Stopped in here to grab a quick bite and catch up with a friend. I just missed happy hour, but now I definitely have a reason to come back soon. I had a regular lemonade which was really good. They played 90s ebb at just the right volume. They had a lot of mixed drink options: alcohol-infused gummy bears and colorful slushy drinks. The food menu was pretty decent. I had collard greens with smoked turkey and rice. It was steak night. most of their menu leans heavily toward gumbo, rice, and other Southern dishes. What's funny is , I've seen this place on DoorDash before but never thought to order. Turns out you can actually get food and cocktails delivered. That's a huge plus in my book. All in all, I like this place. It's very casual, good vibes, and a rnb playlist that is decent! read more

Amazing service. I felt welcome from the moment I walked through the door. The staff and chef were friendly and went above and beyond. I only had the Mac n cheese and it was off the charts good. read more

It's an adorable shop with top notch service. They have a bustling to go service so the food is solid. I sampled gumbo and greens while I was there. I would order both. We went for drinks. All the drinks are prepackaged and on the sweet side, which isn't my preference. But I did enjoy what we ordered/sampled. read more

I took my friend here for her birthday drink. I've known Tipsy Treats as one of our vendors at Lyons Avenue Renaissance Festival in March of this year. Now I go to the location often to get Hibiscus margarita that's my favorite but there are more great flavors. The owner is so friendly and kind with serving. The food is good too. Nice music playing and pretty pink decor. read more

I was in Houston visiting family and was on the hunt for a "cocktail to go." I am soooo glad this place popped up bc I was so pleasantly surprised! It was very very cute and very very clean inside! The owner as well as the bar tender were extremely kind and had great recommendations and even samples! I ordered a margarita to go and the owner also gave me a sample of the greens as well... now those greens.... *faints*... they were SOOOO GOOD!! Also, my margarita was amazing!! It had great flavor and alcohol content! I will definitely be back when I am in town again. I need to try the gummy bears next ! read more

Love love love this bar. The place smells so good the moment you walk in and the service is amazing. I had the French 75 w/ Rangoni Gin, crawfish boudin, and the daily rice and gravy (chicken). The food tastes like it's homemade and it's so filling. I have to keep stopping by and trying different options until I get through the whole menu. I don't think I'll have just one favorite option here, as everything so far is delicious. The owner Sherrel and her staff is amazing. If you're looking for something new this is definitely the spot. read more

Food is amazing! Service top notch! The young lady that helped me over the phone after I placed my DoorDash order was so pleasant ! I cannot wait to come back here and order food! read more

good atmosphere food and service as far as the waitress waiting on us! Bad business practice! Overcharging prices higher than what was on menu; even with me stating I'll order the collards for $7.00 and so on. They said the higher price was due to them not changing the menu prices......!!! Terrible! 3 of us were retired on fixed incomes! read more

First things first...Customer service is A+! Sharelle is a sweetheart. She gave great recommendations for food and drinks since it was our first time visiting. I ordered the smothered chicken with rice and gravy/red beans and rice/cornbread. My husband said it was delicious!!!! We also had the frozen sidecar. It had a nice amount of alcohol in it. Every drink I tried was made perfectly. Such a cute spot with a cute vibe! Can't wait to go back! Everything was so good...I forgot to take pics smh! read more

My favorite after work place! Simply love the atmosphere and the professionalism of the owner.

The best Greens ever! They are full of smoke turkey and well seasoned. The smothered chicken was good as well.

September 3, 2025 my experience in tipsy treats was terrible I'm being honest I'm from New Orleans. the Gumbo was every bit of gravy and rice the honest truth. The taste like they put sugar. read more

Don't walk, run here! This is hands down one of my favorite places to eat! I'm not easily impressed (especially when it comes to food) and they get it right, every single time! Soon as you walk in you're greeted with warm welcomes and beautiful smiles from the staff behind the counter. It's vibrant, smells good and the music is at a listenable level, where you can still have a convo. Must tries: southern seafood roll: it comes with crab, crawfish and shrimp on a brioche bun! This thing is packed with seafood and flavor. They don't skimp on the portions. Beef Short Rib Taco: this is a Lunch & Happy Hour special only! These tacos come with that wonderfully cooked braised short rib and collard greens. Warming, you will be full after eating this. I elevate this even more by ordering a side of red beans and rice *insert chef kiss here* talk about delicious. Chrissy's Ooey Gooey Cake: This is for the people who say "I need something sweet" - This decadent dessert is drizzled with a Grand Marnier Glaze, and it literally melts when you're eating it. I try to save it for when I get home to pair it with 1905 HEB Vanilla Ice cream, but it doesn't always workout that way, lol. If you're in the area, stop in and give this place a try! You won't be disappointed. They're open until 3am on the weekends if you happen to be out on the town. read more

