Came here with some friends for a joint birthday celebration. The space is beautiful and so interesting with its Bud Bar, variety of tasty drinks, and unique food menu. We ordered the Pineapple Haze, Kiss Me I'm Japanese, and an Aperol spritz. Had to dock a star because it took us 30 minutes to get our drinks even though there wasn't much of a wait (we were there an hour before closing on a Tuesday). As for the drinks themselves, they were as good as they sounded! The Pineapple Haze was strong but didn't taste like it, and the Kiss Me I'm Japanese was lighter but absolutely delicious. We will have to come back to try the food! read more

Ambiance: A very instagramable and vibey-restaurant setting with both indoor and outdoor seating. I've grown to be apprehensive with these places with great ambiance because the food is always a let down. And this is no different from many of Houston's food scene. It's was meh. Overpriced meh. Food: I went with 4 friends twice, we tried the cocktails, hot coffee drinks with the thc and ordered different food items. It's expensive and I don't think I would personally return, the food is under seasoned and forgettable, the drinks were ok. Infused drink + food did not do much for me. But I'm not surprised. Overall, their menu prices don't meet its value. 1 shareable (appetizer) , 1 cocktail with thc and a regular hot latte =$47 read more

I was really excited to try Wild but was a bit disappointed in the food / presentation. WHAT I LOVED: -Their whole aesthetic is really great. The indoor decor is awesome (cute bathrooms) and the patio is charming too. -Their drink menu is huge, with lots of options with and without booze. -Their food menu isn't massive but seemed pretty creative. -Their whole approach with offering hemp infusions (CBD or THC) is fun (for those who partake). -Friendly service. WHAT I DIDN'T LOVE: -First, their hours were confusing. Their website ("dining" page) listed their brunch hours as starting at 11am. Turns out they open at 8am and when I asked whether brunch had started yet, I was told that they were "still" serving brunch. -While the Turkish Latte was absolutely delicious, I was disappointed when it was served in a paper cup for some reason. We ate in (patio) so I'm not sure why this was the case. It's so pretty (with flowers and leaves on top) so to have it covered with a plastic lid was bizarre and disappointing. -I ordered the Big Brekkie Sando with pastrami. The first bite was awesome but it quickly fizzled out once the sandwich started dripping. Between the super fatty pastrami and the very buttery croissant, handling the sandwich resulted in a rainfall of grease. My plate had a puddle. I certainly wasn't expecting a healthy meal here but I also wasn't ready for this. I had a stomach ache all day afterward. If they toned down the greasiness, the sandwich would be great. -Some of the pricing seemed grossly inflated. I ordered the "fruit of the day" side, which was listed as "market price" for some reason. It was strawberries and blueberries but maybe they sometimes offer more exotic fruit. I asked about sizing and exact price. The waiter said it was ample and cost $12. Cool, I thought the three members of my dining party could share it. When the plate arrived, it was three sliced strawberries and a sprinkling of blueberries (on a plate lightly coated with yogurt). Seriously? That was probably the most frustrating part of the meal. $12 would guarantee a carton of strawberries and one of blueberries at most retailers. Obviously, there's some upcharge but this was ridiculous. Ultimately, I really enjoyed the concept but the execution fell a bit short for me. I know this location is relatively new so I hope they work out the kinks. FYI, PARKING: They do have several spots outside (small strip mall). If it's busy, you can find a spot on the residential streets nearby. read more

My husband and I did happy hour at wild the other night. The service was great, our waiter explained the menu very well and recommendations. We had a drink each and some small plates. The drinks we had were infused and we definitely felt it. Out of all the small plates we loved the wings and tostadas. The space is so vibrant and fun. The shop also has smoke options and accessories. Coffee is also an option as well. Over all everything was great, the price was a little high, but we did order a ton off the menu. I have already recommended several friends to check this place out! read more

I came to Wild for drinks and found that they have some unique and skillfully created cocktails, coffee and tea beverages. Our amazing server Luis was very helpful in picking beverages and CBD add ons. The Turkish Delight was a beautiful drink topped with rose and pistachio foam. It was an elevated take on coffee and blended well with CBD. The Funky Monkey was a deliciously sweet and creamy cocktail with a subtle banana taste, a favorite! The hibiscus mint tea was light and refreshing, but the taste of the CBD add on was much more apparent in this drink. I love the creativity of drinks at Wild! The perfect place when you are looking to step away from your usual. read more

