Ok so not really fond of this place ? Me and the family went here on a Thursday which is kids eat free and the waitress was oblivious of this . Then the couple they sat after us she got there drinks and food before us? Very unprofessional on top of she never introduced herself when she first came to the table. So when we ordered one of the kids ordered cheese quesadilla with chicken and we specified with chicken she said ok got it . So all the food comes out and we are eating and our oldest says there's no chicken so we get our waitress inform her she takes it and disappears. She comes by after a few minutes and said she told them to rush it? Needless to say we all finished our food before it returned. Now when the good did come back it came back right less the fried that were with the original meal ? So I said to her what about the fries and she said we upgraded it to a adult entree and I looked at it and it looked just like the size of the original food they brought him . So I told her don't worry about it because I didn't wanna flip out because of this shottie ass service? Now the food was ok , but I will not recommend this place to no one because of this plus I got smoked wings and needless to say they were black and burnt not smoked. They sauce for them was good but the laziness to send out burnt wings and not fix an order properly makes this place I will never return too even if I was offered a free meal . read more

Best wings in the city! We sat at the bar and it was cozy! Place is small so waits for a table where a little too long! Will deffinitly go back! read more

Overall good experience for beer and wings. Much better then Buffalo wild wings (which we absolutely hate.) Wings were a very good size we got the boneless. The wicked Buffalo (the one star) was a little spicy for my taste a lot of black pepper in the recipe. The only negative comment that I would make is the draft beer came out a little too warm for my liking... Honestly for the coldest beer on tap go to the 99, always!! read more

Based on the wings: this place is great! "Wicked special" dry rub and "Parmesan pesto" were excellent. Even the blue cheese dressing is high quality. Will be a frequent flyer here. I am a regular to take out, have ventured out on the menu, and continue to be pleased with the food. Appetizer portions are great. Haven't had a wing flavor I didn't like...honey barbecue is my favorite. Boneless & bone-in are both impressive in size and taste. read more

What happened to this place??? Was there one night & it was so so but it was busy..seemed like alot of new wait staff, seemed a bit disorganized. Got bone in & they took forever & arrived cold!!! Figured it was because it was all you can eat night. Waited a few weeks & went again for the Burncoat fundraiser..Found out the awesome manager Johnny isn't there anymore!!! So sad he was outstanding & a very good manager..food was always great etc. New manager seems "out there" and not interested. New Staff really don't have the "caring" customer service attitude. Last chance, tried it again--always loved the place--this past week & sad to say, I won't be back. Wings were not as good, definitely not fresh, probably frozen or lower quality. If they don't bring johnny back (no one knows where he went to work), or bring in someone comparable it will be another empty spot on W.Boylston St. Anyone know of an email address or how to get in touch with owners. They need to know and take an interest. The bartenders are still nice..they can't say anything but they know the foods crap now. I'm not sure if they also have new cooks/chef..maybe they are buying lower graded chicken...SUPER DISAPPOINTING! TO THE OWNERS--PLEASE don't let this place go.. read more

I figured 3/4 a pound of boneless wings would be enough for a quick lunch, however I received 5 small, luke warm, lightly seasoned wings. I went back and politely explained the situation to the nice young hostess - after a few minutes she added a few wings to my meager portion but again, luke warm and frankly, not that flavorful - extremely dissappointing experience read more

I'm a cook. I know the game plan on "all you can eat" night. But 1:10:00 minutes for your first order?? Then 35:00 for your 2nd order??? That's REALLY milking their customers for beer money. And they weren't even that busy. In comparison, Wings over Worcester has twice the traffic Wicked Wings has but you'll never have to wait more than 10-15 minutes for your order even at rush hour. Sorry you guys, that's the 4th time that's happened. I'm not a sucker...you lost my business. read more

I was excited to try this place. Not impressed. I ordered boneless and bone in; both extra crispy. The bone in wings were great. The boneless were the opposite of extra crispy. They were almost soggy. I couldn't even eat them. The fried pickles were also not crispy but they were ok. When I asked for sides of bbq and honey mustard they said they'd have to charge me. It's a wing place, why would I have to pay for extra sauce?! I also got coleslaw. I'm a big coleslaw fan. This stuff is tasteless. Such a disappointing experience all around. The only positive piece was that the bone in wings really were good and crispy. read more

Wholly unimpressed with mango habanero. NO HEAT!!! Not even a tingle on the tongue. Probably will not return. read more

Giving them a one due to their customer service. Just attempted to call for take out and was told by the girl that answered the phone "due to high volume we aren't doing take out orders." This is how people lose customers. If you want to stay in business you do what it takes to keep the customers happy. I understand stand at times it gets busy and customers need to wait for their food. But on a Monday night not sure how it could be so busy they can't take orders for take out. Definitely won't be returning. read more

