We are so grateful for Kayla, Chris, and the movers. They helped us move from our 3 bedroom house to our Apartment and storage. I literally called them the night before to ask if they could help us with the move because we just got the keys from our Landlord. Kayla was so patient, understanding, and worked her magic. The workers were really nice and legit worked their behinds off. I didn't know we had so much stuff. They disassembled and reassembled our larger furniture. We lived on the second floor and don't have an elevator here, so they had to carry everything upstairs. They handled our things with care and made sure we were satisfied with everything. Thank you so much WikiWiki! You took the stress out of moving! read more

I requested for moving service within my area and within 15 minutes, Chris, contacted me as was very caring and professional. He listened to my needs and engaged in conversation to collectively decide what would be best for our situation. Chris was up front with cost. And, he was flexible to answer all my questions clearly, even though they were technically closed. Jojo & Ezekiel were professional and caring as well. They showed up on time. They took time to assist my daughter, and took great care in reassuring us that the job will be done timely and well. Over all service was great and I will use Wikiwiki express deliver for future needs. Mahalo Chris, Jojo & Ezekiel. read more

Wonderful service! Would highly recommend WikiWiki and I would use them again in the future. The guys were extremely helpful! Got everything packed into the truck and unloaded at the new place in 4 hours. They even helped me load up my truck with the items that didn't fit in their box truck. A few minor scuffs on a few items but overall extremely satisfied! Thanks! read more

Wiki wiki express crew were solid guys. They arrived at the time they stated (9:30am) to move a two bedroom condo in Kaneohe on a three story walk up. Not an easy task. L but they are hard workers. The load period took them from 9:30am to 3:00pm. There were three men and the owner Chris who started the job. We had preboxed and packaged (a sum total of 66 boxes and bags of varying sizes) the things we need them to move and they wrapped our dressers (6), mattress(1), box spring (1) with plastic wrap. We also needed to move three cube shelves and a computer desk. My friend and I moved about three truck loads of odds and ends ourselves while they worked on loading the truck with our boxes and things. They got to the new residence in Kaneohe a little after 3pm and finished the move in by 4:30pm. A total of 7 hours. They charge by the hour at a rate of $175/hr. Kamaaina discount of 5% off. Our total ended up being $1318.00 with the Kamaaina discount. Kayla the scheduler called to check on our move and informed and asked how work was. I informed her just minor damage. A little hole under my couch, and a 6" tear at my screen door. She discounted our cost down to $1179.32. My wife just discovered one of our cubicle shelf was broken, but I have not shared that with Kayla yet. Kudos to Ezekiel for sticking out for his hard work. Lessons learned: 1. Businesses charge by the hour or by job. For a two bedroom condo the flat rate quotes by most competitors on yelp was between 750-850 dollars. 2. My research for a two bedroom move within the same city averaged to about a 4 hour task. 3. At that time period my choice for wiki wiki would have been a cost savings for myself at $775 total. 4. In the end I paid $300 more than if I went with a paid per job price. That's kind of a big deal at 30% more. 4. However, complicators exist and things may take more time. 5. Because of this I will never recommend paying hourly if you cannot guarantee a time period for work completion. Stick with a fixed price. read more

The only reason I didn't give 5 starts is because we had to reschedule due to a miscommunication, and they were late for their rescheduled time. EVERYTHING else was awesome!! Kayla was very quick to respond to all of my buildings ever changing requirements and requests. The team of movers were such a joy to my day. They were so friendly, quick, professional yet fun in the best way. Jimmy, Shem, Seya and Jo-jo were my moving crew. Those 4 guys went above and beyond while they were on-site and Jimmy made sure to call with updates a few times before arrival because they were running late. They were also the best price out of the 4 quotes I received. I would definitely recommend and I would use them again. read more

I am very happy and satisfied with the response time and work Kayla and her crew provided. Jojo and bunny were quick and efficient, very reliable and professional. Catered to our moving needs

We had an urgent request to be moved the same day as we called due to an unreliable son and his friends who were supposed to move us from our 2 bedroom apartment but failed to finish loading even half the uhaul we rented the day before we were supposed to be out of the apartment! So the morning of our last day I put out a call for moving and thank goodness WikiWiki Express responded quickly and said they could be at our location at 10 am!! When his son and one of his friends arrived at 9am, we told them to get the uhaul and unload it as we had professional movers named WIkiWiki arriving at 10 am. Wiki Wiki arrived on time with 4 men and the three helped finish packing the apartment; wrapping the furniture; taking apart our queen size bed frame; loading all our furniture and art and computer equipment. They were very professional, very nice, efficient and hard-working men and saved the day! When they arrived at our new apt. about a mile away; the uhaul was still there but they went to work and delivered, re-assembled all they had in their truck! We cannot thank them enough and would recommend them in a split second as they were definitely our heroes of the day! Plus WikiWiki pooch , their mascot , was just as people friendly and respectful as the workers themselves! Mahalo WikiWiki Express! read more