I like the drinks here and the decoration is pretty chill. But I guess they got a new manager and they no longer have the same food that they used to have before, everything is super overpriced, the south aren't exactly welcoming. read more

Stopped by this place on a whim because we saw it was open late and did coffee so we thought it would be a great study place. Little did we know, it does coffee in the morning and at night its an upscale eatery. Seeing as we were already there and a table was available we decided to try it anyways. It was a good thing we did too, the food was super good. The vibe of the place felt super relaxing with the wood interior and the small cozy seating. The menu changes constantly which was good to know. They also but some of the good stuff on their food and everything I tried with it was really good. We ordered the hanger steak and it was a great choice. Cooked perfectly with accompaniments and an amazing sauce. We also ordered the fried rice and it was really impressive how different but familiar it felt. Lastly we ordered a slice of chocolate cake with caramel and it was divine. Some places just do chocolate cake right. Be warned, the menu changes so they prolly wont have this on the menu when you go. Needless to say, the service there was amazing as well, always on top of their tables and making sure we were taken care of! read more

1st time at Montrose location. Parking was easy and free but this was during mid-day on a weekday. Interior was nice with plenty of seating but not many outlets if you bring your phone or charger. Patio was nice and private it's called "the jungle". Vibe was phenomenal, staff was super friendly and welcoming. Music was superb, mainly 70s or 80s R&B... think Bootsy Collins, Natalie Cole, Temptations. Food: lettuce wraps and ginger lemonade were good, tasted fresh. Delta 9 candies - I tried the pumpkin spice. Took a couple hours to kick-in but mellow product. read more

We went here for Cinco de Mayo after the Houston Chronicle featured them as one of the restaurants in the city offering specials. We got there around 12:30 and the entire place was empty. We went to order and we were told that they are not honoring the published specials, even though we provided a photo. At that point, I don't want to support a business that will not honor published specials, especially with the photo. I won't be back just on principle. read more

Super good! Came in Friday morning to check out the work space/coffee availability. And I'm not gonna lie, the espresso is seriously great, way better than I was expecting! Got a vanilla latte and chocolate croissant. The Wi-Fi is a decent and it was pretty empty that morning. The croissant took a second to come out, but I think I was the first person to order food that morning. The baristas/waitresses were super sweet (curly green haired girl is super cute) and had a great playlist on the speakers. Might come back? I didn't try any of the infusions, so I'll do that next time and/or order a meal. read more

wow this spot is so cool! i've been to the other cafe location which was much spacious but this one was more of a cozy bar setting which I didn't mind either! love the aesthetics, super cute. they have patio seatings too. I realized the indoor table chairs were kinda uncomfortable (scratchy) so we decided to dine at the bar. The bar stools are way more comfy imo. the food though, it's BOMB. we got fried rice and the steak lettuce wraps. i thought the blue sauce was interesting since normally blue isnt the color for food necessarily but this one blended in just fine! while the portions were smaller than expected, we thoroughly enjoyed them and ended up ordering more. we got the fried rice again with the steak added this time and then the scallop. guys pls get all of these.. it's delicious af haha. the service was great. our server was friendly but i gotta give shout out to the guy at the back (didnt catch his name) - he super fun to talk to, knowledgable regarding food and drinks! overall id go back or even take out the plates to eat at home watching netflix ahahah. i think the price is a bit high regarding the portion and such but it's still worth it! i def want to try other plates. parking sucks though, even at the other location, very limited. so keep that in mind! read more

I don't usually leave reviews but i feel like me and my friends got played here... the waiter suggested the big crispy fish pad thai which was listed at MKT price on the menu. I was having a good time with my friends and didn't overthink it so we went with his suggestion - I was charged $185 for this ONE dish. I've spent less money at Michelin star restaurants.. I couldn't believe it given this is a coffee shop/dispensary that offers tapas. I searched through other yelp reviews and saw this fish was priced at around $90 a few months ago. I didn't think it was necessary to ask the price (my bad) given the food items range from $17-$55 and i was fine paying up to $80 for one dish, although even $80 is quite ridiculous for a coffee shop. It was a lesson learned and a regrettable experience for me and my friends. We will not be returning here based on principle as Management believes it's okay to charge customers $185 for fried fish and the waiter didn't even bother to warn us. The overall vibe was similar to any other coffee shop, the service was okay, and the food was overpriced. read more