My husband and I briefly stopped in to meet the owner (a friend of a family member of ours) on Friday afternoon, and she invited us to sample the collard greens. They were absolutely "down home" delicious!!! My husband was in Houston for a convention and so the following day as soon as his last business meeting ended, we made our way back to have dinner and drinks at Tipsy's. I had the collards with the "melt in your mouth"smothered chicken with her amazing corn bread. Hubby thoroughly enjoyed the tasty red beans and rice with beef short ribs and cornbread with an added side of collard greens. Also, her Frozen Side Car drink was a perfect accompaniment with my meal. Also, you have the option of dining in or take out. Tipsy Treats will be a definite go-to on our next visit to Houston. Please make Tipsy's your next cocktail/dining stop. You won't be disappointed!!! read more

Favorite gumbo in Houston. Dark roux tastes like straight out of a Nola kitchen. Amazing mac n cheese, rice n beans and greens. Honey butter biscuits were so tasty. This a gem of a find. The food is outstanding!! My wife and I ordered the braised short ribs and the black beans, rice turkey & chicken, but they also sampled us their gumbo and collard greens. Tipsy Treats - Lemon Drop Cocktail! - Food Delivery Services Near Me - Houston, Texas

The first time I came, I had to come back 4 hours later, it's that good. Food 1000/10 Drinks 1000/10 Customer service 1000/10 Not sure what to get? They'll let you sample some things. I haven't experienced amazing customer service like this any where else, and the food reminds me of good southern cooking. I've had the smothered chicken/rice & gravy, red beans & rice, greens and the short rib tacos. The henny-rita, all the side cars and lemon drops, peach martini and classic and chocolate old fashioned are all drinks myself, and parents have tried (so far). I've recommended this spot to some friends, and they also have non-alcoholic drinks for kids and those that don't drink alcohol. The greens, drinks, and customer service keep me coming back. The owner, and employees are absolutely amazing. This is a place you definitely want to try everything of. I just happened to come across Tipsy Treats on Doordash, and went by there since it wasn't too far. If you're looking for good drinks, good food, and good vibes, this is definitely the place to be. read more

I ordered the Greens and they were pretty good. I thought the Old Fashioned was really good as well. It was liquor forward just like I like it, not too sweet. Definitely going back. read more

Learned about this restaurant from Instagram and I am so glad I did. Finally had the opportunity to try it. Ordered through Door Dash. Received notification it would be ready 10-15 minutes. When I arrived my order was not ready but customer service was friendly and apologetic. The lady at the counter explained there was a big party. She worked on my order right away and it was bagged and ready for me in less than ten minutes. While I waited she gave me samples of the collard greens and frozen sidecar. Both were bomb. I LOVED the frozen sidecar and had to add one to my order. The other drinks I ordered were frozen lemonade (non-alcoholic), mango lemon drop and peach sidecar. The frozen lemonade was amazingggg. Perfect amount of sweetness. I would buy this by the gallon if it was offered. Also ordered the smothered chicken plate which is great and well seasoned. Pricey though. $23 for two thighs on top of a bowl of rice. I appreciate scattered pieces of chicken are in the rice. It does come with some really good and moist cornbread. All in, $64+ for 1 entree, three mixed drinks and one lemonade. Vibe is lively, party atmosphere. There were some patrons seated at tables, the bar/counter area was packed! Music was loud but enjoyable. DEFINITELY would return to support. read more

I've tried their drinks they are delicious! The pineapple jalapeño margarita, lemon drop , mango lemon drop or the raspberry lemon drop. They are all delicious! Sherelle also has some greens, and rice with corn bread that I crave. Just tried their brownie and peanut brittle they are also yummy! It's always a pleasant experience and they have friendly staff. The place is nice and clean. read more

We came on a Friday night and it was such a great vibe for a Friday. Food was amazing, beyond my expectation! The drinks were super good and very tasty; they did the job! The environment is cute and a great atmosphere overall. The service was not so great; our waitress did not come check on us as often as I would've wanted. She only came to greet us, get our first order and then to charge us! The cook kept looking at us with a judgy face which made my friends and I very uncomfortable at some point. The bartender was chatting with some guys at the bar the whole time and was taking about 15 minutes to make one drink! We had lots of dirty dishes and empty glasses just sitting on the table for 2 whole hours (the whole time we were there). Even the young short lady in the back cleaning up came and asked us if we were okay and needed anything else because she saw the mess and how disappointed we were. I would return but not on a Friday night unfortunately. read more

I unexpectedly discovered Tipsy Treats today and the owner was so sweet! I'm definitely going to be coming back!