Just didn't love it. I wanted to, but I didn't. Our server was great - very friendly and really attentive. I ordered a side salad to start. Great sized salad, the Italian dressing is good. There were two large pieces of lettuce that were not clean - as in, a lot of dirt on the spine of the lettuce. I got the fried chicken sandwich with the Evil sauce on it, my husband got the short rib sandwich. He liked his, mine was just "eh." Honestly, it was a very thin piece of fried chicken (very thin). You literally get 2x the sandwich (maybe 3x) at other local establishments (think Hooters). I hate the fries. As in, HATE them. They are listed to have their own "fry seasoning" but I envisioned that to be a salt/pepper kind of seasoning. Oops. They don't tell you they are basically seasoned the way Andy Capp fries used to be (or are? Do they still sell them?). They are just not good. I know some people love them but oh no, I seriously couldn't have hated these more. My kids got the kid nuggets and smiley fries. All kids meals are $4.99. The smiley fries are great, something different (even if they are frozen food items). The nuggets are essentially McDonald's style nuggets only smaller. They literally look and feel like McDonalds but probably 2/3 the size. They each got 4 of them. My oldest isn't a big eater at all but even this was not enough dinner for him. So keep that in mind if you bring children, esp older children (say, older than 2!) that have an appetite. This particular kids meal was extremely small. Maybe other meals they have (they don't have much) are bigger? I don't know. All in all, we won't be back. 2 kids meals/drinks, a diet soda, 2 pint sized domestic draft beers, 2 sandwiches and a side salad = $59 not including gratuity. Aside from the server that was great, nothing much else was worth a trip back. read more

I went tonight with my daughter and husband for our 2nd trip to Wicked Wings. Previous trip was when they very first opened, we went on a busy Saturday for wings, salad, and a burger. We were very disappointed. Tonight we went for advertised Taco Tuesday, beer, and Margaritas. Disappointed again. We went just before 5pm, place was dead. I think 2 people at the bar, we were only people in dining room. We ordered a bone in combo, and 6 tacos (3 for me and 3 for my husband), beer, and margarita. The margarita was delicious and beer very cold. The wings, fries, and tacos were stone cold. How can the food be cold when no one is in the restaurant??!!?? My husband was hungry and ate his cold tacos. The waitress was nice and very new. Ample parking, and clean dining room. The manager came over after we reported the cold food and offered to re-make. We declined. She took off combo and 2 tacos, because I had eaten a portion of 1. Granted, they were $1 for taco tuesday-but really?!? The principal of that is CRAZY!! For the cold food and ridiculousness of waitress not taking off my full meal is why the 1 star. I suggest staying away, two strikes for this family. read more

Good quality food-all of it. Great flavors for sauces. The have cool events at night, nothing crazy just things to do. Good bar and beer selection. And they have unlimited wing days read more

Nice place, definitely much nicer inside than expected. Not a ton of wing choices but more than enough. I asked for the most popular which was a maple bourbon bacon BBQ. It was a great combination of flavors topped with bacon. I went boneless as I was working and it was lightly breaded and cooked well. Sat at the bar and the bartender wasn't overly attentive but attentive enough. I'd definitely swing back next time I need lunch in the area. read more

Tried the new wicked wings on W. Boylston St. last night for the first time boy we weren't disappointed. I got the bone in wings half with hoison teriyaki sauce The others with the mild buffalo. They were cooked to perfection, juicy with a lot of meat. The sauces were excellent. Make sure you get the tater tots while are there. Nice rustic atmosphere and great service. This place is a winner all around. We will be back often. read more

Finally a local bar with great wings and drinks! Have gone twice since they opened a week ago. I have had several flavors and they were all fantastic. I will admit the time to get your food is a bit slow but not bad for the volume of people in a new restaurant. Cant wait to try the rest of the flavors. read more

This place is really not that great, decent at best wings you pay a buck a wing for. Not to mention they are a wing place that doesn't do take out. Went in once to eat in and it was fair at best. Then went in again to get takeout and they said they couldn't do it, wasn't even busy. Your frying wings it's not rocket science gentlemen. You'd figure they would have there stuff together after it took them 8 months to open. Staff is slow and rude, I won't be back. read more

I was surprised to see this place had a 3.5 star rating. I disagree. I think it deserves the 5 :) great new place to grab a drink and an app. Clean and cozy. read more

My husband and I love wings, decided to try this place for takeout. We were not disappointed(the second time first time had no bone in wings) we got the bone in wings with onion rings. Hard to give a fair assessment on take out but they were amazing. The onion rings were still crispy which is nearly impossible for take out. The wings were meaty and flavorful. I would highly recommend the maple bacon bourbon bbq, soooo good. The mild buffalo were spicy but just right. Price was reasonable for wings. Will get again. read more

With the last few times getting wings that weren't that great and now them being closed and not putting it on their website, not sure how often I'll be going anymore. The wings have been subpar lately, not as flavorful and over cooked. And today I was going to call in an order so my husband could pick it up on his way home. I called a few times and no answer. My husband gets there and says they're closed and the sign says to check FB for updates. Not everyone uses FB anymore. Why can't you add it to your website? Even if it said to check FB for updates it would be better than your customers not knowing. I was a loyal customer for a while, but with both of these recent issues, I may just go to Shaw's and get wings. They're not too bad and a heck of a lot cheaper. read more

