wow what a fun little spot! i was in houston for work and found this spot on yelp. i usually avoid delta 8 because it's unregulated and i live in a state where normal weed is legal, but i felt pretty good about the sourcing of this place so decided to give it a try! i had a thc infused lavender latte, the green goddess salad (perfect ratio of ingredients & amazing light spice kick to the dressing), the milk bread with miso honey butter, & the ocean breeze infused cocktail which were all delicious. i wish i had been with a group so i could have tried more things! the vibe and aesthetic are immaculate and the servers and host were all incredibly friendly (i believe my server's name was lloyd who was lovely!) 2 infused drinks gave me a light high - i ended up smoking a joint after the meal because i wanted more, but my tolerance is pretty high since i use THC nightly to sleep and many other times socially. if you're a newbie i think 1-2 drinks max would be best. read more

The service here is always great. They are always willing to explain the menu & dishes to you. They never rush you out for the next table either. The food is delicious & most dishes are shareable. read more

Wild never disappoints! Consistently the drinks, service, and food are consistently impeccable. The vibes are immaculate. And Diggy (our waiter) is glorious legend read more

So this place is really cool. Aesthetically pleasing and the food is so good. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The infused cocktails were also delicious. The fried Red Snapper is unbelievably tasty! My favorite part about this experience of course was that we could infuse any dish (which we did lol) and we ordered a pre-roll as an appetizer that we were allowed to smoke on their back patio! I know it's slow moving but I'm happy that Houston is coming around to accepting the world of cannabis! Wild was a fun time and our server Devin was AMAZING! Devin we're def. coming back to see you for brunch soon! read more

i came here with a friend, the service was outstanding. The food was amazing, the coffee selection was over the roof. Do not get me started on their dispensary, they had a great selection of pre rolls, cbd infusions and thc. The patio was so perfect , they had heaters, and we were able to smoke the preroll we bought! 10/10 will come back we absolutely loved Santiago he was the best!! read more

Wild- exactly that. Ugh, that was so disappointing. The food was pretty good yes. But the service was awful! I am thirsty I need water- haven't gotten it. Asked for check 3 times!! Just let me out of here not to mention we had to pay and still wait for the additional drinks I've been waiting on for 20 minutes. Super frustrating energy of multiple staff members were just not it. Not to mention the extent of dead trees and dead plants EVERYWHERE. read more

5 star service & ambiance! Our server Santiago was superb! He recommended most of our drinks and food and I completely loved our experience. This cafe/restaurant/dispensary is such a unique a mix! I got a drink that had a fire over sugar cubes for $17 (forgot the name), popping white pudding dessert, Barcelona night, and Campeche dinner. Everyone was so accommodating and welcoming. I heard of this place by word of mouth and I fell in love with the food and drinks. The chef is so creative and I love how the appetizers appeals the eye. The menu consistently changes and hope that everything is still an eye catch because that is what I really came for. The only thing is that the parking is bad. The lot is so small but there's always street parking and parking in the other business' spaces. However, I love that there are many photo opportunities because of the signage and the floral designs. Thankfully, I came on a Thursday which it wasn't that bad of parking. The prices was nice. I paid about $90 for the whole experience by myself with drinks, dinner, and dessert. My coworker paid about $75 for her portion as well. So the prices are pretty reasonable despite the area being in Montrose and other bars in the vicinity. read more

I just read other reviews and as it was a birthday weekend, thought I'd try. They were nice. The Halloween decor was fun. They offered or suggested all the THC elixirs you add. I found the chili oil to be great, but infused with only like a small vial. I am not sure of the total like high experience or whatever since I probably was already. Overall, the food was fine. The egg and katsu was a first for me, and having had real ones in Japan, it had the feel and finesse of those separately, but in this combination, it worked. read more

Love this place, perfect for date night drinks for those of us who don't drink alcohol. Bud dispensary has some nice options as well

My friend and I went here tonight for our first time. We definitely loved it. One of the waiters greeted us with a smile and gave me a few options of seating. Another waiter who was incredibly attentive and friendly helped us with the right drinks and starters. Now, let's talk about the ambience. The decorations are great, music perfect, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The food was also good. We got a few starters and they were pretty filling. read more

Good food good atmosphere but really bad service. From the moment I walked in it was like the bartender didn't want help, eyes rolling huffing and puffing it was like I was bothering him. I came to distress and was disappointed because it was the exact opposite. read more

