I was here for the Valentines weekend and it was about 30 degrees F. The website has tickets for purchase for the round trip ride up and the shuttles. It's very convenient. The ride up is about 5-10 minutes. Once you get up, there's a gift shop and a few cafes/bar inside. The shuttle was scheduled for 8:00am drop-off and 3:00pm pick-up, so you basically spend the whole day there. You can ski (but we didn't do that). There's also tubing, which is a steep hill that you can slide down in a floatie. The staff there was really nice and the tubing was actually free on the day we went, but I think it's normally $5. There's a few trails you can follow. I wore uggs and was able to do a couple, but there are other ones that snow boots are recommended.

Let me be clear, I am happy with Simon Cooper service from Getus who helped us with our problem and…read morecame with a new plan with internet connection. We are about to move, submitted a cancellation request for our service a week earlier to have our internet cut off on last day of our cycle. But either the agent we talked to Elina Martinez or their irresponsible vendor cut our Internet 6 days earlier although we have paid for our services full. And We really needed internet. We did not appreciate this. Pay for a service to be cut off and they will act like it's your fault although you have written email communications and ticket numbers for your inquiries. Other agents we talked to were extremely rude not helpful at all just wanted to get rid of someone demanding their service back which was already paid for. He was the one who helped us have our internet connection back with a new device and good price. Talked to him more than one hour and got a good deal. He is patient and very understanding. Although he couldn't do refund or reactivate it without 50$ activation fee again, he walked up through the process and all options to choose something that works for us. Last agent we talked to Elina Martinez not happy with her. We have confirmed over 5 times we want our internet up to last day and still she cut it off a day after our call whilst we have paid for our service. Get us company despite all the cheap internet that they provide always does this. They always cut your internet sooner that they should, no matter you have paid for it, requested on time( they ask you to request a week in advance and then always do this) and have a contract. Which makes it frustrating to follow up all the time. As you see we had to buy another service while we have paid for our precious one in full. And they are not even refunding the rest of our money. The company is incredibly irresponsible and customer care looks like a joke. Anyway, only polite and caring agent we talked so far was Simon Cooper. Hope this review is useful for other customers. Mind their irresponsible and bad services from the beginning. Hear this from me a 2 years old customer who never even paid a bill late. Still very bad experience and not happy at all.

They withdrawn the money from my account without my consent. When I asked the staff if the law authorize them to do that? He answered me it's their policy. So when I asked him why they didn't tell me this policy when I registered, He didn't answer. They are dishonest. Poor connection, bad internet speed, billing from you without internet, lying to you, promising technicians but the technicians come after 1 month. I stood without internet for 3 weeks, but they had already took my money.

WARNING: Shady business practices, severe privacy violations, cheap aftermarket parts, and…read morepre-planned "liquid damage" excuses. I brought my iPhone 14 Plus here for a screen and battery replacement. What followed was a multi-month nightmare of zero communication, privacy breaches, and a completely botched repair that has left my phone running hot and barely usable. I am posting this to warn the Vancouver community and back up my experience with direct, black-and-white proof from my phone's own system settings. 1. Unauthorized Off-Site Transport & Massive Privacy Violations * Taken to a Private Home: I only discovered my phone had been removed from the commercial shop and taken to a technician's private residence after repeatedly calling to find out why the repair was taking so long. * Camera Roll Evidence: When I finally got my phone back, I found photos on my camera roll of someone else's laptop that were taken while my phone was at this technician's house. * The Passcode Trap: They demanded my personal passcode under the guise of "testing the hardware." Authorized Apple service providers do not need your passcode to run diagnostics. Having my passcode allowed them to bypass security, clone my device's data, and access my personal life unsupervised. 2. The Software Cover-Up & Lost Data * The Secret Wipe: To try and hide the system alerts caused by their cheap parts, they did a full factory reset and restore on my phone before handing it back. * The Proof: Because of this unannounced wipe, secure apps like Facebook Messenger completely forced a security logout, and every single password I had manually saved on my device over the last few weeks was entirely erased from the local memory. 3. Black-and-White Technical Proof (See Attached Photos I have attached screenshots of my iPhone's battery settings showing the exact state they returned my device in: * The "Unknown Part" Warning: My phone displays an "Important Battery Message: Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple battery". The system is completely unable to determine the health of this battery. I paid for a proper repair and got cheap, unprogrammed, unverified aftermarket hardware. * Abysmal Battery Drain: My screenshots show the battery dropping from 73% at 7:31 AM down to 71% at 7:36 AM, and plummeting to 69% by 7:40 AM. That is a 4% drop in just 9 minutes from light Safari use (with only 1 minute of screen-off background activity running). This "new" battery is dropping faster than a degraded, 5-year-old battery. * Touch Screen Failure: The replacement screen is also highly defective. It lags constantly, auto-dims and brightens erratically on its own, and requires multiple taps just to get speech-to-text to turn on. 4. The "Liquid Damage" Setup & The "New Owner" Script * The Setup: As I was walking out the door, the technician, Charles, casually mentioned he "noticed trace water damage along the bottom of the phone." This is a classic, calculated setup to void my repair warranty. If the cheap display or battery fails next week, he will try to blame "liquid damage"--even though my original intake receipt has absolutely no mention of water damage. * The "New Owner" Script: After leaving a previous bad review, Charles called me, refunded $120 of the labor, and begged me to delete the review because he "just took over the business a couple of months ago." Public review history shows him using this exact same "I just took over the business" guilt-trip script on other customers over a year ago. Do not fall for it. * The Recycling Danger: This shop heavily promotes "free electronics recycling." Given their total disregard for data privacy and unauthorized off-site transport of devices, I strongly warn anyone against trusting them with old tech that still has your hard drives and personal data intact. Wiping customer data to hide cheap parts, secretly taking devices to private homes, and using manipulative scripts to delete honest reviews is highly deceptive. Avoid Burrard Laptops (also operating as Vancouver Laptops).
