I thought hiring this company was going to be great. Boy was I disappointed. It's ironic that this company picks up crap considering the quality they displayed. They charge you by how many dogs you have. Not by the hour, not by the amount, not by the size of your yard but by the number of dogs you have. So I paid the weekly fee for 4 dogs. Which is what I have. I realize this is a lot of dogs and a lot of crap but this was how they charged and what I was paying for. The last straw was a note left on my door rudely stating that my yard should be picked up everyday.... Um I thought that is what I was paying for??? You don't clean the house before the maids come, you don't change your oil before you take your car in to get serviced... Why would I pick up the crap in my yard when I am PAYING someone to do it? The note stated that it was taking too long to pick up my yard. The guidelines and prices stated nothing about a time limit only the number of dogs you have. I frequently saw her in the yard and you would think she was taking a Sunday stroll. If I had that work ethic ... Well I wouldn't have a job or i would work for the government. I often had to go and double check the yard to ensure everything was picked up. And it never was. If I wanted someone to half ass the job and complain about it I would have my daughter do it. I called to discontinue the service after finding the note on my door about how I should do their job for them and never even got a call back. I guess the customer service is as horrible as the actual service. read more
