No staff member contacted Tom Harris to try to resolve this, and I received no call from Tom Harris to help with this. I am not impressed, if there was a no star box I would be using it.

Furthermore their customer support is not so good ~ they take anywhere from 10 minutes to 12 hours to reply to your queries (based on the 2 questions I asked them in the beginning), needless to say, I didn't need much customer support. They're a fairly new VPS hosting provider so their rates (as of now) are dirt cheap ($9.95/month). My other stuff like firewall, email, and ftp works flawlessly, and my website loading time has decreased dramatically; it feels so good to host on a dedicated ip. I'm very pleased with their service and have signed up for one year.

My problem with the top-up for my Talk and Text 100 Plan was resolved quickly and efficiently by your agent, Shagun. His professional manner speaks clearly of his character and reflects the priority Telus places on customer service. As an 80-year-old, the rare courtesy and consideration I received, lowered my anxiety and lifted my spirits. He "made my day"! Darlene Harris.

=== 1. VERDICT/VALUE If you have a need for Koodo service,…read morethis is a good place to go: - Lots of parking in the Richmond Centre lot. - Good service. - Telus retail service next door. - In-store specials (not seen on the website) often cheaper. === 2. PRODUCTS As of 2022, with Telus/Bell having the best cellular speed and coverage across Canada, they and their flanker/discount brands Koodo and Virgin Mobile respectively) are worth your consideration. Reasons to consider Koodo? - Cheaper than Telus - 4G LTE speed of Koodo is 100Mbps or 200Mbps; faster in reality than the base 5G service in Metro Vancouver (but not the 5G+ service). - Month-to-month service: no contract. Reasons to stick with Telus? - Constant connectivity to cell towers (I get drop-outs occasionally with Koodo which forces one to wait to get Internet access). - You need greater amounts of monthly data. - You want to get access to phone-based customer service (it's a pain with Koodo). As mentioned, the in-store specials (written on a whiteboard facing inward into the booth) are often cheaper/better than anything on the corporate website. === 3. SERVICE The staff here seem to always be younger personnel, male and female, offering service in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. It's always been professional and reasonably quick, yet I've never felt rushed. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for service even when other patrons are being served. The only disadvantage may be for any patrons who are looking for a place to sit while waiting or being served; you'll be standing the whole time.