Went with a friend for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. We shared the Spinach and Artichoke dip as an appetizer and neither of us were wow-ed by it (not like that stopped us from eating the whole thing). It was creamy but lacked any real flavor. I ordered boneless wings with Gold BBQ sauce. The sauce was good, but the wings themselves were on the dry side. My friend ordered bone-in wings and we were both surprised to learn that they don't carry honey mustard. The waitress advised that the closest sauce was Gold BBQ (which is probably true, but still not very honey-mustard-like). There are several choices in Worcester for wings, and overall, I was satisfied with my meal but not so excited that I feel compelled to go back anytime soon. read more

Some of the best wings in the city. Try the maple bacon boneless wings. They are to die for. Clean environment, great service, I believe they recently won some awards! read more

Delicious! Wings were awesome (gotta have the maple bourbon bbq) and the tots!! Service was great as well. Will definitely go back!

I love coming to this place. My boyfriend and I live close by. We just found out though that they premake their buffalo wing dip and spinach artichoke dip. The terrible thing about this way of doing it is if the person making it completely misses an ingredient, it sucks. Last time I went, we got both. There was definitely cream cheese missing in the buffalo wing dip... I make it at home and it just wasn't creamy like usual. And the spinach and artichoke dip was so sour and not enjoyable. Too much artichoke for NO CHEESE in it... literally wasn't any at all. This was March 16th. We sent that back because someone did not make it right at all and should not work in the kitchen. But besides that, chicken is awesome and service is great. read more

Excellent I find it better than wings over Worcester! Most of he wings have a kick to them. There's no over the phone ordering yet, sadly :(! I love the honey one the maple bacon, and the Asian chick one. Excellent! Once you get seated you get a menu and it has burgers and Mac n cheese and other food besides wings... But this is a wing place. So the other food isn't as great. I love the fries! Nice seasoning and big fries! The "ketchup" they give you is tangy and hot! But t has a good flavor! I recommend the honey wings or the Asian wings! The onion rings are good when you put extra salt on them! The more chicken wings you get the more expensive by a lot! I like how you can get the 8 piece wings and you can get 4 and 4 of 2 different flavors, so your not stuck between 2 different flavors or forced to have one flavor! read more

Order bone in wings the give me boneless and wrong flavor. They were AWFUL. First time last time.

Wicked Wing Co. is amazing! Each time I've gone to enjoy a meal with local friends or family, or introduced this great restaurant in Worcester to someone from out of town, the wings are always wicked tender and the staff is hospitable and ready to serve. Enjoy! read more

Plethora of flavors for wings and taste delicious! Fries are to die for too. Place was definitely not as packed for dining as I would expect, but the bar was booming. read more

Went here yesterday. Awesome wings! The ghost pepper wings have a great slow heat that isn't completely overwhelming. The wicked fries, topped with Alfredo sauce and bacon, are lick the plate good. Also tried the mango habanero wings which had a good sweet and spicy flavor. Only three stars because the service was a bit slow and generally inattentive. Also the seating area wasn't clean. We were one of the first customers of the day and we had to ask for our booth to be wiped down before we sat. Something had been spilled on the seat the night before and never cleaned. The floor was also very slippery like it hadn't been cleaned properly. Each new table would look around puzzled as they slid their feet around on the floor. All said and done, I will return for the incredible wing flavors. read more

It's not fine dining, but the prices are reasonable and the food tasty. My daughter was home from college this weekend. We went on a Saturday evening around 7pm. I asked for a different table then they originally offered us because I hate those pub style tables (I'm short). The hostess was very accommodating. We got an order of boneless wings and two different types of quesadillas. The chicken quesadilla was the best tasting one I've eaten since leaving Tucson. The wings were huge, crisp, and the sauce (Korean BBQ) was delicious. The prices were very reasonable. My daughter had a raspberry margarita and I had soda. The table service was good, refilling my drink without me needing to ask. We had a good time talking and eating. We ended up taking home lunch with only half our our meals done. read more

Don't listen to the negative reviews. This place makes great wings with a cool atmosphere. The boneless wings are nice and tender with plenty of delicious flavors to choose from. Yes the take out service was MIA for a while but only so they could keep up with the demand i'm assuming. I feel bad for new places like this opening up and getting crapped on by someone that thinks their time is more important than everyone else. I believe that over time they will iron out the small quirks and this place will be one of the best joints in town. read more

The service is great. We have a sweet waitress on Monday nights for trivia. I'm vegetarian, so I don't have many options. But, the fried pickles are out of this world. Don't go here if you're on a diet. Get the pickles with your wings! read more

Best place to get wings in Worcester. Try the ghost wings you won't be disappointed. I really like the buffalo chicken sandwiches also the french fries are great.
