Saw that there's a Black Friday sale still on so we took the drive over the Pali to check it out! Got there, there's writing on the door that they'll open at 11. By 11am, still no one there. So we decided to go next door to SoHo Keiki. There's plenty of employees who were willing to help and we found what we were looking for. Discount wasn't as good, but hey, they were open and had what we were looking for. I understand it can be harsh giving 1 star to a pace I haven't been inside in, but we drove all the way over here specifically for this place. If they were going to be closed, it would've been acceptable if there was a sign that said it.

While in the hospital this Christmas/ New Years season, I noticed Queens nurses were wearing these Fanny packs to carry items from room to room (bandage scissors and necessities). It was a large size, but not too big! I asked them, "Where did you get your Fanny pack?" Well, here I am! While looking around and taking a picture, I was approached by a sales person who was personable, friendly, accommodating, and smiling. He was ready to call the other stores to transfer items if I should need them! Nice guy!!! But, I wasn't going to wait and made a decision and wanted one now to carry my cards, money, and iPhone. It was black, not the bright orange one, not my color...doesn't match any of my wardrobe. I'm lucky to have this guy come up on me. The other two didn't flinch until I was ready to cash out. My guy looked at the other guy who wanted to take the sale. My guy at roped forward took over the cash register. Some territorial situation going on there! Funny... The store is a surf shop, swim suits, swim shorts, boogie board area with basics, backpacks, t-shirts, and etc. They do wear masks and require customers to wear their masks. That's it...be safe gang!

They are full of the aloha spirit, super friendly, and helpful. Make you feel right at home. I really like that they have a variety of items that are wearable not only if you're visiting Hawaii on vacation but also things that you can take back home especially if you live in California or have a coastal beach style. Their jewelry selection is so cute lots of little island themed type jewelry that is sophisticated and dainty and not overly priced at all - very affordable. They also get new inventory quite often so it's great to be able to check them out if you're staying for a longer period of time to see if they have new items or if you're like me you may just be tempted to go back to make another purchase. She kept her distance and made us feel comfortable (usually employees act dumb in little boutique stores like this, following us everywhere and not asking us for help) but the lady who worked here was nice so it made our experience great. Wound up buying two dresses-- one for my daughter that she liked, and the dress in the window for me. Excellent customer service, and great selections! Also, to the person who wrote a review about them not taking a pair of earrings back: most businesses wont take earrings or underwear back after you leave the store for sanitary reasons. No one knows if you tried it on after you left and no one wants to get stuck with something that they cant sell afterwards. Just saying.

I've seen the Instagram posts of their clothing, but never had a chance to look upclose at the styles and fabrics. We were going to lunch in Kailua - next door at the new Oh My Grill - and noticed that Lexbreezy is right here! Wow! With free parking, it's so easy to stop by after a meal. Unfortunately, we took too long to eat and Lexbreezy was closed. I drove back to Kailua and got a chance to look around the cute shop! I liked the prints, but didn't care for the styles. For example, rompers are too inconvenient for me to wear. I'll stop by in a few months and check the merchandise. Maybe new items will come out for the holidays... I noticed a dressing room - it will come in handy since there might not be any returns/exchanges accepted.

I was in Kahala Mall and decided to pick up a gift card for her for her birthday. I was greeted by both clerks. The store is filled with colorful Hawaiian prints. The prints are designed in-house. The jersey fabrics are wonderfully soft and wash easily. Most of the clothes are made locally in Chinatown (Honolulu). The clothes are expensive, but wear well and are timeless. The clerk quickly fulfilled my gift card order and then packaged in a little leather pouch. She gave me information of how to order gift cards from the Mainland. She was super helpful.

I was disappointed with both the quality and the customer service. This store sells expensive…read morecostume jewelry, but the quality doesn't justify the prices. The jewelry items tarnish very quickly. I found a ring without a price tag in a bowl of rings clearly marked at $9. I even pointed out to the associate that the ring didn't have a tag. Instead of honoring the displayed price or confirming it with me first, I was charged $14. I didn't realize the mistake until I checked my receipt. When I immediately returned the ring, I expected a refund since the pricing issue wasn't my fault. Instead, I was told I could only receive store credit. Requiring customers to accept store credit after the store overcharges them is poor customer service. If an employee makes a pricing error, the customer shouldn't be forced to spend more money at the same store. Unfortunately, customer satisfaction isn't a priority at this store, and I won't be returning.