The team displayed amazing aloha and patience as they worked with my elderly parents and mother who has undiagnosed Alzheimer's. In a 2 bedroom house there was more like 3 bedrooms worth of things that over a course of 2 full days that they packed and moved everything. They even went back to assist my mom with a request she had days after the move to further help her. This was a huge job and I appreciate the kindness they showed to our family. Recommending them for all moves large and small. Thank you Chris and Sam! Don't hesitate to hire this company for your next move, they will keep you calm and smile through all the heavy lifting. WikiWiki Express Delivery is excellent. I was moving to the mainland with short notice and was very concerned about finding a mover that could handle the job. Chris and his crew absolutely came through for me. They treated my furniture and items with the same care you would if you were moving your own things. I really can't say enough good things about this company. They were friendly, capable, timely and very professional. I am very satisfied with the service and pricing from WikiWiki! read more

Super nice people with NO moving skills whatsoever. I sat and watched FOUR men take apart a simple iron bed: one man on each side, one man holding the screws and one man directing! This went on for over an hour! I paid them more for disassembling the bed than I paid for the bed! Literally, only one example of my horrific moving experience with them. They took so long to move our goods because there was no supervision or direction. Things were left behind at old house (two truckloads!), wires and cables missing from equipment and tv's, etc. Moving INTO new home, they were in such a hurry because now we are past our time frame by 4 hours! So, I got boxes dumped in every room with no rhyme or reason, beds left unassembled (no thanks! I'll save the $$ and put it back together by myself!). Then the bill comes.....knocked me flat on my back! All quotes came in around $1,400-$1,700 for the move. He tried to charge me for an extra 2 men because they were so late and the bill came out to over $2,700!! Absolutely NOT paying that! We finally settled on $2,300 and he left with a very unhappy customer in his wake. You can never come back from that. read more

These men really helped me out. I was bringing my belongings to Honolulu by air and my flight was delayed. The other company I had contracted wouldn't wait and Wiki Wiki saved my butt. The men were amazing, and delivered me and all my boxes to my new home. read more

So I had a delivery of 9 boxes coming into the airport and between my injured knee and small car, I wasn't sure what to do. The thought of three runs to the airport and hauling boxes up my condo unit stairs was pretty stressful. I called Chris at WikiWiki Express and he was phenomenal. He worked with the crazy airline cargo process, which couldn't pinpoint the arrival times. He was flexible, communicative, and super friendly. He had his guy bring the boxes and make sure they got into our condo unit. WikiWiki Express pricing was fair and I really knew that my things were taken care of by the staff. They even took pictures of damage that one box had when they picked it up and verified the damage with the airline just in case something inside was broken or missing. Fortunately everything arrived in one piece! WikiWiki Express was great. Thanks to Chris and his team! read more

Easy , prompt and professional from start to finish . Moving a newly bought used piano was simple, reasonable (a fair flat price) . Perfect condition. We were moving warehouse and office location, total move out. WikiWiki came at the scheduled time and went right to work. Awful, just awful. Paid these guys to come pick up two expensive bicycles, pack them, and ship them to mainland. They didn't pack jack sh**. I regret paying them for anything. The bike pedals and the hinges are damaged on both and they were banging around against each other so the paint is all scratched up. I never should have trusted this riff raff to handle my bikes thinking I could pay for quality, you cannot pay for quality. They just don't care. read more

Chris was awesome! My wife and I came to Honolulu from the Big Island because she needed surgery. The surgery went well and on our follow up appointment, we forgot to return a medical device that my wife had to use to help her circulation after surgery. The doctor is in Aiea and we were staying at the end of Waikiki. We called WikiWiki Express Delievery and Chris was so nice and professional. He said "no worries, we get um" and I felt at ease being a local boy you just know when you meet a good bradda. He grabbed the device from our hotel and delivered as promised. This device was at least $3000 but I felt at ease with WikiWiki Express Delievery read more

Found WikiWiki here on yelp as I was searching for a service to pick up and package an antique chest for me in Honolulu and ship it to Kona. Chris the owner responded to my initial inquiry immediately and within an hour he provided me with a quote and day he could do it. Every communication throughout this transaction with Chris was prompt and professional. He picked up the chest from my Aunt in Honolulu & even she commented to me how professional and friendly he and his helper were. Chris kept me updated every step of the way and I had the chest (a family heirloom no less) delivered safely to me on the Big Island.