Such a unique concept for a restaurant. Very nice experience and I was surprised but the food was good. I had the Caesar salad and my friend had the fajitas and they were sooooo yummy. They also will infused your food for free during dinner service. This place was buzzing on a Friday night no pun intended. The brunch menu looked a tad bit more expansive so I'm excited to go back for brunch. read more

Dope little spot for drinks and maybe a couple apps. Tulum vibe in the back area, real nice spot to chill out and listen to some good music

This place is absolute amazing. Food, drinks and all!! The entire establishment is such a great vibe! EXCELLENT SERVICE from Diggy! He let us know about all of the off menu specials and was extremely informative about the entire menu being the fact that it was our first time there. I was INSTANTLY sold on the waffle cheese fries! Portions are NICE. I would highly recommend going and asking for Diggy. You will have a 20/10 experience!! I will DEFINITELY be back!! read more

Food was really good but over priced. The service was good, not excellent and the ambiance was great.

Our neighbor recommended Wild in Montrose. We were not disappointed! Hubby ordered the margarita which was very good. I ordered the hibiscus tea but it was too tart for me. We shared the Bavetta and the grilled veggies were superb. We especially enjoyed the twice cooked Yukon gold potatoes and the charred but crunchy asparagus spears. The steak also was cooked to order, medium rare. We shared an apple dessert, it was delicious. We had great service. We will return and will order this dish again! If they have a plate of grilled veggies, we will order! Two enthusiastic thumbs up! PS: Upon entering, we told the hostess my husband's blood sugar was dropping (he's T2 diabetic) and he felt weak. She had the bartender give him a small glass of OJ, on the house. It helped him immediately and saved what could have been a bad evening. Extra points here!!! read more

Had to find my yelp login for another necessary review (and I hate how yelp requires any star for a review). Came here for what we thought would be a new chill spot with decent bites and drinks. Ordered some food and my two friends and I decided to do shareables and split an entree, we ordered a "whole fish pad thai" that the waiter recommended. Listed at MKT we didn't think twice bc there was nothing on the menu over 60 bucks and when checked our receipt the next day we saw they charged $185 dollars for a "3 piece whole fish big crispy fish pad thai"?? We called bc surely it was a mistake and they must have charged x3 but the manager, after telling us she doesn't price the dishes and doesn't know how the dishes are priced, confirmed this was indeed a correct charge. (Side note, we also found two separate reviews where they previously charged 90 bucks for the fish which we would have also thought was outrageous but 185 is unfathomable/inexplicable.) This is the "whole fish" we got and in what market do fish tenders cost $185?? I know a quick response is why didn't we check when we paid but we didn't receive an itemized check there, but instead handed a device with "autotip" options that we passed around the table so we saw the total we were each paying and didn't think twice of it on the spot. Many lessons learned, one of which is not to overestimate common sense or ethics in businesses. read more

This is for the folks looking for the bavette steak review. I say order it! I prefer my steak medium well and I'd say this steak was flavorful by itself + the sauce it sits in is sooo good. The potatoes and asparagus were also great components to the dish. I'd order this time and time again as long as it tastes this way consistently. The steak is 12oz, a great size for the $42 and some change you pay. Get it THC infused like I did if you want a real vibe. It says it serves 3-4 however, my friend and I killed it. Our server Chad was beyond great so shoutout to him! Oh, and the Okinawa Old Fashioned had me feeling nice. I had 2 of them thangs. Until next time read more

Cute restaurant with a tropical atmosphere. Came by on a Friday night around 8pm. Place was packed. They don't take reservations beforehand, there was a 1.5 hour wait so we put our names down and went to Gypsy Poet. When we came back, the kitchen had closed so we were only able to order drinks. Ordered the mango tango and hanoi hi five. Alcoholic drinks don't come infused with CBD or THC, but can order it on the side and mix it in. The drinks were great, had plenty of layers to it. The downside was that it was already quite pricey, adding CBD to it made it around $21-$25 for one drink. The CBD came in a tiny syringe, was pretty strong, felt it within 10 minutes of the drink. However, the effects of it made us sleepy and made the drink intolerable, we left with taste aversion to the drinks we had initially liked. Service was good, but not outstanding. Would like to come back and give their brunch food a chance. read more

Fun place and the service by the staff was amazing. Can't wait to go back for the CBD infused drinks.

