You see, Bean and her really had a special relationship. For a dog that always hated going in to get a grooming, I noticed the first day we met Shayna Bean had found not only her new groomer but also a buddy. In today's world, where "customer service" as we use to know it seems long gone.....that is NOT the case with these gals (Kayla & Shayna). Not to mention that whenever we go in to pick up dogfood or treats/toys, etc their entire staff is super helpful and friendly! We now have a new addition to our family... "Tilly" our new English Cream golden retriever. I'm super grateful that there are still such great folks out there that we can drop our sweet girl off to without any worries and know she is safe and loved even when she is away from home. THANK YOU ALL, but especially Shayna, so much for making our doggo's experience getting bathed and groomed so wonderful!

I'd definitely go back and have even looked for other Wilco stores during my travels.

Recently I had a client who needed help making sure the needs of her adored pet were taken care of. I contacted Bend Pet Express and was connected with a very helpful and capable young lady named Liss and her staff Oliver, Kas, and Kiyta who went completely above and beyond when I needed urgent help supporting my client with health issues. Her dog is truly the love of her life, but managing food orders and deliveries to her independent living facility had become a major source of stress and anxiety for her. The team at Bend Pet Express stepped in with incredible empathy, coordination, and grace. They set up a customized, special delivery arrangement tailored specifically to her needs and schedule, completely erasing her worries. Seeing her face light up knowing her companion would always be taken care of--without her having to lift a finger--was priceless. It's rare to find a business that combines top-tier pet supplies with this level of genuine, compassionate community care. They didn't just fulfill an order; they brought total peace of mind to someone who needed it most. I cannot recommend Bend Pet Express highly enough! Peer English At Your Becon Call LLC.