I was really looking forward to my visit, but left very unsatisfied. I ordered the B.B.L and they were sold out, so I opted for the seasonal special- the Unniyappam Latte. After ordering and paying, I was told they were out of the monthly special, so I went with the Turkish Delight, but received no apology. Additionally, as soon as he placed the drink down, it spilled over the table, which we understand, but he didn't offer to clean it up, give us napkins, or apologize at all. The customer service was overall subpar. The drink was fine, but not worth the experience of my visit. read more

Fun ambiance with trendy music, dinner/brunch have actual food service. The other parts of the day are more like a coffee shop with light bites. Food was surprisingly good and the drinks were well crafted. There were a variety of food items on the dinner menu, our group of 3 ordered 2 large shareable s and 1 small shareable and had food to go. Parking can be hectic in the area, but we made a reservation right before dinner service and we were able to easily find parking. read more

So let me start with this used to be my go to spot. For drinks, food, ambiance, good vibes, bringing new friends. However, I just had the awkward, uncomfortable, weirdest, cringiest experience possible while meeting the owner. For starters, the way he was talking about the people next to him (new from Columbia) was disgusting, disgraceful, and non exclusive especially having an establishment in Montrose. On a personal note, in front of these gentlemen asking me what was good here I mentioned the coffee shop they have which the owner consecutively argued with me about the ambiance, food, alcohol, etc. which come to find out - sir your wrong. It's 2024 and we have owners that bully their guest at their own restaurants? PR please have a session with the owner, because in the most polite way, he is a condescending, egotistical, and cringy character. read more

Nice looking place; interesting menu. I never got a chance to try. Sat at the bar 10 minutes, no one explained anything although I was given the menu and water. Where to begin? First time visiting Houston and talk about making a great first impression. Wild has really set the bar for the rest of this town. If I could give more stars I would do 11. The ambiance, location, concept, food, drinks top notch but the service even better! Thanks Cierra for an excellent experience! The food and drink recommendations were spot on. Was there on a pretty busy Saturday night but didn't even care about the wait, the food was that spectacular! I highly recommend the Caesar salad and Campechana; delish!!! I tried an elixir, the Hi-Lo Hanoi, and a drink (What the Pho?), which were both on point. It was so good I'm already planning on going again to try the brunch menu which looks killer. Got give one more shout out to the service and specifically Cierra, who was my server. I'll be back, no doubt. read more

Came here last night after hearing some good stuff about the place. The ambiance was nice, weather was great so we decided to sit outside on the patio. Our server was interesting. I think he was high, but it is a THC CBD infused menu so can't blame him. He was really nice though and a character. The drinks were good and the food was tasty. I will have to take one star off because the portions were incredibly small for the price you're paying. My thought was once you have some THC infused drinks you're just going to get the munchies and order the small portions and rack your bill up. Gotta admire the good business concept. The other area I am having to drop a star off was the skillet cookie we ordered for dessert. It was not a skillet cookie... they said some people were complaining about the cookie being too gooie so they changed it to some basic cookie. It was still kind of good, but not what we ordered. I do want to come back to give it another chance, but probably just for the drinks and maybe dessert if they get the cookie back in a skillet. read more

New spot and it was good to check out . Location is great if you like getting great pictures indoors and a real nice chill spot this is definitely it great environment, as for staff we sat down and seems as if they forgot we were there waited about 15 min for someone to come help us but nothing. We moved to the bar and quickly were greeted and served water right away service definitely better at the bar. I did try the matcha drink it was ok not a wow factor but good I tried the migas con chorizó it is not your traditional migas the cut up tortillas like a mexican house hold but it's actually good for the price I wouldn't get it again I think the migas is $18 a lil over priced for eggs, tortilla chips and chorizo but the price is more than anything because of location I'm sure. So what I could say last is definitely check it out staff seems a little new to trying to get use to things they definitely didn't make me feel welcomed or comfortable because at times they seemed uncomfortable talking to us but could be just because it's a new spot. I'll check it out again maybe and see if I get a better experience but for the area and to get great pictures yes go . I didn't try any drinks ahhh lastly 3 stars because of staff and I noticed that the little green weed leaf in those drinks gets touched by the bar tender they put it in with the hand and move it around till it's perfect in the cup well I saw the bar tender gran everything with his hands and not wash them before doing that so that's kinda gross if you think hands are clean when touching that leaf I assure you he grabbed everything I think he saw me looking and than started using a spoon. Other than that check it out good hang out spot enjoy . read more