What a unique addition to the neighborhood! If you've ever visited the Heights location you already know you can expect top-tier coffee, quality cocktails, and an excellent selection of hemp products at the bud bar/dispensary. However, this location has added a full service experience with some next-level food (which can also be infused with hemp or served with infused sauces). They also serve brunch all through the week until 3, which is so hard to find in Houston! If you're stopping in for brunch, I highly recommend the Big Island Breakfast. It's a delicious, elevated poke bowl topped with the most perfectly cooked poached egg you'll ever try. All in all, this place has a super fun vibe and some of the best food on the block. Highly recommend! read more

Just go. Friendly people, and atmosphere. They thoroughly explain their menu and different food options. Ummm....just be careful;)

I've been to both Wild locations quite a bit of times, primarily for coffee and have been to the Westheimer location twice to eat. Both times at this location the service was subpar. The first time was for brunch on a Sunday with a group, we did have a reservation. Some food options were not available, the food took long to come out, and at different times which can get a little frustrating as we were with a party. Overall the food was okay, I did get the food infused with THC and felt great the rest of the evening. The second was for lunch on a Friday. When you walk in it says to seat yourself, and it took about 15 minutes for them to hand us a menu and we had to order within minutes since the kitchen closed at 3. We had to order at the bar which no one told us either, although the waitress was going around to some tables to take orders but not for ours which was a little confusing. My friend and I both got the hot chicken sandwich with a side of THC butter and a drink. The food was good, besides the sandwich being a little on the messy side. This time however I did not expect to get the reaction I did off the food. I was extremely high and was barely able to drive or make it home. I was high for about five hours and the food did eventually make my friend and I very sick. I recommend making the amount of THC that the food is infused with readily available to customers, especially for people who are not regular users. I for one am and did not expect to get that negative reaction. I may only be going back for coffee and drinks until the food and service becomes more consistent and feels safer to eat. read more

Delicious with cbd infused food. We also had the bread pudding at the end, we were surprised to have pop rocks

I wanted to write this review the first time went but decided to give it another try. Both times awful. This time we wanted to go try Grinders and on the way, chose Wild because the lot was empty and thought it would be better if less busy. Wrong. All three times the same thing... we walk in, sit at the bar, everyone ignores us. First time it was packed and we thought that was why. Second time it was halfway full still not greeted. Third time we were 2 of 4 people in the entire place. Went to bar and sat down, ignored. Manager and chef posted up on the wall outside kitchen, ALL three times, discussing negative opinions and world views. No joke. Never do they say hello or even smile. They glare like they are irritated we are here. They watch us sit for 5-6 minutes and never stop talking to each other. The barista girl always seems extremely busy even though no one has ordered anything because no one has been spoken to at all. Waiters come in and out of the kitchen. Not a word. Bartender stands just inside kitchen door drinking his own coffee and makes eye contact with me and turns around. Then a lady comes out of no where and asks if we ordered. No, we say (it's been 14 minutes now) and we order. We walk over to the retail shop side to kill time while the coffee is being made. Prices are crazy high and make it so we buy nothing and encourage you to walk 3 doors down to the smoke shop with normal prices. The girl at the retail counter did look up from her phone to say "hey" which we appreciated. Went back to bar to wait for coffee and when i sat down the lady look at me and said "can i take his order?" . I was confused and looked over my shoulder at the man standing to my left. The lady behind bar standing in front of me at the tablet, my chair is directly in front of where she punches in the order. So she was asking me to move from my seat so the man could sit there to order instead of her turning her head to face him or stepping over one step to stand in front of him instead of me. I paused from sitting in my seat and moved out of the way for the man to order right in front of her and her tablet. My partner was dumbfounded. When i went to move i could see a few employees all standing at the end of the counter all staring at me like i was some kind of idiot and very annoying. Thankfully our coffee was ready right then and we got out of there. The first time we went we waited 30 minutes for our coffee after we paid. We sat 20 minutes before anyone took our order. So almost an hour for a small coffee. The second time no one greeted us for 15 minutes and the guy was literally behind the bar ignoring us like it was a game. The bar is small. He did anything and everything to avoid looking at us. I really thought he was kidding at first. He wasn't. He just wasn't ready to speak to us. The sad part is that the coffee was really good all three times. Now it was $35 for 2 small coffees. As rude as they are, not worth it. Not one bit. The staff is literally so bothered by humans. The manager and chef are so anti hospitality that it feels like they are trying as hard as they can to be antisocial and they think it's really the right thing to do. They don't get it at all. The worst part is, we want to go there, I'll even spend the crazy money, it's so darn close to my house, but I hate the way they treat people. It's a culture. Three times. All horrible. Not even close to okay. Never ever going back. Skip it. Go get some CBD or THC oil from the nearest shop. Go to your fave local coffee shop, add it yourself and lay in bed. Don't subject yourself to these people or the crazy prices. read more
