After a few minutes, a gentleman working in the back told us it was his first day and that he couldn't assist us because his manager had not arrived yet. He said he was trying to contact him. We decided to wait because this location has generally good reviews. While waiting, I also noticed liquid dripping from two drainage pipes in the kitchen, although it wasn't clear what the liquid was. The manager arrived at 10:13. He did not acknowledge the delay or apologize. I also observed him handling our order without first washing his hands. My daughter ordered the House Milk Tea with half sugar and lychee jelly. The drink itself was quite good. Unfortunately, the poor opening and service experience outweighed the quality of the tea, so we are unlikely to return.

I wouldn't rush back to this restaurant and might go back if I'm in the mood for Thai food and traveling on the same side of the road where the restaurant is. When we arrived, there was an additional 30 minute wait for boba. We opted to skip the boba since we didn't want to wait that long. I ordered on the kiosk and for some reason, the selection for no toppings was not available. I ordered the Mango Coconut, which was refreshing, but didn't taste real. My bf ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea which just tasted like milk. The Brown Sugar was stuck to the side of the cup and didn't mix well. It had a goopy texture, which was unappealing and didn't taste good. Would not recommend.

When I visited, the build-your-own bowls were $12.99 for a small with 2 proteins, $14.99 for a medium with 3, and $16.99 for a large with 4. Compared with what I'm used to paying for poke back home, I thought that was a really good deal. I'm still surprised the place was so quiet that afternoon because I really enjoyed what I got.
