your own plate of sprouts or garnishments. They charge you $2 extra even tho they say it is suppose to be free and come with the meal. Also, pho just has meatballs and steak. If you want additional items like tendon you pay extra. My large pho, as pictured, cost me $21 Pho didn't even taste like legit pho across the street. Do not go here. This is not authentic and owners seem more focused on charging for upgrades that should come normally at every other phot restaurant than actually providing an enjoyable dining experience. Avoid at all costs.

I come to pho le frequently at least a couple times a month and everytime I get the best service from the staff and especially Robert! The food is so delicious everytime and I highly recommend it! The vermicelli is one of my favorites but also they turned me onto pho as well it's an extremely tasty menu all around! Thank you pho le!

Food was overall good. would I come again? Probably not. Egg rolls were small and a bit dry. Pho was good but was missing the 5 star "wow" factor. Service & restaurant were great.

But I rolled my dice today and took my chances and decided to head in. I sat myself. My server was handling a table but came to my table after. Dropped off a menu but this girl knew that she wanted. I did notice that they have size options for their pho now. To be honest, they are pricey compared to other joints. And their portions sizes do run smaller as well. I went with the large chicken pho today. Mannnnnn, the bowl that came out was massive! It was piping hot! The broth was clear. It was sprinkled with cilantro and onion. It looked like a delicious bowl of pho. The broth was savory and rich. The noodles were cooked perfectly! It still had softness to it will a slight bite. I added the basil, Sriracha and a little extra fish sauce. It was hard for me not to consume all the broth. The amount of noodles you get as a large here is a regular bowl at other joints. Today was the right amount I needed. This bowl was warm on my soul. The chicken was tender and not overly cooked. You get a good amount of chicken breast. Sriracha and hoisin sauce is the perfect dipping sauce for the chicken. Today's visit and my last visit was black and white. My server did a great job taking care of me today. The venue is also decorated for fall which was fun! I am stuffed to the brim. I enjoyed every bite of my bowl today. Now that it's getting colder, I will be seeing myself here quite often. Looking forward to mu next big bowl!

We were instantly greeted. The gal that greeted us was our server. She let us pick the table we wanted to sit at. She grabbed us water and gave us a minute to check out their online menu. For dinner I was tempted to get a bowl of pho since it was so cold outside. But since I got pho yesterday I thought I'd order something different. Tonight's dinner choice was Vietnamese curry with fried tofu. My parents used to make this curry at their restaurant when I was younger. The smell and taste of it will always be a core memory for me. I remember the juicy chunks of chicken, potatoes and carrots in this beautifully crafted curry sauce. I was hoping for something similar. The bowl that was served to me was beautiful. The curry was golden. The sweet potatoes and carrots were vibrant in color. It smelled lovely. My first bite was delightful! It was fragrant in coconut, lemongrass and curry. It was very good! The curry was on the sweeter side as i continued eating it. I was only able to finish half. The curry did come with a lot of tofu! I believe the tofu was pre fried when it was purchased. It was good but wasn't fresh fried tofu. The baguette wasn't fresh. The bread didn't have the crustiness to the exterior of the bread. It was still good though. Compared to my last visit, it was night and day! Service was great! Food was good. The ambiance was casual but yet romantic.
