Wiki wiki express crew were solid guys. They arrived at the time they stated (9:30am) to move a two bedroom condo in Kaneohe on a three story walk up. Not an easy task. L but they are hard workers. The load period took them from 9:30am to 3:00pm. There were three men and the owner Chris who started the job. We had preboxed and packaged (a sum total of 66 boxes and bags of varying sizes) the things we need them to move and they wrapped our dressers (6), mattress(1), box spring (1) with plastic wrap. We also needed to move three cube shelves and a computer desk. My friend and I moved about three truck loads of odds and ends ourselves while they worked on loading the truck with our boxes and things. They got to the new residence in Kaneohe a little after 3pm and finished the move in by 4:30pm. A total of 7 hours. They charge by the hour at a rate of $175/hr. Kamaaina discount of 5% off. Our total ended up being $1318.00 with the Kamaaina discount. Kayla the scheduler called to check on our move and informed and asked how work was. I informed her just minor damage. A little hole under my couch, and a 6" tear at my screen door. She discounted our cost down to $1179.32. My wife just discovered one of our cubicle shelf was broken, but I have not shared that with Kayla yet. Kudos to Ezekiel for sticking out for his hard work. Lessons learned: 1. Businesses charge by the hour or by job. For a two bedroom condo the flat rate quotes by most competitors on yelp was between 750-850 dollars. 2. My research for a two bedroom move within the same city averaged to about a 4 hour task. 3. At that time period my choice for wiki wiki would have been a cost savings for myself at $775 total. 4. In the end I paid $300 more than if I went with a paid per job price. That's kind of a big deal at 30% more. 4. However, complicators exist and things may take more time. 5. Because of this I will never recommend paying hourly if you cannot guarantee a time period for work completion. Stick with a fixed price. read more

We had an urgent request to be moved the same day as we called due to an unreliable son and his friends who were supposed to move us from our 2 bedroom apartment but failed to finish loading even half the uhaul we rented the day before we were supposed to be out of the apartment! So the morning of our last day I put out a call for moving and thank goodness WikiWiki Express responded quickly and said they could be at our location at 10 am!! When his son and one of his friends arrived at 9am, we told them to get the uhaul and unload it as we had professional movers named WIkiWiki arriving at 10 am. Wiki Wiki arrived on time with 4 men and the three helped finish packing the apartment; wrapping the furniture; taking apart our queen size bed frame; loading all our furniture and art and computer equipment. They were very professional, very nice, efficient and hard-working men and saved the day! When they arrived at our new apt. about a mile away; the uhaul was still there but they went to work and delivered, re-assembled all they had in their truck! Super nice people with NO moving skills whatsoever. I sat and watched FOUR men take apart a simple iron bed: one man on each side, one man holding the screws and one man directing! This went on for over an hour! I paid them more for disassembling the bed than I paid for the bed! Literally, only one example of my horrific moving experience with them. They took so long to move our goods because there was no supervision or direction. Things were left behind at old house (two truckloads!), wires and cables missing from equipment and tv's, etc. Moving INTO new home, they were in such a hurry because now we are past our time frame by 4 hours! So, I got boxes dumped in every room with no rhyme or reason, beds left unassembled (no thanks! I'll save the $$ and put it back together by myself!). Then the bill comes.....knocked me flat on my back! All quotes came in around $1,400-$1,700 for the move. He tried to charge me for an extra 2 men because they were so late and the bill came out to over $2,700!! Absolutely NOT paying that! We finally settled on $2,300 and he left with a very unhappy customer in his wake. You can never come back from that. read more

So I had a delivery of 9 boxes coming into the airport and between my injured knee and small car, I wasn't sure what to do. The thought of three runs to the airport and hauling boxes up my condo unit stairs was pretty stressful. I called Chris at WikiWiki Express and he was phenomenal. He worked with the crazy airline cargo process, which couldn't pinpoint the arrival times. He was flexible, communicative, and super friendly. Awful, just awful. Paid these guys to come pick up two expensive bicycles, pack them, and ship them to mainland. They didn't pack jack sh**. I regret paying them for anything. The bike pedals and the hinges are damaged on both and they were banging around against each other so the paint is all scratched up. I never should have trusted this riff raff to handle my bikes thinking I could pay for quality, you cannot pay for quality. They just don't care. read more

My wife hired these guys to do a simple cross-town move, two bedroom, no big appliances, pretty simple. They arrived 2 and a half hours late, then took their time getting started. They had 3 guys but one guy was barely doing anything the whole time. He packed ONE BOX OF DISHED THE WHOLE DAY, and did a ridiculous job, wrapping each in paper AND taping around them. He wetted multiple sheets of paper and jammed them in each and every container. Some thing got insane amounts of bubble wrap when they obviously didn't need it, other things got nothing when they obviously DID need it. Absurd. I was helping them the entire time and filled my SUV up with stuff to help move things faster. They got about half way done when they ran out of space in their truck somehow. We were told they could do it in 1 day, that 3 guys and 1 small truck would be enough. Not even close. We had already scheduled the cleaners to come the next morning, so I had to spend all night moving things out of the bathrooms and bedrooms so they could at least start there (which was not at all fun since I'm disabled). I filled my car up again on my way to my new house and slept on our matress which was on the floor. They said they would be back early the next morning at 7, showed up at 8:30. They started running out of time to clear the kitchen because the slow guy was working on his one box, so eventually things had to be thrown into boxes with zero wrapping or padding, so our nice pans are scratched up now. The finished unloading everything by 1pm, around the time I brought my 4th car load of stuff. Not everything was put back together. Lucky for them they got my wife to sign a contract that allows them to take as much time as they want with no possibility of a refund. They charged our card without providing us a breakdown of the costs/fees or a receipt. For perspective, we have moved internationally with far more stuff, same number of movers, and it usually took about 4 hours to get everything packed up and loaded. read more
